Joe is incredibly professional and knowledgeable about every aspect of flooring installation. He removed our existing carpet, laminate, and tile, leveled our floors (which had numerous dips), and even uncovered three layers of tile downstairs before installing the new flooring. Despite the tremendous amount of work involved, he took the time to really prep the floors and completed the entire project by himself. His work ethic, attention to detail, and craftsmanship were truly impressive. I'm exhausted just thinking of all the work he did! Joe was always kind, respectful, and kept us updated throughout the entire process so we always knew what to expect. On top of all that, his pricing was very fair and offered outstanding value for the quality of work he delivered. He even helped us to get the best prices on our flooring. But I was really drawn to Bauer because their team was noticeably thoughtful as they evaluated my existing flooring, and the strategy they discussed in how best to tackle the project. It was clear that this was a company that took pride in every project they took on, and were not in the habit of cutting corners. It was also a very competitive bid compared to other well-known flooring companies. They did not disappoint. From a duration estimate, professionalism, availability / communication, and quality standpoint, we could not be more pleased. The leveling and floor preparation process alone was something to be behold. Previous to hiring them, I had idle thoughts of taking on our flooring as a DIY. But there's no way I could have done what they did in this leveling process. We had 3 different types of floors across this space, and before they even began the installation, the preparation / leveling could have almost stood as a completed "concrete" floor. I even joked with the installer that just in removing / leveling what we had previously, they had already improved the look and continuity of our flooring. In the end, we're extremely pleased with the vinyl flooring installed as well as the baseboards and the new aesthetic it all creates for our downstairs. It's hard to find good companies that stand by their work and workmanship. I cannot sing any higher praises for Bauer Flooring! We are absolutely ecstatic.

Brian was busy with another customer but sent his amazing assistant Denise over to review the work and see if we had any issues. There was one minor detail that was fixed on the spot with a corner. Overall the project included stairs, landings, a hallway, three bedrooms and closets; Bauer Flooring had it all completed in one day. The first time was to replace laminate flooring in half of my condo following a refrigerator leak. Paradise Flooring was able to match the existing flooring, originally purchased from a different company nearly 10 years ago. They also connected me to a great installer. The whole process was smooth and efficient, and the finished product is perfect, as if nothing had ever happened. The second time was purchasing ceramic tiles for the shower wall of my parents' condo during their building-wide plumbing replacement. Again, I wanted to match the existing shower walls (possibly from the 80's) and although a perfect match was not possible, the ones we chose are very close and look great.
