The second time took longer because it was difficult to diagnose the issue. They're upfront about their prices and the actual cost aligns with their estimate. The prices are also incredibly reasonable. It's rare to find honest people in any industry but it seems to be more prevalent in the auto industry. Tom and his wife seem to be business owners who genuinely want to do an honest days work for a fair price. This is the only place I will take my vehicle.

We had already paid for an inspection and it was diagnosed as a bad control arm. They repaired it at a cost of $1057 and it did not fix the issue. They called me to tell me it did not fix the issue and would need another $200 to dive deeper into it to figure out what it was. Complete incompetence by both the company and mechanic! I understand you are only as good as your workers are but for them to ask for another $200 because they had no idea what they were doing to begin with is crazy! I would not recommend any service at this shop!

I would not recommend Omaha Car Care based on my experience…read more I dropped my truck off on Thursday, but it wasn't even looked at until around midday Friday. Before leaving it with them, I explained to Mike exactly what the issue was. The fuel pickup needs to be replaced, and since the tank would already have to come down, I asked him to replace the fuel pump at the same time and do an oil change. I specifically told Mike that my truck will only allow me to use about 3-4 gallons of fuel before it won't start anymore. Instead of actually diagnosing that issue, he simply let my truck idle for roughly 8 hours and then told me everything was fine. He also claimed he put a scope into my fuel tank and said it was "rusted." This is an Arizona truck that has been in Nebraska for less than a year, so that claim makes very little sense. The most frustrating part was when I asked if he had removed fuel from the tank to see if the truck would stop running once it got below the 3-4 gallon threshold I had described. His response was, "Oh, I guess I could've done that." That should have been one of the first diagnostic steps. To top it all off, he said my truck has a lower-end engine knock and claimed that prevented him from doing the oil change. I left feeling like the actual issue I brought the truck in for was never properly diagnosed. The only positive thing I can say is that they didn't charge me for the service. However, I still lost time, got no answers, and now have to take my truck somewhere else to have the problem diagnosed correctly. I won't be returning.

We live in MN and after packing up our suv at the Omaha hotel to head back home, somehow the auto start push button was stuck pressed down. This hero answered my phone call, while out running errands and said he'd swing on by. He not only very quickly and inexpensively dismantled it in a hotel parking lot he made it so we were able to drive the 6+ hours home without a worry. We can't thank him and Evelyn enough for stopping their Sunday plans to help a random family. Top NOTCH Quality - amazing - work!! THANK YOU!

They got us in the day I contacted them and, after doing a thorough check to make sure it was necessary, replaced the front rotors and all 4 pads. They were super helpful and kind, and showed us the old parts so we could see what was going on. They went above and beyond the service requested and are a great value!!
