    I had my eyes on a specific car for a long time but never would actually go through with it because of some obstacles I knew I would face in the buying process of a car and because car dealerships are sometimes a headache to deal with. However, I was able to do it through Executive Auto with no problems at all. They made the process so easy and memorable for me, I swear I didn't lift a finger they went above and beyond. They were so transparent and the communication with the sales rep was amazing even though he was very busy he made time for me and even the sales manager. Thank you Jesus and Alfred for providing me with such an amazing car buying experience, your kindness and customer service is what helps keep that business thriving for sure! I am beyond happy and will always recommend you guys!!

    Looking for something other than a run of the mill car? Check out Executive Auto Sales! On San Jose, just east of Blackstone. I was looking for a C6 Corvette when I stopped by there, as I knew they had one in their inventory. The gentleman who helped me was really nice. The car I went to look at was a different color than what I wanted, but he let me get in and out of it, and sit in it to check it out. They had some really nice cars there (and trucks) and they specialize in luxury vehicles.

    I was looking for a Toyota Tacoma for my son and I used USAA buying service. They found a truck we liked at a price we liked at Executive Auto in Fresno. We made plans to go see it and if we liked it, buy it. Now this place is not a fancy dealership. It is fairly bare bones with high end cars inside the garage. They make up for that in the competent and responsive staff. The Tacoma was ready for us to see and it looked really good, and beautifully detailed! We did not test drive it and knew we were buying it as is. We worked with Alfred because George was off that day. The experience of actually buying the vehicle was very smooth and speedy. At the conclusion, Alfred assured us everything was checked and double checked by Toyota and by their place. He said if we found any problems, let them know. I had seen on other reviews that they are responsive if something isn't right so I felt good about that assurance. They offered us a very fair $2000 for our trade which was what CarMax had offered, so we took it. Someone is going to get a nice car from our trade! After we got on the road we found that the AC worked only on high and that the audio console did not work. The truck itself drove so nicely and was smooth. We did some serious travelling over the next 4 days and it was really a nice ride and good performance. I contacted the dealership and they responded right away. They asked us to bring it to AA Auto which does their repair work. We took it in, and Mark checked it all out, got right with Alfred, and made an appt for the repairs. The ac got fixed there at AA Auto, and Executive lent my son a car to drive because he does not live in Fresno. The audio console, sadly, was shot and needed to be replaced. They offered my son his choice of 2 other non Toyota audio consoles and he chose the one he liked better. In any case, the AC is fixed and my son has audio he loves. Alfred and the rest of the dealership was very responsive, and did a lot more than they "had" to considering we bought it as is. Then again, he verbally told us and shook on fixing things as well. They paid for the new audio, but also paid a ticket we had to cross the Golden Gate Bridge, which is way more than any other dealership I've dealt with, and I have owned lots of cars and still do. I highly recommend this dealership because they are very eager to please and keep a customer by going above and beyond. Even Mark from AA Auto who was doing the repairs was very responsive. I think my review along with some of the other reviews makes Executive Auto worth checking out if you are looking for a very nice vehicle with responsive staff.

    I saw the GV70 on TV and I was sold. I test drove it in Las Vegas and fell in love. I let my brother Fletcher, who purchases all of his vehicles from EA. I let him what I was interested in and he spoke with Dror, the manager from Executive Auto and he made it happen. All of his staff were very professional. I am very pleased. My car is beautiful.

    I had an extremely disappointing experience with Blackstone Chevrolet that I feel other buyers…read moreshould seriously take into consideration. I purchased a used vehicle from them at full sticker price. Despite the car being a few years old with visible imperfections on both the exterior and interior, the sales team refused to negotiate at all. While that was already frustrating, I moved forward because I needed a vehicle immediately. At the time of purchase, I was offered a "complimentary" detail, wax, and polish and was told it would only take a few hours. Based on that, I took the car home and scheduled a follow-up appointment on my day off. When I returned for my 10:00 AM appointment, I was suddenly told the service would take the entire day--completely different from what I was originally promised. I dropped my car off at 10 AM and didn't receive any notice until 4:30 PM that it was ready. That alone showed a clear lack of communication and respect for my time. When I came to pick up my car, no one greeted me or offered assistance. I had to ask for my keys myself, and when they were handed to me, I was given no direction as to where my vehicle was located. I walked around the lot trying to find it, only to realize it wasn't there. I had to go back inside--this time with my fiancé--and ask again, only to be told it was at a completely different building. After finally locating my car, I noticed the floor mats were not properly put back. Even worse, two of my personal USB-C cords were missing. When I addressed this, I was told they would "look for them" and have them ready the next day. I explained that I should not have to drive back from Clovis to retrieve items that never should have been removed. Instead of taking responsibility, they offered me a worn, used replacement cord--which was completely unacceptable. I was then told their detailer "has a stack of cords" and they would try to find mine, and the manager offered to meet me in Clovis to return it. Then, to make matters worse, I received a voicemail from my salesperson admitting that my vehicle had actually been taken OFF-SITE to another location for the detailing service--without my knowledge or consent. At no point was I informed that my car would be driven elsewhere, nor was I given the opportunity to approve that decision. This raises serious concerns about transparency, accountability, and trust. As a customer, I entrusted them with my vehicle, and they chose to send it somewhere else without even informing me--then attempted to shift responsibility when issues arose. Between the refusal to negotiate, the misleading information, the poor communication, the lack of professionalism, my personal items going missing, and now the discovery that my vehicle was handled off-site without my consent--this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here to think twice.
