I was going to this location for some time. It is on my way to and from work...I was usually there with someone else..I was there 3 to 5 times a week..I would spend over $20 on two drinks and a few doughnut options...I was spending an average of about $350 a month at this location...And it is time to move on down the road to Starbucks on Manheim...The service here is very inconsistent...And below grade most of the time... I went there in the afternoon of around 6/24..I ordered two large drinks..It was also verified on a label on the drinks that said, 24ounces...I was given a smaller drink..So I went up to the girl that rang me up..And I told her,, these are not a size large. I paid for a large...She said that they are a large...I told her I drank a 100 of them here. This is not a large, and you can grab a large glass and put it next to these to show you that they are not the right size ..She still argued and said that was a 24 oz glass...I mean the dumb ass works there..And does not know it's a small..She looked at the label on my cup,,and said, See that is a large because the label said it is a 24 oz...I said..That is what I paid for..That is not what I got... She was a complete moron...I left...I skipped the place for over a week. And made the mistake of going back there today...I was with someone else..And we both asked that the two drinks we ordered be made with about 20/30% less sweetener...We have asked for our drinks to be made like this 50 times in the past..And they add less powder or base..Bottom line the drinks were always made less sweet and were to our satisfaction... Well today they somehow seemed to be made even extra sweet..Not less sugar..But more...It seemed more was added...We threw them out..And went to Starbucks...There is very cool hard working black gentleman that is here most of the time.. If he is there every thing is always right... Unfortunately I cannot go there when anyone else is working...So I am taking my over $350 a month down the road...They need to hire better employees...It's real easy..Stan needs to go order something here and fire half of these do nothing's... I dropped a picture of where my drinks went below . ..

It was speedy. There was an open table, but busy and everyone was friendly. We got our stuff without confusion and everything was delicious; Delicious just like it always is. Places, clean and bright and welcoming with all of its colors and their families here sitting together at tables while the businessmen come in and pick up boxes and boxes of donuts, adds to the special vibe that the Rosemont location possesses.

The store is cute, clean and comfortable. The employees were friendly and the prices pretty reasonable by today's standards. We ordered the bacon and egg sandwich on an everything bagel. The bagel was very good. They say they get their bagels from Steingolds Bagels. The egg was pulled from a wrapped premade square scrambled egg. No better than one from a Mc muffin. The bacon tasted a lot like pre cooked hormel bacon. So other than a quality bagel the rest was standard Sysco. The bagel also could have used some butter or cream cheese. On the other hand we also got the Stans version of a Cronut. That was very good. I don't know what to compare it to since I've never had an original one. I'd probably stick to the donuts and coffee. As for the meat and egg sandwich. There's a Mc Donald's next door. Use the app and get a $2 breakfast sandwich for $7 less. Use that to buy a couple of Cronuts.

Craving a donut is no joke... that donut craving took us to Stan's on a late Thursday morning. Stan's was clean and the employees were funny and in a great mood. The donuts we got... out of this world good. I always get something blueberry-ish and Stan's does blueberry right. The coffee isn't great, but that is the opinion of someone who is pretty picky about their coffee.

Hands down my favorite sweet treat! The Bischoff donut is my favorite, I forgot to get a picture.... well because I went straight to devouring it!!

The three reasons for five stars at the Rosemont store: 1. Banana Matcha Latte- so excited to find this on the menu & so good! (For all the banana lovers!) 2. The server- unfortunately didn't get her name- was so friendly, personable, knowledgeable, patient in explaining lots of things. Just appreciated her tons! 3. Cushy seats to relax and take it easy! Loved this space!

These donuts are flavorful and big. Definitely worth a try. They have an app with a rewards system. Everything is a bit on the pricey side and I do not recommend their coffees. However the donuts are very pretty and worth it. Quick service and friendly. There's a parking lot as well which makes it convenient.

Stopped in 2 times on a Saturday morning and both times were very busy. I waited in line(In store) for 1 drink for 20 minutes. The second time I went through drive thru, moves much quicker than inside but was still in line for 10 minutes. Both times I've asked for light ice, they clearly heard me as it's on the order on my cup, but they still scooped and filled the cup with ice... I tried to stop in this past Sunday morning and the line was 10 people long, they were basically out of their specialty donuts by 10:45 AM. Tried a specialty donut which was $4 and there was nothing special about it. I will stick to my hole in the wall donut shop by me.

