Big thank you to My and the rest of her shift today! I accidentally left my belongings at the store without even realizing and the team was able to contact me to let me know that my stuff was here and that they'd wait for me to come pick it up since they were about to close. Tea here is way too sweet, at least for me. They say they're a Taiwanese shop but doesn't taste close to any Taiwanese tea shops I've have in the 626. Growing up with AU79 and Ten Ren's in the SGV, nothing really compares to the OG stores. I ordered a Mango Green Tea and all I tasted was their Mango flavor and syrup. I can't taste any tea with the drink and that's why I give it 3 stars. One for service, one for promptbess with the drink and one for the atmosphere. I heard great things about Ding Tea from a coworker and since I was in the area for a race, it was worth a try but I wouldn't drive down for it in the future. Not disrespect but I prefer the OG tea shops in the 626 area and I'm not taking about Half & Half. read more

Another ding tea close to home. I usually get their signature milk tea with egg pudding and it came out just as I expected it to be. Honestly all of their teas from every location so far has been really good and not much I can say bad about it. This location though in my opinion the only thing bad about it would be their floor. When it comes down to how clean the store looks, their choice of flooring was really bad. In fact I personally hate that type of flooring because it looks so outdated compared to the rest of the store but because it covers so much of the store in your vision it makes the place look kind of crappy. Once they get their funds together the first thing they should change is their floor. Everything else is done nicely. Overall I do come here for the tea so a four star for service and product but lost a star due to the outlook of the store. Floor must go! read more

I drove by this place a few times but couldn't tell if they were open or closed. So I decided to call, much to my surprise they were open. There was no one there when I went at 1 pm. I ordered their signature milk tea. Okay, I love seven leaves and roasting water, but this place was gross. Sorry I hate leaving bad reviews but the milk tea was so gross. I've never been to the other locations. It eats super sweet and like all the other reviews said, too much milk. I went back to give them a second chance and asked if they can make me another one with less milk and less sweet. The girl was nice and did it but even my second one was too sweet and milky. I couldn't taste the tea at all. Very disappointed and sad. I had very high hopes for this place. read more

Gave this place a second try. Their boba sucks. I ordered the boba latte and several other drinks which I can't give comments on since I ordered the boba latte for myself. I've been to numerous ding tea and this is not at all a representation of ding tea. Their boba is horrible. Taste like eating undercooked hard dried bobas. I told them my experience from last time and thought maybe becuz it was late. But this time it was the exact same. I think these ppl just don't know how to cook their boba. Usually the boba latte has the softest best tasting boba but at this location this is not the case. They had offered me a free upgrade but I declined. No thank you I'm never coming back. read more

Ding Tea has always been a favorite among my family, friends, and myself. I typically go to the Bolsa location, but I went here for the first time and had a great experience. Boba and drinks are great! Service was a little slow today due to the buy two, get one free deal, but it's okay since it was fairly packed. I love Ding Tea and this place has really good drinks that are similar in taste to the one in garden grove, if not BETTER. The staff there is very friendly and are quick to take orders. I ordered 5 drinks and it didn't take them long to make them. I am also happy that they have the rewards program and instead of punchcards you just have to give them your phone number which is a big deal to me since I don't like carrying around a bunch of punchcards. I think this is my favorite ding tea location and the fact that its a lot bigger and not as small as the garden grove one is a major plus. read more

This place is probably one of my favorite boba place. I was so happy that Dingtea is open near my house. Beside that, everytime I walk in there's always warm welcome and the cashier are really nice. The lady boss is really sweet too. As for the drink, I mostly get Matcha Latte and Hokkaido Oolong milktea. Both drink are great, perfect sweetness that I don't need to alter or anything. I tried this place at least around 7 times. Drinks were ok to say the least, but service? Terrible. They've messed up my order at least 2 times and the wait is usually long. I tried to call prior coming here, around 20 minutes before. My experience with milk tea places is that you call for a "to-go" order-if they even are aware of what that means. As soon as I got there I was expected to get my milk tea right away or at least very soon. But when I went up to pay, it was that I realized they were making it only after I got there so I had to wait another 15 minutes. What is the point for a phone order even at this place? I came here during the grand opening promotion (bogo 50%). I got the Signature Milk Tea w Golden boba, one of the most famous drinks of Ding Tea, and it really disappointed me. The drink was extremely sweet. I have been drinking Ding tea on other locations for so long, so I am pretty sure about the taste. Besides, the boba was not fully cooked. My friend also got the hokkaido black milk tea. Again, way too sweet!! I can understand that they just opened and still have to improve their drinks, I will give them another try someday. read more

I went in store, and I've been going to this place a lot lately, and they forgot my toppings two times. My friend came in and asked for boba, and the first time, I looked past it. But I got more boba today, and there no was boba when my friend did ask for it. Also, in this Ding Tea, there is a fabric chair/sofa that is small, and I don't think that is appropriate or safe to have out during COVID. Might want to remove the fabric chair to prevent any more moisture or any liquids to collect. read more
