It's obviously a beautiful, very photogenic spot, but what stood out to me was that it's not just about the aesthetics, the quality and service actually match the setting. Louis, Claudia, and Tania were all amazing. The service was genuinely above a 10/10, super attentive, friendly, and just made everything feel seamless without being over the top. What a gorgeous cafe!!! It is extremely pricey though (around $20 for cafe latte) so don't go if you're not ready to spend the money... I thought it was totally worth it for the art. From the humongous umbrellas over the tables to the silverware, everything was intricately decorated with Dior designs. The wait staff were incredible and so friendly. Our server gave us great recommendations for other places to visit/eat during our Mom's trip to Miami. The coffee drinks were beautifully decorated with a different design on each drink. Here I am one year later and I'm sticking to my 3 star review. I spent a weekend in Miami for a girls trip and my girlfriends have never been here and really wanted to go so we went. The last time I was here was with a different group of friends for a bachelorette trip. Once again I still think that the food and drinks are overhyped and overpriced. $20 for a very mid iced latte is crazy work. They do make pretty Instagram pictures though. We did also have a very nice waitress. One gentleman that worked there (not really sure what his position was because he wasn't a waiter) offered us some type of complimentary dessert drink at the end. We came here for the experience and it definitely costs a pretty penny. You're absolutely paying for the name. The ambiance is chic and curated, perfect for photos. The lighting is flattering, the tables are cute, and the décor gives a lush, elevated vibe. If you're coming for the aesthetic, you won't be disappointed. We started with the burrata, which I believe was $25. It was served elegantly nicely tied on top of a tomato with some olive oil drizzled over arugula. The burrata itself was creamy and fresh, and the tomato was juicy and flavorful. The arugula, however, lacked seasoning or dressing it just felt like a pile of leaves thrown underneath. I also got the açaí bowl, which was around $18. The presentation was beautiful, but the portion was small and it melted quickly. Taste-wise, it was completely average nothing you couldn't get at a place like Playa Bowls for a lot less. We also tried the croissants, which were again, fine but underwhelming. Slightly stale, not very flaky or buttery, and certainly not worth the $8-$10 price tag. I've had far better for half the cost at local cafés. So, if you're going for the experience, the Dior Café is worth stopping by at least once especially if you want cute photos and luxury branding. But if you're going for the food, you'll likely be underwhelmed . Better to brunch elsewhere and stop here for a quick coffee and a photo op. read more

I stopped by the Dior Café expecting a nice experience, but the service was surprisingly poor. After sitting down, I waited several minutes before a staff member even approached me. When they finally did, they asked if I was ready to order, and I said yes. I was told to wait a moment because someone would come take my order. That "moment" turned into about 20 minutes of being completely ignored. No one checked on me or came to take the order. A little late in the game but wanted to finally see what all the hype was about Cafe Dior. I visited a few months back with some friends who were visiting and we enjoyed a sunny day at the terrace. This place located inside the Dior store and it is nicely decorated with a chic vibe, great for pictures. We ordered the charcuterie and drinks. I went with the organic matcha latte which was nicely served but flavor was just OK. We signed up for the waiting list and knew it was going to take a little bit, so we just walked around and came back when they confirmed by text. The staff here is beyond exceptional - shoutout to Louise. The café is located on the third floor of the store. We were quickly seated on patio seating. Although the menu prices are steep, the ambience and service made up for it. The staff checked in with us and made some jokes. They also took our pictures behind two back drops and provided direction on how to pose. The staff also didn't make us feel crappy for not ordering too many things. They have a small menu with food, drinks and coffee/tea, so nice for a quick break from the shopping or lunch! Of course you are in the Design District and at the Dior store, so prices are more expensive than your regular coffee shop, but you should go here with that expectation already. Wanted to take my friends to check out Dior cafe for the aesthetics and cute signature dishes. I arrived first, and added us to the wait list. I browsed handbags while I waited. My table was ready sooner than expected, so I checked in and went up to be seated. The host was very personable. A couple minutes