After you place your order at the counter, you are given a number, and they bring your meal to your table. The fountain drinks and tea are self-serve. The most difficult choice is deciding what sauces you want. There are like 10 different flavors, and if you require more than 1 or 2, they will charge you. The tenders we had were tasty, but they were small. Each tender was maybe 2 1/2 or 3 inches long. So, my advice is order more. There were many children in there happily dining on chicken and Mac n cheese. We opted for fries, which were very good. My only complaint was many tables needed to be cleared, and I didn't see any getting a thorough cleaning. Solid 4 star fast food.

I was there at about 7:00pm and I know exactly what they did. These livers obviously had been sitting around for hours allowing them to dry out. Why in the you know what would a manager allow something like this to be served to their customers? I don't know if I will go back not knowing if I'm going to get trash or not. The young man who took my order made sure I didn't forget the honey for my biscuit and it was absolutely perfect. Lets get back to the chicken with its crunchy skin and tender meat all good to devour on their own nastiness but also accompanied by sauces to dip in. Oh my. My burger was well made and nicely packaged. The top buns had volume and wasn't smashed down. The fries were fresh and much better than McD's fries. I love the cut of the fries which have a crispy skin and soft interior. They also salt them just right. I don't find any soggy fries or extra crispy bits which I love and hate. I love eating them, so I hate that there were none, but I also admire that they give me a basket of perfect French fries. The beverage station is clean and the soda machines mix well and don't taste grimy or watered down. I would guess that they clean the dispenser nozzles regularly before mildew sets in because I don't taste any funny flavors. My diet coke tastes like it came from a can or bottle. The A/C in the dining room was pumping and it felt great on a hot Owensboro summer day. It actually got my temp so cold that when I left, it felt great to be in the warmth again. The service has always been great to me and they give me smiles and are very accommodating. The tables are clean and the restaurant itself is new and well maintained. The bathrooms are clean and even though the staff needs to unlock them for the guests, they did so with no fuss. There were also no issues with stale bathroom aromas here. They have good music playing in the dining room and the design is pretty contemporary even down to the bathroom signs. For a big franchise restaurant, it's pretty cool. Overall, it was a great experience every time I've been here. Try the fries with some BK honey mustard. It may change the way you dunk fries for the rest of your life.
