Empty seats

I went to this restaurant, which had many empty booths and tables and asked for a booth. They said ok and tried to set me at a table directly in front of the kitchen door. I pointed out the multiple open booths in at least 3 different servers areas, and was told policy was to put us there. I asked for the manager, her response was all of their sections were double seated and I would have to wait at least 10 minutes for a server in a booth. If all were double seated, what difference was what type of seat I was in?? There are many food options close to this place, if you want good food and service, please go elsewhere. The Texas Roadhouse next door was perfect, staff and food. They care. It's a shame Chili's don't. It appears by other reviews, Chili's really don't provide good food or service. Read others. This is a long standing issue that they don't want to improve on.

Empty tables but told we had a 25 minute wait, only 1 other party ahead of us.

The place was clean, decor was simple. we arrive around 6:15p on 2/10/24 with a party of 4, my wife, my 2 kids and myself. We were told around a 25 minute wait. Why? I counted at LEAST 9 clean tables/booths for us! Finally we're seated, drink orders taken. Drinks arrive and straws were not given. We had to ask for them. Once our food order was taken it took 51 minutes to get it! Food was decent, that's why I'm giving it 2 stars. The waitress however, was very over burdened. Very inattentive. My wife expressed that we wouldn't be returning. At least we tried it, right?

Crispy chips & salsa

Service was slow to get started but once we ordered things went quick. The chips and salsa can't be beat. Frozen margaritas always delicious. Get The Oldtimer with cheese with everything. Perfection. Saturday night. Very busy but they persevered and we had a good time.

Waitresses were very rude trying to push us out. I get when it's late they are trying to close but man. Usually really good but not today.

Do not know how to deal with large groups. Don't waste your time, if you want to eat here with a large group.

Well, I wish I would've taken pictures while I was there because the ones on here don't represent…read moreit very well. Food/Drink: For starters, I got there after the main kitchen closed so they only had fried food. It was pretty late, I didn't even expect them to have any food. I just had fries, and they were good. I didn't have any alcohol, because I no longer drink, but it sounded like unreasonably cheap prices for the most part, at least compared to where I'm from. They also have cans of soda, which is my preferred style. The menu isn't huge but I'd also prefer that over overwhelming. They have plenty for everyone. It is 21+ at all times. Pool: The 7 foot tables were in pretty good shape, definitely better than the average bar table for sure. I didn't get a chance to play on it because others were using it, but they just got a brand new 9 foot table with an awesome, square, huge LED light for the top of it! They also hold tournaments pretty often, so it would be a good place to play for a long time, one day, without having to commit to a league of any sort. Service/Atmosphere: It's small, what some might consider a dive bar, but I think it can be so much more! I say that because the service was phenomenal. The bartender was so sweet and funny and honest and kind. I needed it that night, so I am truly grateful. All of the folks that were in there were also really nice as well, which to me, speaks of how the business is run and the people that they attract to their business. I'll be back if for nothing else than to say hello if I don't have time to play, but only if I'm passing through the town of course, it's a couple hours away from home. P.S. (nothing to do with this review) Yelp, I don't know if you actually read these but for some reason when I put a "." the next letter after the space doesn't capitalize. Not a huge deal, but I like for my reviews to be as grammatically correct as I know how, and having to go back to correct those is just a little tedious. This is the only app that it happens, so I was just curious if anyone else had the problem as well. I'm on an iPhone 14 ProMax if that makes a difference.

Unassuming dive bar. Definitely a place where the locals play pool. Lots of tournament action going…read moreon. They serve food relatively late, if you can stand eating in a cloud of smoke. No one was particularly hostile and no one was very welcoming outside of the bartender. Well bourbons here are $2.50. I told the bartender about my experience at Bar Louis and he laughed saying he'd never be caught dead at chain bar paying $6.50 a drink. Definitely not a place to roll in solo unless you're a pool player. Definitely felt out of place, I felt that way driving through the neighborhood it takes to get here. But it's a cool place if you're in to local dives and you play pool.

I wanted to try the Smoked Burger but they are not carrying it anymore, so I had the Classic Cheeseburger. It's a thin patty, well seasoned and delicious. The Cole Slaw I ordered had a weird taste so I didn't eat it. Overall, this is a cool place with some nice artwork by local artists.

I called ahead to be sure there was no wait. Beautiful building and vibe but not very crowded for a Saturday night. Was waited on my a wonderful young server by the name of Shelly. Pleasant , great attitude and welcoming when I asked questions about the menu. Now the food was the big issue here. Selected the Black and Brew burger which was describe as having two patties. Yes there were two but doubtful they were the 6 oz each as listed. The brew cheese sauce was very runny and caused the buns to fall apart when I picked it up. Burger was very well done as well. Side of sweet potato waffle fries were placed in a small dish barely allowing for a small handful. Pickles on the burger were an up charge. Definitely did not curb the burger craving. I pushed my reservations aside and ordered the dessert. Went with a slice of strawberry cheese cake. Server said they did not have any last time it was ordered but she would check. Viola! Came back with a slice.. though it was missing the strawberries. Away she went and returned with only a strawberry sauce. At this point I'm all in so I drizzled the sauce over the slice. Went to cut into it only to find the gorgeous looking slice was frozen solid. Ugggg . Walked it to the bar and asked for my check and explained the slice issue. This place has so much potential but is utterly failing on the food side.
