Had an excellent overall experience with Dingley's! The entire team was amazing to work with. The non-motorized activities were great - enjoyed by all ages in our group. Then we were able to do a Pontoon rental for sunset - awesome! The pontoon was a 2021 boat that was in great shape and the perfect size for a group of 9! Would highly recommend Wayne and the team at Dingley's to anyone looking for a great day of water activities on the Lake. We will be back! read more

DO NOT do business at DINGLEY's Wharf. Expensive, approx $1100. for 6 hr pontoon boat rental with towing tube. Tube was malfunctioning, did not get one tow out of it. Disappointed kids. I asked for 10% refund, ($100) Manager, Wayne Warren has very poor customer service skills, I'll just quote him here, "Save your breath, you're not getting anything back". Mr Nice Guy, huh? Unsuspecting tourist who booked a 4 hour trip on a small boat without any features. I was given two sweaters for booking the trip + good reviews which makes sense in hindsight. I took the boat out for 1.5 hours and when I returned I was told there was a less timely option, when they looked into it the price was "the same." In other words, you have a four hour trip for $300 trip and another 2 hour options for $300??? I paid $300 for 1.5 hours of boating which is unbelievable. It's been a week since this happened and my anus is still sore. ....but I'll be sure to wear those damn sweaters. this place is a joke! especially the owner of the 2023 pontoon boat. we rented the pontoon like we do every year for three hours and on our way back the boat started shaking on us. we stopped to see what was wrong with the motor and nothing was wrapped around it and we DID NOT hit a single thing. we drove slow back and mind you the pontoon itself didnt even get up to 15 miles an hour. got back and a whole propeller is missing from the pontoon. they blamed us for hitting something charged us an extra 300. we explained we didn't hit a single thing, asked for the gps to be shown to show them we werent in any shallow area. The guy was telling us the bring him to court cause he was gonna charge us anyways. Honestly the worst and most rude people I have else felt with. We were told we could never come back. Don't, just don't. Do not rent from this place... Total rip off. I rented a JetSki for 2 1/2 days and it cost me $1900... that's right folks $1900 for 2 1/2 days. To make it worse on the second day due to an incoming storm one of the employees called me and told me to either bring it back before the storm or wait the storm out which would've put return way after 9 o'clock that evening. We chose to bring the JetSki back early hoping that the business would credit us the lost half day. of course the storm didn't come in on time but the JetSki did. When they got the manager to resolve the situation, a guy named "Wayne" his response was "well look out there folks, where is the storm, I don't see a storm." So basically we listen to the employee who called us telling us to bring the JetSki back early and then got but jammed by Wayne who didn't back up his own employees decision. So if you're foolish enough to rent from these guys make sure you read the paperwork. Don't rent for this place they're obviously out to rip off tourists. read more

Rented a couple of jet skis here today. Great friendly service and well-kept equipment. They offer jet skis (18+ to drive), paddleboats, boats, canoes, etc. The lake was huge and not crowded. Affordable hourly rental and an hour was plenty for us. Make sure to bring your sunblock for your forearms and thighs. They offer plastic pouches for cameras if you want to take them out on the water or they can store your belongings behind the counter. We needed our drivers licenses and signed waivers. Parking was free and right in front of the kiosk but limited in numbers of spaces available. read more

Outstanding experience! Our family reserved 2 jet skis for 2 days. The staff was patient, flexible, helpful, and great customer service. Our family of 20 rotated in and out over the 2 days which we all had the same excellent service and experience with this staff. We were very happy. read more
