Here I am one year later and I'm sticking to my 3 star review. I spent a weekend in Miami for a girls trip and my girlfriends have never been here and really wanted to go so we went. The last time I was here was with a different group of friends for a bachelorette trip. Once again I still think that the food and drinks are overhyped and overpriced. $20 for a very mid iced latte is crazy work. They do make pretty Instagram pictures though. We did also have a very nice waitress. One gentleman that worked there (not really sure what his position was because he wasn't a waiter) offered us some type of complimentary dessert drink at the end. It tasted like melted chocolate.
What a gorgeous cafe!!! It is extremely pricey though (around $20 for cafe latte) so don't go if you're not ready to spend the money... I thought it was totally worth it for the art. From the humongous umbrellas over the tables to the silverware, everything was intricately decorated with Dior designs. The wait staff were incredible and so friendly. Our server gave us great recommendations for other places to visit/eat during our Mom's trip to Miami. The coffee drinks were beautifully decorated with a different design on each drink. The burrata was fresh (tasted like it had just been made) and came with a multigrain bread and crunchy breadsticks. This was an unforgettable experience during our trip from Jacksonville.
We came here for the experience and it definitely costs a pretty penny. You're absolutely paying for the name. The ambiance is chic and curated, perfect for photos. The lighting is flattering, the tables are cute, and the décor gives a lush, elevated vibe. If you're coming for the aesthetic, you won't be disappointed. We started with the burrata, which I believe was $25. It was served elegantly nicely tied on top of a tomato with some olive oil drizzled over arugula. The burrata itself was creamy and fresh, and the tomato was juicy and flavorful. The arugula, however, lacked seasoning or dressing it just felt like a pile of leaves thrown underneath. I also got the açaí bowl, which was around $18. The presentation was beautiful, but the portion was small and it melted quickly. Taste-wise, it was completely average nothing you couldn't get at a place like Playa Bowls for a lot less. We also tried the croissants, which were again, fine but underwhelming. Slightly stale, not very flaky or buttery, and certainly not worth the $8-$10 price tag. I've had far better for half the cost at local cafés. So, if you're going for the experience, the Dior Café is worth stopping by at least once especially if you want cute photos and luxury branding. But if you're going for the food, you'll likely be underwhelmed . Better to brunch elsewhere and stop here for a quick coffee and a photo op.
Cute place, very small. I'd imagine if you were with a big group you'd want to make reservations. My bf and I just wanted to some coffee so we stopped by. And let me just say for $40 for two drinks, not worth it. I had the iced Matcha latte, ordered with oat milk. $18 for this and the quality was sub par. No thank you. Not to mention that when they sent it out this put whip cream on top and when I asked the server if it had dairy there was a tremendous language barrier. So I had to explain to the manager that I can't have dairy. Felt bad sending the drink back but the whip cream was not in the description of the drink.
A little late in the game but wanted to finally see what all the hype was about Cafe Dior. I visited a few months back with some friends who were visiting and we enjoyed a sunny day at the terrace. This place located inside the Dior store and it is nicely decorated with a chic vibe, great for pictures. We ordered the charcuterie and drinks. I went with the organic matcha latte which was nicely served but flavor was just OK. We signed up for the waiting list and knew it was going to take a little bit, so we just walked around and came back when they confirmed by text. Server was nice, my friends ended up talking to him for a little bit since he was Italian and they were traveling to his city. Overall, I think this is a place to visit at least once.
The staff here is beyond exceptional - shoutout to Louise. The café is located on the third floor of the store. We were quickly seated on patio seating. Although the menu prices are steep, the ambience and service made up for it. The staff checked in with us and made some jokes. They also took our pictures behind two back drops and provided direction on how to pose. The staff also didn't make us feel crappy for not ordering too many things. Frappuccino - the chocolate used tasted premier 5/5 Lemonade - there was fresh lemon pulp used, it wasn't too sweet 3/5 Pistachio croissant - the filling wasn't much and the pastry itself tasted almost like a savory phyllo dough. It wasn't a typical pistachio croissant you would get at a random café 2/5
The service was amazing friendly and attentive, the lobster ravioli was my absolute favorite. The burrata which ones paired with bread was delicious although I wish the bread had been roasted . The environment was beautiful and nice for a sunny day since it's an outdoor cafe . If looking to take pictures just know everyone can see you and they make long lines
Beautiful little cafe tucked away on the 3rd floor of the Dior store in the Design District! Great service even from the door with Lou the manager helping us to our table and having great hospitality and Javier with our order. We had the matcha latte and iced latte with a pistachio croissant, and they do a cute coffee art as well. They have a small menu with food, drinks and coffee/tea, so nice for a quick break from the shopping or lunch! Of course you are in the Design District and at the Dior store, so prices are more expensive than your regular coffee shop, but you should go here with that expectation already. We went during the weekday so it wasn't hard to get in, but I'm sure on the weekends it can be busy.
So pretty and memorable! The Dior Cafe is located upstairs and outside. I came before the crowd, so I sat in a gorgeous spot by the iconic DIOR sign. Prices are absolutely outlandish here - ~$20 for an iced matcha is crazy. The matcha was good, not stellar. I liked the design on top of the milk foam. The rest of the food and drinks menu was equally rich, but it's to be expected to experience the vibes and ambiance here. Service was fine. They were pleasant, polite and efficient. I heard a server offering recommendations to the table next to us, which was nice of him. As a note, though, the restroom stall was not good at all. First of all, it didn't lock. There was a line. Plus, by the time I got inside, it was beyond gross and filthy. I had to tell the staff upon exiting that it needed maintenance.

