Subtracting one star because the sales person was bad talking the brands they don't carry. With a passion. I asked if we could get a replacement refrigerator, "No, we're a small business we could never accommodate that request." After calling company everything communicated was via text msg including our address. We were contacted yesterday stating they would be here between 8am and 12 pm today. Received another text this am stating they were going to be here between 8am and 9am. Service tech never showed up- I contacted them when I got a $195 travel bill. Sarah said they would be here soon. Moral of the story - I contacted them multiple times and again at 2:30pm to tell them we were still waiting. Sarah stated she made a mistake and put in the wrong address.
