I called on a 2010 Mustang GT advertised on FB Marketplace for $7,999 and the guy said that the only way to get that price was to pay cash (greenbacks) and agree to pay all their dealer fees which came out to about $3,000 additional. I said I would pay with a check and he said he would change the price to $8,999 if I paid with anything else but cash. Just called regarding a truck listed for $3,999.00. Guy said I can have it $5,000.00 out the door. Extra for dmv fees. $1,000 for dmv fees???? Hell no. I've bought over 10 used cars from lots. Never. Worst experience ever. Bought a car, barely left the place, within 1 hour, check engine light came on! Called him about it, he said to bring it the next morning, but went right away and he denied something was wrong. He scanned the engine and three codes popped up. Said he would fix it but then to never bring it back again. Asked to trade for a different car and we would pay the difference but he got very disrespectful and very rude until one of the male family members came and he was back to his nice voice! Read. This is important. There's a chance you'll buy a car with a engine check light. Major problem : , Most of their cars don't have a decent battery to start the car. What does that mean you? They have to get a new/or charge the dead one. This causes The CPU to reset. So you won't know if the car has a Engine Check Light till you drive the car a minimum of 100 miles; which you can only do after you finish the purchase. My car still drives okay but the engine check light came on after roughly 36 hrs of driving the car away. It's a code for o2 sensors, but you can replace the o2 sensor and may have a bigger problem; since the o2 sensor acts as sensor to detect air-fuel ratio. I can only imagine how many times this happens to people who buy cars here. When I drive past I always see them charging batteries so people can't test drive the cars read more

We bought A car from him Right after we took it off the lot not even home yet the check engine light came on we took the car right back to him. He said he will fix it we left it overnight. NOTE that we recorded the mileage when we bought it and when we picked it up the next morning. We also noticed after we bought it that he put down the wrong mileage on the forms. So PLEASE check your forms before signing ANYTHING! So we picked it up the next day I realize he took it on a long dive putting 45 miles on it. That is probably his way of scamming people. By saying you broke the engine because you took it on a long drive. didn't even make it home yet the check engine light came back. I called him back he got really NASTY yelling at me saying DONT BRING THE CAR BACK I CANNOT HELP YOU ANYMORE. He just turned the check engine light off.I ask if we can change it for another car we will pay the difference and he say NO! DONE DEAL IS DONE DEAL! The reviews are right. Avoid this place! Sure, the prices are low, but this place is a freaking sham. Worst customer service, dishonest salesman (if you can call him a salesman), bad cars. The guy that I spoke to spoke almost no English at all. Everytime I had a question, he just said he didn't know, and literally had to call the owner because he wasn't there. The cars look tantalizing at first, but take a closer look and you will find that the "excellent condition" is not even close to what they are advertising. I didn't have to bring a mechanic to find out these cars were junk. One of the cars that I was interested in even had a BUSTED TAIL LIGHT. I am not joking. Also, I don't know what "Manager's Special" means, but it posted on the windshield on about half the cars there, along with a "Clean Carfax" posted, although they cannot produce a Carfax report, if you ask them. Negative infinity stars if possible. JUST DONT DO IT. FIND A DIFFERENT SELLER/DEALER. We recently purchased a vehicle (in full) on dec. 17, 2020 around 5pm. The NEXT DAY (LESS THAN 24 HRS AFTER) the car didnt work. When we reached out to the owner he told us he wasnt liable because we took it off the lot. I shouldnt saw the red flag when he wouldnt let us test drive until we agreed to pay the full amount but i was dumb and didnt think about it all the way. Anyways while signing paperwork he assured us the registration and tags for 2021 would be taken care of. When we got the call to to pick up said registration and tags there was only registration, no tags. When we asked about where the tags were the worker said he didnt know. We explained tags should have come with the registration. The worker (Cyrus) told us to call Ben (the owner). Ben stated over the phone that it wasnt a big deal to drive without tags because the registration was up to date...he in fact encouraged us to go to the dmv ourselves. The registration also spelled our name incorrectly. We mentioned this while signing paperwork and were again reassured it would be taken care of and corrected. Now the owner is telling us it's "not a big deal". Seriously just save yourselves the headache. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! read more
