I decided to take my chances at this dealership since they offer quite a few manual transmissions vehicles. Overall my experience was good. I went to see the vehicle that I wanted, asked the right questions, and made sure of the conditions of the vehicle were Ok. Here are some tips for any future customer. 1. You must advice the salesman if you are Interested In Buying or Looking Around. Ben wants to know how he can help you with the vehicle that you want. 2. Point out the vehicles you are interested and from there decide if you are serious or just looking around. 3. If you are serious, then continue these steps - Test Drive- Yes, with valid insurance and ID card - REVIEW VEHICLE- these cars are AS IS. - Check the fluids, tires, sound, smells of the engine 4. Helpful tips - Prices- Are fair but negotiable to some extent. - Vehicle Conditions- "As is ". What you see is what you get - Warranty- No. Once its off the lot, there are no returns - STATE LAW warranty- Yes (48 hours return) with an extra deposit. (optional) Overall Ben help me get the vehicle that I want. I made sure of what I wanted and reviewed the vehicle so that I will not make any mistake of my purchase. Signing the paperwork was quick and easy. read more

I called on a 2010 Mustang GT advertised on FB Marketplace for $7,999 and the guy said that the only way to get that price was to pay cash (greenbacks) and agree to pay all their dealer fees which came out to about $3,000 additional. I said I would pay with a check and he said he would change the price to $8,999 if I paid with anything else but cash. I told him I would go file a complaint at the DMV And he took down all his cars from Marketplace. read more

I brought a 2008 Honda odyssey from here very satisfied will be back soon to get another reliable car

Just called regarding a truck listed for $3,999.00. Guy said I can have it $5,000.00 out the door. Extra for dmv fees. $1,000 for dmv fees???? Hell no. I've bought over 10 used cars from lots. Never. When I asked him he said "f@&$ you". This place really try to steal extra money And claim it's dmv. Now he keeps texting me because I said I going to report him to BBB and give this review tryna say I cuss him out and I made threats. Really this guy is a scam artist and dug a hole he can't get out of. He saying he refuse to sell me a vehicle. Like I would want any of his junk cars. Read other reviews. Go to his junk yard he calls a car lot. All cars dirty and been sitting. I don't know how he stays in business unless he has the Fresno side hustle business. I have text messages to prove he keeps texting me even after he claim he going to block me. Btw he text first and I been telling him stop texting me. Just drove over to see his lot. He can't even keep property clean. Weeds and trash everywhere. read more

Worst experience ever. Bought a car, barely left the place, within 1 hour, check engine light came on! Called him about it, he said to bring it the next morning, but went right away and he denied something was wrong. He scanned the engine and three codes popped up. Said he would fix it but then to never bring it back again. Asked to trade for a different car and we would pay the difference but he got very disrespectful and very rude until one of the male family members came and he was back to his nice voice! Review update: embarrassment to the community? It should be you that should be embarrassed! Do you not see all the other reviews of the people who you scammed as well?! You knew what was wrong with the car but still managed to tell lies! And don't worry, you've already made your point and i did too. The police know exactly how many of them were there and only two, who by the way gave us both their cards, were understanding of the situation but couldn't do anything about, but settle you down. Never would I lie about a business I wasnt satisfied with nor would I have written this review to warn others about your awful business. By the way, there's a comment I attached via image that shows how this guy treats Hmong people. Please read that one if you're looking into his business. read more

I didn't buy a car here, but I was interested in one that said 72K miles. Looked up the CarFax, actually has 228K. Wow. Have come to expect that from a private party, but thought maybe a car lot'd be safer. read more

Sold us a car with a damaged catalytic converter, the engine light turned on within the first week and he refused to take responsibility. My mechanic had us take pictures to show him the damage of the catalytic converter but he refused to listen. He states smog was passed but everyone knows smog can get passed with the right cash. Do not purchase from this scammer. read more