This is an amazing Stan's location! I generally visit a Stan's spot inside my Mariano's because it's just around the corner from the house and I can enjoy a donut with my errand and back home quickly. I saw on social media that Stan's was doing a special orange donut on 10/3 for the release of The Life of a Showgirl and then quickly saw in the comments it was only the free standing locations. This location was the closest to me and so I planned the trip for Friday morning. There is plenty of parking in a very easily navigated parking lot. This location also has a cute patio with seats outside. Walking in the store is brightly lit and very clean. There are booth seats with little tables against the right wall and the windows make the store really inviting. My favorite part about visiting the standalone store compared to the Mariano's store was that there seemed to be so many more donut choices! They had a huge tray of the TLOAS donut that I had stopped in for (and to think I had been worried they would be sold out before I could get there!), but they also had so many flavors of other donuts. The person who helped me was so nice about stopping in for the Taylor Swift donut and commented on my orange shirt for the occasion. I picked out half a dozen donuts total and slid down to the register to order a drink. I was going to order a lemonade and he offered flavor options. Because I saw the refreshers had caffeine in them, I asked if the flavors themselves had the caffeine and he said no, but also that they could make any of the refreshers without caffeine! I didn't know this but was so excited. I ordered the prickly pear refresher sans caffeine and paid. This is a great spot to swing by for a donut or a coffee, and I can't sing enough praises about the quality of the donuts. They are so fresh, they're huge, and with fun and interesting flavors! The Biscoff cookie butter pocket is my absolutely favorite indulgence treat, but the Showgirl frosted with sprinkles were so fun and I loved celebrating the album with Stan's. Thank you!

Overall: Satisfied with the free birthday reward, unique flavors, and large sized donuts. Gave a point off because there's better homemade donut shops around, and in terms of specialty high calorie donuts, I would prefer Krispy Kreme. - Would I return?: Yes, for the Biscoff Pocket first, and also the Pistachio Old Fashioned. My Food ---------- * Ordered- "Pistachio Old Fasioned, Blueberry Okd Fashioned, Biscoff Pocket, Nutella, Hostess Cupcake, and PB&J" * Flavor & Taste- The Old Fashioned are good but are on the dry for me personally. I do love the pistachio flavor though. The Biscoff Pocket was delicious. Very thick and sweet. Nutella was good but not my favorite. The Hostess Cupcake was not memorable but did taste good. And the PB&J was huge! And also tasted like it sounds. The Biscoff Pocket is the winner! * Order again?- Yes to some. * Portion Size vs. Price- Around $3-5 for a specialty donut is fine for me, since it's not an everyday excursion. * Menu Variety- Unique flavors The Place -------------- * Atmosphere- pink theme, cool merch you can buy. Not too much seating. * Service- Nice * Crowd Levels- In the evening there's not a line usually. * Cleanliness- Clean * Location- Individual store, parking lot attached

Server name ( she's a young oriental lady)

I enjoy visiting Stans Donuts in Rosemont, Illinois. The two young women, who are twins, working there are the most caring and loving staff I've ever seen at Stan's Donuts in Rosemont. However, recently, the young lady whose name I can't disclose, who manages the drive-thru and the front cashier, is about 4'5" tall, Asian, with long hair, and usually works early weekend mornings--has been extremely discourteous and outright rude. She consistently talks down to me. I understand they serve hundreds of customers, and it can be overwhelming, but there's no excuse for that behavior; it spoils the entire experience. I try to be generous with tips--not to get her in trouble but to address the issue respectfully. It's not about punishment but perhaps someone should address this concern. Thanks!

I stop in here almost every time I'm in Chicago, either on the way out of or back to O'hare. The donuts are always delicious and the drinks are quick and delicious.

Went with their all spice mofawar, and a cleaner palate one Qishr since hubby wanted something tea-like. After ordering all that, we noticed there's a separate tea option that had a citrusy flavor so we got the sunlit tangerine also. The drinks were very strong in a whole mix of spice flavors, which I actually really liked, but it is a little too watery, not dense or creamy enough, and the coffee flavor lean a bit more too acidic/sour. It's not bad, but I think it's just not exactly to my liking. What I didn't realize was that a lot of the spices sunk to the bottom so when I remixed the thic layer of spices with oatmilk at home, it tasted pretty good with the right consistency. All of the drinks were pretty diluted in our opinion, and I think it's too much spice for my husband although I liked it. I also ordered some pastries, but the server packed the wrong one. If I didn't look closely enough I might've missed that. There was one last Dubai pistachio cookie which I asked for, but they gave me the Biscoff cookie instead which was a less expensive one. Anyway, they were fine switching it out after I pointed out, but no apologies or anything. While we weren't impressed with the drinks at first, the medovik mouse/honey layered cake was really good-- it was pretty dense where the buttery parts were, and it was pretty sweet so it balanced well with the acidic coffee. We didn't know the cookie had more fillings on the inside until we got home. The fillings had crunchy flakes which adds a really nice texture, and the filling is not too sweet. Really good. We liked the pastries a lot more than the coffee. Perhaps we just aren't used to the flavor and taste profile of the coffee. I'd be willing to try more here.

I highly recommend the tuna croissant sandwich. It was fresh, delicious, and one of my favorite items on the menu. The waffles are also very good, especially when they're served fresh and hot. However, the server placed the crepe atop a piece of tissue paper on the plate. While eating, this tissue paper was a distraction and I ended up cutting through it multiple times. Crepe Cafe isn't a standalone restaurant but rather a kiosk in the mall (just look for the scale-accurate red whales hovering from above if you're lost).