later the girls arrived and called me to let me know they were having an issue at the door. The young lady at the door who after we were done and leaving, never gave me her name when I asked was a bit rude to my friends. One she told couldn't come inside because her top looked like a swim top although my other friend was wearing a similar skirt set with a crop top. Even went as far as touching her top to feel the fabric without displaying boundaries and asking first. She said no problem she would go buy a shirt at one of the near by shops and return. All the while I'm still on the phone listening. My other friend then explains that I'm already seated and the name on the table. The woman is saying ok well I have to check the amount of people she listed the table under. Tone very rude still. Eventually she was allowed in. The upstairs experience was totally different. I want to say our server was Angelica. She was very sweet and accommodating. As well as suggested items. She also moved us to a seat close to a fan when it became available because it was HOT outside. We ended up getting something quick since we were here and decided to have a full meal elsewhere. Because it was still just the two of us. She opted for the açaí and I had a dessert. Both really good. It's cute for the experience and visual. But the prices are going to give Dior for certain. Long story short if you are coming here just for the pictures then it's perfect but if you're coming here to actually dine and get good food, this is not the place. So I came here while a friend was visiting as this was a place that she's been wanting to try and I was more than happy to. We came in and were given a dirty table that nobody cleaned up for the first 10 minutes that we were there and no one came to take our orders. The table still had dishes on it from the previous people. Then we took a look at the menu and some of the prices were absolutely absurd and by absurd I mean $20 for a coffee and $50 for a dish. However, it's the same old same and of course it's still super expensive. I've gotten my Dior fill - for the cafe. I probably won't come back unless they add something super cool or new. I did notice they change the cafe drink back to "Dior" rather than "CD" but they raised the price on it I think. The decor is a tad updated with more shades which are of course Dior, the plates/mugs now have the dior design, and the seat cushions. The croissant was my favorite. The Dior hot cafe drink is the only one that actually has "Dior"'written out. The matcha was super good and the chocolate drink was great. The service was actually better than the last time I came so I'm happy about that ! In addition, the wait wasn't as long. When I first came here I had to wait 2 hours this time we only had to wait 45 minutes. It's first come first serve they don't have reservations. I really wanted to go to the Dior cafe and was extremely excited about it, but the terrible experience crushed my expectations. First of all, the greeting. We were standing in line to the store, and the host asked everyone about their purpose of visit, but us, so when it was our turn to come in, they guided us to a store consultant. When we asked him how we could get to a cafe, he answered irritably and arrogantly that it was not his job and we needed to ask the host. So we went back outside, and they added us to a wait list. The waiting time was 30 minutes. When we got to a café, we were greeted pretty warmly and had a table in front of the photo zone. I expected the price to be pretty high, but 14$ for a cappuccino and 25$ per Dior coffee was shocking. Cappuccino was the most basic one (but with a logo), and you can get better coffee in a small coffee shop. The Dior coffee was even worse... It tasted just like Starbucks cold coffee, and the chocolate for decorations wasn't even real (it was like compound chocolate). At first, we wanted to order desserts there, but we saw other people having them, and they looked terrible. The croissants looked store-bought for a steep $14, and the Dior Bee dessert lacked the expected layers for its $25 price tag. We decided not to disappoint ourselves more with their food. When the waitress asked us if we liked our coffee and we said no, she replied "Well, okay". I don't understand why this café still exists with such low-quality food and service; it destroys the brand reputation! I would not recommend coming here even for pictures. read more

The space itself feels strangely dingy, lacking the polish and elegance one would expect. Although the glassware and plates hint at intention, they cannot redeem a menu that feels tired and uninspired. The croissants are stale, the drinks entirely forgettable. What may have worked briefly as a novelty now feels like a clear mismatch between brand and reality. The crowd and the atmosphere fall well short of the standards associated with a preeminent French luxury house. There is nothing fabulous here, only disappointment.