Read. This is important. There's a chance you'll buy a car with a engine check light. Major problem : , Most of their cars don't have a decent battery to start the car. What does that mean you? They have to get a new/or charge the dead one. This causes The CPU to reset. So you won't know if the car has a Engine Check Light till you drive the car a minimum of 100 miles; which you can only do after you finish the purchase. My car still drives okay but the engine check light came on after roughly 36 hrs of driving the car away. It's a code for o2 sensors, but you can replace the o2 sensor and may have a bigger problem; since the o2 sensor acts as sensor to detect air-fuel ratio. I can only imagine how many times this happens to people who buy cars here. When I drive past I always see them charging batteries so people can't test drive the cars read more

Friends of mine bought a car here and the owner totally took advantage of their limit knowledge of cars and their limit English. He knowingly sold them a car "as is" that was complete piece of junk. He was rude, aggressive, and angry. I don't know how he sleeps at night after taking money that people have worked hard to saved up, and then selling them a worthless vehicle. He should be put out of business. read more

Sketch city! This is not a good business. I called about a vehicle I was very interested in and the owner was super rude. More importantly, he told me that he was unable to let me take it off the lot to get inspected elsewhere. I can't think of a bigger red flag. Furthermore, he hung up on me when I questioned this practice as it is standard that dealers allow you to get an independent inspection. This place is a sham. Stay away. read more

Worst Car Lot in Fresno. Went in to check out a car they had listed for $4999. Told him I was ready with cash in hand. The owner told me they could do it for $6000 grand, like he's doing you a favor. Nope he's trying to charge me three times the tax of the DMV rates. Total scammer. Beware of this dealership. When I told them, they walked away from me. I will be reporting them to the BBB. Also when I looked at the vehicle, it wouldn't even start. They are selling lemons. No BUENO! read more

Awful experience, I bought a Toyota Matrix . They lied and said it was a 5 speed, knowing it slipped out of 6th. It ended up needing a new transmission, breaks, had an exhaust leak, and needed a clutch kit. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE AWFUL PEOPLE read more

Thankfully my brother and I did not do any business with this fool, first off one dude who just stands around speaks very little English and so I asked him who's in charge and he said he didn't know, like wait wtf you don't know!!??? Then the owner walked out after being there 5 min and had nothing but good things to say about the Honda we were looking at. He gave us keys and let us turn it on as soon as my brother revved up the car as many people do when they are trying to buy a used car and listen to all the noises, this fool decided to yell at my brother so I yelled back telling him that we're just checking out the car. "Well you can't do that" he said. I told my bro I don't like this dudes attitude, he's prob afraid we'll hear something before making a purchase let's go! And wouldn't go lower than 3,600 on a car he had posted on Craigslist for 2,900. F him. read more

PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE! The owner was dishonest and RUDE!!!! He sold my mom a car and just told her she just needed to change the exhaust. She took it to a mechanic the next day and turns out she needed a whole new transmission etc! She doesn't speak much English so he made it seem like she was getting a good deal and pursued her to sign , so she paid cash... the next day she tried to get her money back and he YELLED and made her get out of the store... she even tried to be nice and offered him to keep 500 and at least, so she can get some of her money back but instead he was being violent and aggressive and made her leave the store! do not buy your car from this place. he is a fraud, a scammer, a liar, and money hungry. the car he sold to my daughter within a few hours later the check engine light came on. he refuse to do anything about it and by law he can not sell a car with check engine light on because it wont pass at the dmv... so if your looking into buying a car from him (ben) make sure you take him on a test drive straight into a smog place before you buy... and make sure all your paperwork is correct before you sign especially the reading on the odometer.... this car lot shouldnt be open for business so if you looking to buy a car from this sh!tty place its best you take your money somewhere else. dont become a victim. read more

