The man walking around whom I assume was an owner told us we couldn't find a better steak anywhere! Bold statement but he was correct! The most tender filet cooked exactly medium. The green beans and sweet potatoes tasted home cooked not mass produced. We had a booth that was cozy but I walked in and thought it smelled musty. They're moving right next door soon and hopefully that'll fix that problem. The current location is a very old brick building. Go and get the best steak in your life!

The master of sandwiches who took my order recommended the smokehouse grilled cheese. It was a perfect suggestion It had beautiful texture, the perfect balance of meats to cheese to bread, and sauce. It was piping hot and every bite of this sandwich was enjoyed. I usually enjoy the middle of a sandwich but this one was nice from end to end. I actually took my time to enjoy this in little bites rather than scarfing it down. They were also kind enough to let me sample a slice of their bread which was really good. They have a variety of flavored butters and a good amount of loaves, cookies, and things that looked good. The vibe of this place is pretty cool. It is clean and the music is chill, and I super appreciate that they take good care of the restrooms. I've already lined up my next meal here. It'll be a tomato bisque soup with a grilled cheese sandwich. But of course you knew this. You were probably going to order the same and I dont blame ya. It'll be fantastic. I already know!

The bread was simply bread as far as I know. No fancy names in French or Italian. Nothing baked in and crusted in cheese or tomato or special herbs. I don't even know if a fancier bread is an option. But it was a dang good sandwich. The ingredients taste fresh. I even thought to myself how nice the iceberg lettuce tasted. It was crisp with a sweetness to it. The tuna was nice and the provolone I added was cool. Nothing stood out as the star of the show. It all just came together to be a fantastic sandwich. Plus I ordered a giant size and essentially got 2 sandwiches. The employees were awesome and helpful in guiding me towards the ultimate JJ experience. The restroom was clean and has some fun decorations worth checking out. I like it. I'll be back.

If you use your phone, you are required to wash and sanitize your hands after each use of your phone and before handling any food. They do not do this at this location. I hadn't been to this location before and stopped in on December 30, 2025. It was about 7:20 pm and every place else nearby was pretty busy, if not packed. In this Jimmy John's, only three workers behind the counter were in the building. They were all entranced in each of their cell phones... I was sitting in the parking lot about to make a bad decision. As I open my door, a guy walks up the side walk, toward the Jimmy John's entrance. I follow him in. We both stand there for EIGHT MINUTES before any of the employees even look up from their phones. Finally, they take his order. A girl puts down her cell phone right on the counter where they make sandwiches and starts making his sandwiches, with her bare hands, no gloves -- which are required. During the process of making his sandwiches, she puts the sandwiches down several times to respond to texts on her cell phone. I just couldn't believe it. I had just ordered my sandwich and was about to swipe my credit card. I was just about in shock from the blatant disregard for food safety and obeying the law, etc... I told the cashier to forget it and then I said, all of you need to review the safe food handling requirements. She just had a blank look on her face as if she was clueless. I said, you have to wash your hands after using your phone, using the restroom, and each time you leave & return to the prep area. She said, "we do not". I then said, you can't be handling your phones while making customer's food either. She just looked lost. And then I left.

If they start serving ham and tuna salad, I'll probably have to cash out my 401k and become a franchisee. A place serving a pentatonic choice of sandwich salads is a near perfection; if they add bologna salad this place might rule the world. But then they will probably have to change the name to "Sandwich salad salvation". They even have a "Sassy Scott", if I were chicken salad this would be me, crazy. I got a "classic carol" club sandwich with broccoli salad. I also order a small pimento salad to try. Sandwich on a croissant is perfect. Broccoli salad is fresh with a hint of sweet. The cookie is a wonderful dessert. I liked the pimento salad, great flavor, fresh with a shredded texture. However, I miss the more cheese sauce texture of most pimento cheese. They have their own club style crackers, slightly different then standard club crackers, maybe some wheat, very good. Service was fast for my carry out order, they have a drive through service.
