This is my third purchase from Dror, and once again he exceeded every expectation! I absolutely love my new Cadillac LYRIQ. A huge thank you to Dror and Alfred for going above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. Every time I walk into Executive Auto, I truly feel like family and, fittingly, I always feel so "executive" at Executive Auto! Their professionalism, honesty, and outstanding customer service are second to none. If you're looking for a dealership that genuinely cares about its customers and stands behind what they sell, I can't recommend Executive Auto enough. Thank you again, Dror and Alfred. Me and my fiancé just got a 2015 GMC sierra today, and all I can say is this is the best experience and quickest we have ever had! George got us in as soon as we got there and told us everything we needed us to know he was amazing! After we went to Alfred who helped us with all the paperwork and numbers which is always a headache but the way he did it we had a breeze! As soon as we came onto the car lot all the cars are so clean and so nicely kept up unlike a lot of the car dealerships up and down the street that we've been to the past few days. I highly recommend this car dealership to anybody and everybody that's looking for any kind of trucks or cars! Thank you guys again for making me and my fiancé's experience amazing and we are so looking forward to going on all our camping adventurous with our new truck!!! read more

Tucked back in the corner. But worth the look. Jesus does a great job of making the experience simple and straightforward. The staff all the way up to the owner are all great very knowledgeable and friendly. Most importantly they don't hound you or talk fast to try to make you disoriented. I would recommend to anyone and will be back again. read more

Great service!! Super friendly process was very easy! Thank you for showing such great hospitality!

Looking for something other than a run of the mill car? Check out Executive Auto Sales! On San Jose, just east of Blackstone. I was looking for a C6 Corvette when I stopped by there, as I knew they had one in their inventory. The gentleman who helped me was really nice. The car I went to look at was a different color than what I wanted, but he let me get in and out of it, and sit in it to check it out. They had some really nice cars there (and trucks) and they specialize in luxury vehicles. read more

I had my eyes on a specific car for a long time but never would actually go through with it because of some obstacles I knew I would face in the buying process of a car and because car dealerships are sometimes a headache to deal with. However, I was able to do it through Executive Auto with no problems at all. They made the process so easy and memorable for me, I swear I didn't lift a finger they went above and beyond. They were so transparent and the communication with the sales rep was amazing even though he was very busy he made time for me and even the sales manager. Thank you Jesus and Alfred for providing me with such an amazing car buying experience, your kindness and customer service is what helps keep that business thriving for sure! Where can I begin!!! Alfred was a wonderful representative to work with. I bought a used vehicle here (drove about 200 miles to work with this dealership), and had one of the most pleasant car purchasing experiences ever. Alfred worked on the pricing for me, made sure the car was in tip top shape, and then had the courtesy to follow up with me weeks later to make sure everything was going ok. This dealership is a great place to spend your money, and I most definitely will be back for future purchases. Thank you Executive Auto Sales for making my family's dream come true! read more

I did not buy a vehicle here, but I used their detailing and body repair services. Dror and his family are the best. I visited on 6/8/24, because the dealer I purchased a car from said they had scheduled an appointment for me. They did not, but Executive Auto Center managed to squeeze me in and accommodate me even though they didn't have to. They repaired my car door that had an air leak the same day and they detailed my vehicle. They are amazing good hearted people. It's great to see a family owned business thriving and I will definitely be back soon. read more

I was looking for a Toyota Tacoma for my son and I used USAA buying service. They found a truck we liked at a price we liked at Executive Auto in Fresno. We made plans to go see it and if we liked it, buy it. Now this place is not a fancy dealership. It is fairly bare bones with high end cars inside the garage. They make up for that in the competent and responsive staff. The Tacoma was ready for us to see and it looked really good, and beautifully detailed! We did not test drive it and knew we were buying it as is. We worked with Alfred because George was off that day. The experience of actually buying the vehicle was very smooth and speedy. At the conclusion, Alfred assured us everything was checked and double checked by Toyota and by their place. He said if we found any problems, let them know. I had seen on other reviews that they are responsive if something isn't right so I felt good about that assurance. They offered us a very fair $2000 for our trade which was what CarMax had offered, so we took it. Someone is going to get a nice car from our trade! After we got on the road we found that the AC worked only on high and that the audio console did not work. The truck itself drove so nicely and was smooth. We did some serious travelling over the next 4 days and it was really a nice ride and good performance. I contacted the dealership and they responded right away. They asked us to bring it to AA Auto which does their repair work. We took it in, and Mark checked it all out, got right with Alfred, and made an appt for the repairs. The ac got fixed there at AA Auto, and Executive lent my son a car to drive because he does not live in Fresno. The audio console, sadly, was shot and needed to be replaced. They offered my son his choice of 2 other non Toyota audio consoles and he chose the one he liked better. In any case, the AC is fixed and my son has audio he loves. Alfred and the rest of the dealership was very responsive, and did a lot more than they "had" to considering we bought it as is. Then again, he verbally told us and shook on fixing things as well. They paid for the new audio, but also paid a ticket we had to cross the Golden Gate Bridge, which is way more than any other dealership I've dealt with, and I have owned lots of cars and still do. I highly recommend this dealership because they are very eager to please and keep a customer by going above and beyond. Even Mark from AA Auto who was doing the repairs was very responsive. I think my review along with some of the other reviews makes Executive Auto worth checking out if you are looking for a very nice vehicle with responsive staff. read more

