This is my first post on Yelp as I do not write much on social media websites. However, my experience with Brett at Dimples has been so phenomenal that I decided to write a review for him. I am very careful with where I park my car. I usually park far away from other cars in the parking lot. Nevertheless, one unfortunate afternoon, I got a nasty door ding on the body line of the fender. It was deep and looked horrible on my perfectly kept car. I talked to a lot of people in the car business and called around many different dent removal places. Brett's service came highly recommended to me by a few reputable shops and his attentiveness, confidence and prompt responses sealed the deal. I could trust him via text messages and voicemails even though I never met him in person. He accommodated my schedule even though he was extremely busy, and drove all the way out to me to take care of my car. Moreover, the dent I had required top notch skill sets (very difficult to get it out). Nevertheless, he was able to turn the car back into a perfect condition. I scheduled an appointment with Brett to have him remove the dents off the top of my trunklid on my Subaru. Once he arrived at my house he thoroughly explained the process on what he was going to do and how much it will cost. Brett came out to my house and de-dinged our 2013 Ford Edge. We had a shopping cart ding on a crease and I figured we were stuck with it. However, Brett made it look like it was never there. Brett recently performed a difficult repair on one of our cars. I was told by everyone I talked to that is was going to be difficult. Three reasons I trusted the car to Brett: 1) the quality of referrals from others in the industry, 2) his description of how he would accomplish the feat, 3) his level of confidence that I would be pleased with the result. He always returned calls promptly, he worked hard with me as I struggled with my insurance company to get PDR approved, and in the end he spent all day on my car (more than he had anticipated) until he was satisfied. Yes I managed to obtain three dents on my Lexus 300h, at different times, two on the top of the car by pinecones, (hard place to get at where mine were), and one in the passenger door area (from my garbage can).
