good boba spot with cute decor! Drinks we got were good! Wintermelon MT with boba and Guava Tea. Both were refreshing and delicious. self order at the kiosk but the staff there was nice. lots of parking available. would return if in the area.

I have this bookmarked for a while now and finally tried it. I was just next door having lunch and drinks ided to get my dessert drink from here. Theyhave both online and self-kiosk ordering system. It might take a while if you decided to order inside since they only have 1 kiosk available so it's better to order it online ahead of time if you know what you're going to get. Lots of seating inside for when you wanna sit awhile and enjoy your drinks. I ordered the Matcha Coffee Latte, sub oatmilk for the regular milk, and added cheese cream. The bitterness of the matcha and coffee paired perfectly with the saltiness of the cheese cream. Yum! I don't like my drinks overly sweet so the 50% sweetness hits the spot. They make your drink quick so you really don't have to wait long. I must try their snacks next time coz who doesn't like to pair their boba drinks with snacks.

Came here after eating somewhere in the same plaza. Got the Hokkaido boba tea with less ice and 75% sweetness. Nothing special but it was still a bit too sweet. The boba was chewy, which I enjoyed. It's a 3.5/5 but I rounded up because I still drank the whole thing. Gf got a classic coffee with tiramisu cream and 70% sweetness. Still a bit sweet.

Ding Tea is hands down the best boba place! I first discovered it when my family moved, and it quickly became one of my favorite spots especially since it was just down the street from my parents' house. After moving to Fresno, I went 3 years without it, so I was beyond excited to finally come back. Happy to say it's still just as amazing as I remember! The self-order kiosk makes everything quick and easy, and I love the interior decor, especially the wall art. Definitely worth the visit!

Decent boba and the price was very good. They have the usual Taiwanese snacks like popcorn chicken. Unfortunately no basil Nice photo op areas and art on the wall

I placed a pickup order online and was pleasantly surprised with how quick the drinks were made. The inside is a cool place to sit and hangout with friends. I love to go here for the occasional sweet treat! I prefer to get any of their drinks at 70% sweetness because I find the sugar to be overwhelming at times. Today we got 3 different drinks and we were all happy with our flavors. My favorite is the taro marble slush and I add black pearl boba. Ding Tea is a must try!

A very cute spot! Has a few options for photo ops. My gals ordered brown boba milk tea and all said it was delicious. I ordered the brown boba latte with tiramisu foam and golden boba at 50% sweetness. It was good but it was still super sweet and that my only complaint. I can't say anything about the service. We weren't greeted when we came in but didn't see anyone either. You ordered at the cashless register. Our order took about 10 minutes and you pick it up at the counter.

This spot is super cute and photogenic. They have lots of seating inside and plenty of parking around them. Although, the parking lot can feel a bit snug. They are tucked off into the corner of the shopping center, so take a close look when visiting. Upon arrival I wasn't greeted by staff and no one offered to help me with the menu, which is technically fine because they have a self-serve kiosk. I got the brown sugar milk tea and it was ready within three minutes. It was tasty! I got the 75% sweetness although I wish I made it 100%. The boba was a perfect texture and there wasn't an overwhelming amount of it.

I saw a lot of complaints about wait time, but this was not an issue for me. We came on a Saturday around 2 PM. There was one self service kiosk at the front counter, and no other order kiosks around so I could see how this might back things up, especially if customers are indecisive or not tech savvy. They are cashless btw, card and tap only. The menu is pretty extensive with a wide range of drinks, toppings, and small selection of food. TBH, probably skip the food. The popcorn chicken we got was definitely not the taiwanese type you'd hope to find at a boba shop. Not a single basil leaf in sight. And for the price, a hard pass. You get one free ketchup to dip only and all other sauces are an upcharge. No option to get any spice on it either. Moving on to the drinks though! This is where the 4 stars come in! My taro milk tea with cheese cream and egg pudding was magnificent. I'm not super into bobas and milk teas but on occasion, I just want a sweet creamy drink and this hit all the spots for me. The cheese cream is so bomb, I could eat this by the spoonful! Mixed into my taro milk tea, it was a match made in heaven! The egg pudding there is silky but bouncy and that just complimented the rest of my drink so well. I would get this again and again. I did get it at 100% sweetness and it was a tad bit sweet but not so much to where I couldn't finish it. 10/10 on this one. My BF got a lychee slush with lychee jelly (I know.. lol) Basic order, kinda hard to mess up. The lychee flavor was nice, didn't taste too artificial. Super sweet though and a little too icey. I prefer a creamier type drink but he enjoyed it and killed it in like 10 min. If I was in the area, I'd come back. We only waited about 5 min for our drinks and then another 5 min after that for our chicken. It's cute and clean inside but not bathroom!

Been to Ding Tea many times, it's always a safe option when it comes to milk tea. Usually you order on the kiosk, but when I went a few weeks ago there weren't anymore kiosks so we ordered at the register. Service is fast. The place is simple and nice with a beautiful rose backdrop, great for photos. I tried the cantaloupe milk tea and I honestly couldn't taste most of the cantoupe but I could tell there were bits of cantaloupe in there. Overall it still tasted good!

