Every flavor they have is delicious, their icing toppings manage to be a treat without hurting your teeth. I came by on a Sunday morning, and there were already a couple of people waiting outside for their order given the small space and COVID restrictions. They have a variety of signature doughnuts, but you can also build your own by picking a base, frosting, and toppings. There is something for everyone! We ordered 4 doughnut - the boston creme, regular glazed, lemon pistachio and maple bacon with pumpkin. My go-to regularly is Boston creme, but given that they only serve cake doughnuts (as opposed to yeast doughnuts) it wasn't my favorite. I have done two Dip and Sip trips now- one pre-coronavirus and one during coronavirus. Both were good experiences! The donuts are great and the concept is cool- donuts made when your order them. I got their version of a Boston Creme and a Coffee Lovers today. I love cake-style donuts, so the Dip and Sip style is a good fit for me. My only feedback would be to give the Coffee donut a bigger jolt of coffee-taste. Also- their donuts are gorgeous. During the pandemic, you have to order online and they only allow one customer in at a time for pickup. Today that was a really easy process for me. I just want to add how infuriating it is to see someone give them a one star review during a damn PANDEMIC because the online order system glitched. Food Service providers are doing the best they can to adapt... why can't you? If you were so upset, call the store and place a phone order. Don't go giving out crap reviews. The donuts at Dip and Sip are creative and delicious! I've had the groovy pebbles, Elvis and the Mexican hot chocolate so far. My favorite is the groovy pebbles (fruity pebbles). These donuts were very colorful and fun to look at. There are endless customization possibilities with different glazed, drizzled, and toppings. I got 9 of their signature donuts and customized 3 other ones for a full dozen. Overall the donuts were okay. They were all cake donuts and quite small in size. The icing on top could sometimes be overwhelming as they drenched some of them with icing. I'm not a huge fan of cake donuts so these weren't that great to me in general. I enjoyed the aesthetics of them and the fun variations one can do but they generally lacked in taste. My favorites were the C&C donut, which I think was just plain vanilla with pretty colors. I also liked my own creation of powdered sugar with blueberry glaze as the glaze was tasty and they gave generous amounts of powdered sugar. I think these donuts could be fun for a party but if you are looking for pure taste then firecakes or doughnut vault is probably a better option for you. read more

From out of town and I walked in this shop and the staff was unbelievably rude to me. I've worked in food service for over 10 years holding many different positions including roles in management so I understand that customers can be a bit much sometimes. But I walked in and was immediately scolded and when I asked if they had a sandwich the employee at the register (who did seem kind) started to say yes before the manager cut her off and told me absolutely not. So, i was consuming greasiness, super sweetness, and a chocolate that leaves some sort of aftertaste. I don't know how a ranking like this is possible. I love to support local but At $4 a donut, I would say go back to Stan's, Do-Rite's etc. And if you need a Boston Creme quick fix, Dunkin's tastes better and 1/2 the price.
