An hour later I still had not received the correct order and no follow up call. So I called Panera again and found that no one had been there yet. I again called Door Dash customer service and was told that the order had been completed so there was nothing that she could do aside from the refund which should be in my account within 5-7 days. The refund btw had been initiated by Panera Bread Not Door Dash. I do not understand WHY the driver could not be contacted to redeliver the correct order to my home to make it right. I was told that I could order everything again but why in the world would I want to take a chance on having the same thing happen AGAIN because of Door Dash?