I've been wanting to try this place and so glad we had the chance to in our honeymoon! Massimo (owner) and his wife were literally the best hosts and people you could meet. We felt so incredibly welcomed and taken care of during our visit and Massimo was super friendly and hilarious. We tried all their recommendations and appreciated their honesty and care on our food and beverage choices. The coffee and food that we chose were to die for, incredibly delicious and all around unique. Their presentation was on a whole other level and of course the decor of the cafe itself was beautiful and luxurious. Incredible experience overall and we can't wait to come back! read more

This place is very Instagram worthy and you pay for exactly that. The Dior café is on the rooftop of the Dior store in the Design District. While originally planned as a pop-up, they are now going to be there permanently but the decor is changing every once in a while. There was a short wait - about 10-15 minutes until they called me. There isn't a lot of shade and it's very sunny so I'd recommend going later in the day. I loved the decor and thought it was really pretty. We ordered a cappuccino, a burrata, waters and a Greek yoghurt for our little one. The burrata came with some yummy bread - I loved it. Coffee wasn't anything special. Bill with tip and tax came out to almost $100 so I don't see myself going there very often but it was fun trying it. read more

I've been here several times with girlfriends and it's been a fun place to catch up and enjoy coffee on the Dior rooftop . It's definitely an Instagram worthy place. My Dior printed almond latte was $14. Although because of the prices it's not a place to go on the regular it's definitely a place you should try once and take photos to post on IG. The food prices are even higher ($23 for an avocado toast?!) also if it's a Sunday be prepared to wait over an hour (I waited 1.5 hours ::eye roll::) it's packed to the gills and no reservations online, only walk in reservations. I went on a Tuesday mid day and there was no wait so it really depends on the day. Also, no photos in the Dior store! The guard made that very clear when we arrived. Lol. Enjoy ladies and fellas! This place could be a fashionista's dream come true. To shop haute couture downstairs & be able to sip coffee& dine on various pastries with the company's logo is a dream come true. What was off-putting about this place is this is Miami & this rooftop was adorned with merely oscillating fans to cool you off. I'd think a fashion house of this statue would come up with a clever way to keep patrons cool while we take endless selfies & Instagram stories. I'm not a coffee person so unfortunately can't offer a valid opinion regarding it. We tried a chocolate & pistachio treat that we were told is not on the menu as of yet & will be debuted with the fall collection. It was in fact tasty. How much could you pay for one cup of coffee ? - 2$,3$,5$??? How about 14$ plus taxes and fees)))) This is a price for Dior coffee. Of course, when you pay an overprice, you expect something fantastic. Sorry, Dior. Your bags are amazing, but coffee is terribly bad. Taste's watery and bitter. I hope that next time I visit the flavor will drastically improve. . P.s: why couldn't the coffee have been as delicious as the macaroons? read more

The service at Dior Cafe is unmatched -- Massimo, Tania and their staff go above and beyond for an amazing experience! They accommodated our party of 4 and made it so memorable. Super chic coffee spot located upstairs at Dior in the Miami Design District. My husband and I enjoyed a tasty lemonade and an ice cold Frappuccino outside on the deck. Luckily we were able to get a seat in the shade, I wish there were fans because it was still quite hot. Service was quick and friendly. $5 valet parking for up to 4 hours nearby. read more

Love Love Love! The atmosphere is gorgeous and the desserts are decadent. The customer service was also outstanding as well. The waiters are very attentive and helpful. The ambiance is also very welcoming and relaxing. I decided to have some desserts with friends and we all had an amazing time. I gave the Dior Cafe 4/5 stars due to the fact that you cannot make reservations. The line is extremely long and it takes hours to get a table. read more

Love this place ! It's on the second floor so you shlom go into the store . Great service and coffee the pastry is ok . One of the best spot to drink coffee and take a picture!! The only thing it's very very hot there , no fan. But I still had a good experience. read more