Ding tea has good drinks, a cute flower walls for photos, and has a good environment to hang out. What's stopping anyone from going? My family went in one night because we craved boba and we had a big group of 8. By the time I ordered and scooted over for my cousins to open up the menu, my drink was already done before anyone could blink. Super quick and yes, they gave me the right drink. I ordered the oolong tea with cream at 50% sugar and I think that was good for me regarding sweetness. It was very creamy as the topping was cream. I had some grass jelly in there too, but those were a bit hard to get out. My other cousin got the oolong milk tea, which was very good. Usually when I go to Ding Tea in the past, their fruit teas were always top notch and their milk teas were so so. Tonight, both were good. I got to try my other cousin's aloe Vera kiwi drink. I really recommend this one as it was sweet with a hint of tart. It was very fruity and refreshing. The Thai milk tea also got two thumbs up from our corner cousin. Those were the only ones I got to try as there were too many of us

    Joey Y.

I'm going to give it a 5 because I like the taste of the mango strawberry blended. A really good sweet and sour blend. But. Why does my blended drink have huge chunks of ice? I don't mean bits of ice because it's blended. There are giant chunks of unblended uncrushed ice

    Dude where's my cheese cream?

Dude where's my cheese cream? The flavor is pretty good but would have been great if they didn't forget the cheese cream that I really wanted.

The only drawback that I experience after a taxing leg workout is feeling nutritionally depleted. Fortunately, the Healthy Blenz Café was open (they open at 9am, seven days a week - located within In-Shape Fitness)! After perusing the menu, I saw an option called the Peanut Butter Builder drink (located within the OG Protein Smoothies section of the menu) that contained 48 grams of protein (perfect as a post-workout treat) and was described as "a Reese in a cup"...if you know me, you know that I love Reeses! I opted for the regular 16oz option, which was more than enough for me. While paying, the employee assisting me thoughtfully suggested that I join the Healthy Blenz loyalty program that allows for you to receive a free drink after accumulating a certain amount of points. The Peanut Butter Builder was exactly as advertised (delicious), if only it came with a Reeses Peanut Butter Cup on the side (I can dream right?)! Thank you Healthy Blenz Café, I will be back soon!

If you're looking for a better quality product and customer service than the "other" smoothie…read moreplaces, I would definitely give "Movita Juice Bar" a try. Located in a small outdoor strip mall directly on Sutterville Rd. and adjacent to Freeport Blvd in the Land Park neighborhood of Sacramento, this place has been serving up delicious assortment of juices, smoothies, wellness shots, teas/matcha, and Açaí bowls dating back to mid-2025. This is one of two locations in the greater Sacramento area (with the other being in Rocklin) while the majority of their locations (25+ and growing rapidly) in the Los Angeles/Orange County area. I came here with my lady during the afternoon on Sunday 4/19/2026 at around 1:30pm. The parking lot is relatively small while it is shared with many other businesses including a boba shop, a Golden 1 Credit Union, a falafel restaurant, and a Chipotle. Upon entering, you will see the interior space being a very trendy purple and green trim complete with a spacious area that sells pre-packaged foods as well as tumblers for purchase. Additionally, they offer one public restroom and a large easy to read digital menu board. What I particularly liked was a colorful chart that showcases the entire ABC's of fruits and veggies, perfect when comparing all the nutritious health benefits that are offered. Since this was our first time ever stepping foot into a Motiva Juice Bar, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. Within a minute, this place absolutely exceeded our expectations with the high level of customer service that was provided. The employee mentioned that if I were to download the Motiva Juice Bar app, I would qualify for a BOGO (buy-one-get-one) for being a new customer. Since my lady and I were craving a smoothie, I we decided to go that route. I went with their "Green Blend" which offers orange juice, tropical mangos, pineapples, and leafy kale She went with their "Peanut Butter & Berry" which includes orange juice, strawberries, bananas, and peanut butter. Both smoothies offer 8g of protein complete with monk fruit. Within 5 minutes, both our smoothies are ready! As you can see from the photos, these things were sized very generously (at 24 oz.) as your definitely get your moneys worth. The first sip of my Green blend was the perfect mix of fruit while the kale was quite prevalent. This definitely tasted healthier than the majority of smoothie shops that I've been to over the years without all the added sugar and preservatives. I also sampled a few sips of her smoothie and loved the fruit infused with peanut butter. I will say that the speed of service, excellent flavor, and reasonable prices all hit the high notes for me. All in all, "Motiva Juice Bar" is as good as it gets when it comes to a quality healthy treat. They have very reasonable hours of operation being open 7 days a week from 8:00am-8:00pm. Another great feature is that you can order any beverage of your choice ahead of time (on the app) and it will be ready when you arrive. Finally, this particular location offers free samples (which is a great perk) as the Peanut Butter & Berry was what they were offering and what my lady ordered. With that said and done, I am giving this place a perfect five star rating.