Hmmm. I am updating my review because there was huge underlying issue with the seats of the car and some things were said that seem very off in retrospect. Overall the car was nice BUT while there we noticed the front seat had some cracking issues, and this was of concern to us. When we spoke to the sales person about it (very unusual for a car with 19k miles), They repeatedly said it was because the driver used the car so much and how she got in and out of the car. They said they didn't want to ruin it by taking to a repair shop that might have exacerbated the issue. We took a pic and based on the pic (only) a reputable shop told us $325, so we bought the car as they discounted for that cost. Well, come to find out, the issue is it WAS taken to a repair shop and the repair was ill prepped and not only that, the shop we talked to said there were issues with bad prep in other seats!!! Repair, which may or may not work..over $1000, and it may or may not last. Looking back, it feels they knew there was an issue and even with our questioning, never disclosed it to us. For example, leather repair is very common...why would they suppose it would "ruin it"? They knew there would be a repair issue!!! Replace the seats? Over $10k. Considering next steps. read more

Came in late in the afternoon. Jesus showed us the few cars we were looking for. No pressure whatsoever. High-end cars, great prices. We decided to finance through them and within 10 minutes Alfred had multiple terms and rates for us to review. 10 more minutes and we were driving off the lot in our new car. EXECUTIVE AUTO changes the way you look at used car dealerships. I was referred by a friend and was not disappointed. They are so friendly and I felt 100% comfortable working with them. For our individual needs, they really helped us out in ways they definitely didn't need to. I wouldn't have trusted any other dealer in our circumstance. I had a fantastic experience dealing with George and Alfred at Executive Auto Sales. Firstly, they stayed late for me to come check out a truck, were very very low pressure on the sale, and gave me a great deal! When the truck I had encountered a problem on day 2 they were extremely fast in giving me ride and getting my truck fixed free of charge. It was a minor issue and I couldn't be happier with the vehicle I purchased. I really appreciate low pressure salesmen that are polite and courteous. They did not try to convince me to finance, buy a warranty, or any of those slummy car-salesmen tactics to make an extra buck. However I did end up purchasing the extended warranty for my peace of mind with a semi-high mileage used vehicle. read more

Do not recommend this business at all. The owner was extremely unpleasant. He kept calling me "illogical." He was the most condescending person I have ever met in my life. He kept saying the car I was looking at was "already sold" to "two different people" and even made me look at his text messages to try to convince me...how immature. He told me to go look at a Jeep Patriot instead because he thought I didn't have good credit or enough money...wow. I went elsewhere the next day and bought a 2017 Range Rover. His loss. Funny thing is I got an email a week later from a sales person there saying the car was still available. Don't trust this condescending airhead. read more

My wife and I were looking for a mini van for our growing family. We came across something better an Infiniti QX56 that had everything that we needed. Also, the showcase of the cars was unique. The staff were excellent. Especially Alfred and George. They really care about their customers. Took delivery today of my black 2005 Lexus SC430 Pebble Beach Edition, which I purchased from George at Executive Auto. The team at this dealership is exclusive! I had purchased a vehicle at another dealership and it broke down on the way home! So I had to start all over again and A friend recommended I call these guys, Executive auto made the process pretty simple for me. They assured me they would try their best to get me a car the suits my needs. Turns out they work with many banks and my situation is not a new one to them. They found a bank willing to work with me and got me into the car I wanted with pretty good monthly payments. Now I can turn my credit around and have a nice car to drive at the same time. I was so grateful their service this was great it was the simplest car buying experience I've had, I saw that all their cars get inspected twice, so that felt good to be assured that way. I will always deal with them from now and have recommended many of my friends and family. read more

Way better than CarMax! Found Executive auto sales via Cargurus looking for a Cadillac xt5. Called before heading in but no answer, (to be expected most likely, don't let that deter you as they are a smaller dealership and don't have 30 people on staff to attack ya like vultures at the big name dealers) decided to stop by anyhow and am super thankful we chose to! In the short drive in route had the Fiancé break open that iPhone calculator and did some quick math on the sale price $31,722 and figuring out how to get payment down to 499 ( wanted to be under $500 ) came up with 72 months factoring a out door price of 35k for all the dmv and tax fees. Anywhoooo we got there rolled out the baby stroller and the 8 year old, opened up the caddy and checked to see if this thing was indeed bigger than the Range Rover we bought at the beginning of Covid from Clovis toyota with a silly interest rate of 6.9% which we recently outgrew with the arrival of the baby and stroller. Bam, it's bigger and in the color we wanted! By then Jesus came out and checked on us and with Within another 2-3 minutes we had keys and were off on a road test, just the fam and I! Fell in love, but obviously Jesus didn't know that. We make it to his sales office and inform him at the beginning of conversation if he can work the numbers to under 500$ month, no down payment, I'd be leaving as soon as he gave me something to sign. And boy lemme tell you what, in about 25 minutes they had me ready to go under budget! With that out of the way I added on a aftermarket warranty and gap insurance, interest rate wayyy better than Clovis Toyota! And very happily set with my monthly payment. Too top it off they paid off that Range Rover and took the hassle off my shoulders of having to try and get it all prepped and ready to sell as CarMax didn't offer enough to not have to put money in to get rid of it, like it's a double win! read more