This place met my expectations. Beautiful photo zones, delicious coffee, great dissertations, and excellent service. By the way, the cafe is located on the third floor of the main store. For some time, we could not figure out where it is, because Google Maps showed the same place as the store. At the entrance, we were met and followed to the elevator. When we went up to the third floor, they met us near the elevator and led us to the table, and served the menu. While they brought us coffee and desserts, we took pictures at photo areas. There are several of them, but also there are lines. Be prepared to wait a while. As for prices, I believe that they are overpriced, especially for coffee. BUT, people go to this place, not for coffee and desserts, but photos. So enjoy it. read more

Nice atmosphere, service was a bit poor. And the food was decent, paying $14 for a cappuccino that didn't even taste good.. taste was below average, was expecting better to be honest.. The decor is very nice.. look super good, Dior logo everywhere make that place look so fancy.. in my opinion this is a place to go once just to experience it since they don't have it everywhere but not somewhere I will go a lot.. read more

The experience here was amazing. The service was great. The waiter explained all the deserts and drinks which were hard to pronounce. The price was just a lot paid almost $100 for a frap, acai bowl and a gelato ice cream. read more

Brunch at the DIOR Cafe with my Bestie. This cafe located in the Miami Design District on the 3rd floor of the Dior Women's Boutique. We ordered the mimosas, vanilla latte and acai fruit bowls. Nice place to stop in for a small bite and refreshing drink while shopping. read more

Such a cute place to eat for brunch, this place is aesthetically beautiful and is a perfect place to take pictures. It's located on the upper level of the Dior store, almost like a rooftop. The scenery is beautiful, the employees were very nice, and the food was tasty and marked at a decent price. I definitely would recommend this place if you're in the area. Really nice brunch and scenery. Highly recommend stopping here while you are in Miami. The service was very warm and welcoming and they were quick as well to seat us. The coffee and food was also great. The only thing that I didn't enjoy was the man I went with complaining about the price. Other than that amazing!!!! read more
The cafe is outside and it's jungle themed! I think it's a really cute area to check out for the scenery. The servers are all super friendly and accommodating for us! We ordered the avocado toast, chocolate bread, charcuterie board, raspberry macaron, and the Dior latte. My favorite were the raspberry macaron and chocolate bread. The raspberry macaron was really refreshing while the chocolate bread had a good bread and chocolate ratio. It is pretty pricey though but it is nice to experience once when the weather is not too hot! read more

If you want a $14 croissant or a $25 yogurt, you've found the right place. Goes well with a $19 hot chocolate! Maybe a $35 avocado toast? And yes, you'll need to stop for food on the way home. You'll be hungry! read more

This was such a cute spot! It was smaller than I thought it would be but that didn't interfere with their service. Everything was Covid friendly and safe. It's located on the 3rd floor rooftop of the Dior store in the design district. So the location is pretty close to many other major name luxury stores and cute cafes. My friends and I ordered avocado toast, pain au chocolat, raspberry macaroon and lychee, an iced latte, a cappuccino, and a plate of assorted cured meats with tomatoes to share. In all, the food was tasty however the portions were extremely small for the amount of money you are paying. But we expected it since it's attached to the "Dior" name. It's not an everyday spot for me but it's definitely a cute place to visit if you've never been. read more

Beautiful atmosphere! Loved it! Thankful we were in the shade though because it was incredible bright. Hostess and waiter were nice and accommodating. The food was incredibly expensive, but it's dior what do you expect LOL. The food was really good! Croissant was delish and warm. The acai bowls were super tasty too! Since I have been to Dior cafe before, I had high hope before coming to this place However, nothing meets my expectations. None of the cakes were good. If I have to choose the best one, it would be the Coconut Delice, but it was just okay in my opinion. The execution was not bad, but not that good. Such a small place too, if you have a party of more than 5 people, you may rethink about coming here. Nothing to praise about the drinks. I made a safe choice by ordering a bottle of Orangina (basically it's an orange soda) because none of the drinks on menu sounded appealing. My friends ordered latte/frappucino and there was nothing special about them. Haven't tried their salty treats, but honestly I don't know if I should have. The service wasn't good either they served us like we can spend a whole day waiting. The decor, good for photos, but not too impressive. I added photos of Dior cafe in Korea, so you can judge them yourself. read more

When is the best time to go during the week to ensure no wait?
I think it depends. We went on a Saturday at noon and had less than a 5 min wait. Really just waiting for someone to escort us to the elevator.

Open yes. Do not take reservations. Have to go and get on a list if cafe is at capacity at the time

No, I didnt and I was a party of 3. We were seated almost immediately!

I don't think you can make reservations, but I suggest going on a day that isn't too busy. We went on a Friday around 12/1pm and were seated immediately. Keep in mind there are only a few tables.