If I could I give him a 0! Worst place ever to buy a use car! The owner is BEN. Please my HMONG people stay away from him! He is a liar! We bought A car from him Right after we took it off the lot not even home yet the check engine light came on we took the car right back to him. He said he will fix it we left it overnight. NOTE that we recorded the mileage when we bought it and when we picked it up the next morning. We also noticed after we bought it that he put down the wrong mileage on the forms. So PLEASE check your forms before signing ANYTHING! So we picked it up the next day I realize he took it on a long dive putting 45 miles on it. That is probably his way of scamming people. By saying you broke the engine because you took it on a long drive. didn't even make it home yet the check engine light came back. I called him back he got really NASTY yelling at me saying DONT BRING THE CAR BACK I CANNOT HELP YOU ANYMORE. He just turned the check engine light off.I ask if we can change it for another car we will pay the difference and he say NO! DONE DEAL IS DONE DEAL! I Sold it to you AS IS and that I was Worst then white trash even white trash doesn't do that. He told us the car has a 30 days engine warranty. Later he lied that he never said that. So people if this had happened to anyone of you please remember that there is still HOPE! There is a LaW call THE LEMON LAW! So do your research and put this guy out of business! Not a lot of people know that California has that law. read more

Horrible! Do not go here! They do not keep maintenance on their car well. I bought a car there and it turned out to be a bad car! 2 days after the engine came on, took it back to him and he turned it off. He said he'll fix AC, but it went out 2 days later. Do not believe what he tells you! His name is Ben! This is what he says about all the cars there, "this one is a very good car, great condition, very good car." read more

I called to discuss financing options and was hung up on when I asked for a second to look at a calculator. I thought nothing of it really but called back and then the person was very rude regarding my finances and my choices to finance verses buy with cash. I then called the Spanish number given just to ask the question if I could take the cars to a mechanic before purchase and was hung up on by a different employee. Very strange. I looked at reviews later and then it made some sense.... Apparently they are terrible read more

The reviews are right. Avoid this place! Sure, the prices are low, but this place is a freaking sham. Worst customer service, dishonest salesman (if you can call him a salesman), bad cars. The guy that I spoke to spoke almost no English at all. Everytime I had a question, he just said he didn't know, and literally had to call the owner because he wasn't there. The cars look tantalizing at first, but take a closer look and you will find that the "excellent condition" is not even close to what they are advertising. I didn't have to bring a mechanic to find out these cars were junk. One of the cars that I was interested in even had a BUSTED TAIL LIGHT. I am not joking. Also, I don't know what "Manager's Special" means, but it posted on the windshield on about half the cars there, along with a "Clean Carfax" posted, although they cannot produce a Carfax report, if you ask them. I didn't buy anything, nor should you. Save your money for someplace better, which is just about anywhere, really. I hope you find this review helpful. read more

Negative infinity stars if possible. JUST DONT DO IT. FIND A DIFFERENT SELLER/DEALER. We recently purchased a vehicle (in full) on dec. 17, 2020 around 5pm. The NEXT DAY (LESS THAN 24 HRS AFTER) the car didnt work. When we reached out to the owner he told us he wasnt liable because we took it off the lot. I shouldnt saw the red flag when he wouldnt let us test drive until we agreed to pay the full amount but i was dumb and didnt think about it all the way. Anyways while signing paperwork he assured us the registration and tags for 2021 would be taken care of. When we got the call to to pick up said registration and tags there was only registration, no tags. When we asked about where the tags were the worker said he didnt know. We explained tags should have come with the registration. The worker (Cyrus) told us to call Ben (the owner). Ben stated over the phone that it wasnt a big deal to drive without tags because the registration was up to date...he in fact encouraged us to go to the dmv ourselves. The registration also spelled our name incorrectly. We mentioned this while signing paperwork and were again reassured it would be taken care of and corrected. Now the owner is telling us it's "not a big deal". Seriously just save yourselves the headache. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! read more

The guy was a complete dick! He had a foreign accent. I called recently for a 97 Toyota 4Runner. This guy picked up. I asked for the 4Runner if it was still available he said no. Then I asked if he by any chance has any other 4runners that are 4x. He responded HAVE A GOOD DAY SIR! Completely cut me off while I was explaining. I'll take my 5k else where! I wouldn't even rate it one star but I have no choice because Yelp won't let me proceed! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM! DONT WASTE TIME AND MONEY THESE FOLKS! read more
