I also noticed that the self-service drink station would be difficult, if not impossible, for many wheelchair users to access comfortably. A few changes to the layout would make the restaurant much more welcoming and accessible for people with a variety of mobility needs. I've been doing burgers and shakes and new flavors of ice cream and I'm discovering that chocolate ice cream and its many descendants are quite delicious. For example I beta tested the Kentucky Fudge Pecan Pie in a baby sized cup and found that I love it! I also reaffirmed that I have zero allergic reaction to pecans. Furthermore, I discovered that pie crust bits in ice cream are flipping fantastic and something I will include in my extensive list of things I am thankful for come this November's Turkey holiday.
