Dina offered flavors that I hadn't even heard of (pink champagne and almond), and she was in constant communication with me about what I wanted, and didnt want. She was even kind enough to drop off the cupcakes at the bridal shower venue, AND let us use her cupcake stand. Dina was a superb pleasure to work with! I wanted to get a Father's Day cake made and she was very quick to accommodate my specific needs. We talked on the phone for about 20 minutes bouncing ideas off one another and ultimately coming to the perfect cake creation. She was very helpful and thoughtful to my specifications, immediately looking for pictures and being patient w/ my indecisiveness. Haha. Dina did my wedding cake and sweet table for my wedding at the Grand Tradition Estate in Fallbrook, CA. She is the sweetest and friendliest person, next to her adorable dog, Roxy, you could ever meet. We did a cake tasting at her beautiful home and she had the most delicious carrot and strawberry mousse cake. We hired her the same day. Even though we were two hours away from her, she still kept in constant communication with us either by text or phone calls. She was very detail oriented and wanted everything to be perfect the way I had envisioned my cake to look. Everything turned out better than I could ever imagine and I was the happiest bride tasting delicious chocolate covered strawberries designed in the form of a wedding dress and grooms suit. Dina is an amazing baker and popcorn maker. We've hired her for several celebrations and each time people always say "who made your cake? It's amazing!" When I had a huge 50th birthday party, Dina made 100 cupcakes and topped the cupcake stand with a round cake. She worked with my colors and it all looked (and tasted) wonderful. This past week Dina baked 80 cupcakes and two side cakes for my son's Bar Mitzvah. It created a great center piece and when dessert came around everyone inhaled it all. She also made caramel popcorn that we gave away as thank you gifts. Our guests were blown awayl. I also want to mention that Dina will do any cake theme you want. A few weeks ago I was caught with an unexpected last-minute responsibility to get the birthday cake for my wife, and with a lead time of just around 3 days, DINA MADE IT HAPPEN!... and it was SUPREMELY DEEELICIOUS!!!... despite my request for the cake to be gluten-free!!!
