    Pepperoni Pizza

I ordered via their website for pick up and accidently placed it twice; Aaron was quick to reach out and ask if it was intentional or not (it wasn't); they were quick to rectify it the situation. As for the food itself: amazing value and great portions for the price; had folks on my train ride back ask where I got it from. Would come back again in my visit to Oregon! Also to note, the music they play is pretty epic!

We dined here for my friend's 50th birthday. Our party had roughly seven people. My friend ordered seven large pizzas, and I ordered two small pizzas so that we could try a lot of the different pizzas there. My only two gripes were that some of the crust was a little burnt, which I feel like is a "gourmet pizza" kind of thing, but can make parts of the crust inedible, in my opinion. The second was that the man I ordered from didn't tell me the smaller pizzas would have a thicker crust and thicker dough. We are into thin-crust, and that's how the large pizzas were, but these are minor issues that didn't ruin our night. In fact, this place is fantastic overall. The service was really excellent, and everyone there was really polite. I like the restaurant; it's large. It has high ceilings. It has mellow lighting. It would be great if you had a large group. We got there around 5 PM. Parking was not a huge issue; you can park on the Street. I tried a lot of different pizzas and thought each one was really good. If I had to choose one, I would say the tie-dye was my favorite. The ingredients tasted very fresh. I also got a Caesar salad with romaine. That was one of the better salads I've ever had, I think. My friend has been trying to get me to meet him here for a year because this is his favorite pizza place, and I think I know why. Now I will definitely be back.

I was pleasantly surprised by Dimo's. It's hard to explain, but it scratches an itch that I don't think any other pizza joint in the area can compete with. I don't even know what type of pizza this would be, but I feel like it's the 'best' of it's type. It's SUPER crispy, almost all the way to the middle. The flavors are amazing. It's salty is a perfect way that makes it a perfect pizza to pair with a beer. Only knock on the pizza was that the toppings were spread super unevenly and kinda grouped in areas so every slice was not created equal. The salad was also great. Beer list had great options. The service was really great, and the guy dropping pizzas to tables really brings a refreshing energy to his job. Chatting people up, wishing people happy birthday, and just generally bringing good vibes. The outdoor patio was lovely on a late Summer/early Fall night. Took me FOREVER to make it in, and glad I finally did. Will be back!

I always love to try a new pizza place! We had the calamari and the tie dye pizza (added pepperoni) and it was all good! I really liked the green goddess ranch on both. I guess "New Haven style" means they use an electric oven AND wood fire so if you liked wood fired pizza, you'll like this. I saw some reviews saying the pizza is burned.... That's kind of the point! They have a really nice patio and plenty of indoor seating. It's counter service and we were warned it was busy and could take a while.

You could plant Dimo's in New Haven, CT, and it would fit right in. They have real deal pizza here. The staff is very friendly. You can watch them make the pizza right in front of you inside. And they crank out the pizzas fast. The cheese pizza here was one of the best I've had. Great crust, sauce, and cheese. If you like New Haven style Pizza, you're going to love it here. Bonus - get the chocolate chip cookie. It's delicious.

Came here after seeing a review on instagram and I'm so glad we did. So much yummy flavor in their pasta, you must try both, along with their Cesar salad (extra lemons on the side to squeeze on top)

We were visiting Portland when we stumbled across Dimo's restaurant, instantly the food looked great and we were starving. The sandwiches were very savory. I loved every single one. The Italian had a satisfying soft crunch, don't take long to eat it. We had to walk to our hotel and regretted no eating it while we waited for our Philly, by the time we got back. It was semi warm . The Philly was infused or had the taste of buttery mushrooms. It was different but Delicious! I was soo hungry that I didn't really examine the sandwich, just going by taste and memory lol ! The restaurant felt so warm, especially with the kindness of staff. They have a very great aesthetic going on inside, I love all the lighting, furniture, and the herbs outside. I specifically noticed their rosemary . The employees were kind and vigilant on our order, took a bit long for a sandwich, she apologized and said she put a cookie in there! I'm not sure the name of the cookie, definitely Italian, nutty, and Super soft, very subtle for an Italian cookie which I loved. Added it to my Portland list!

Everything was amazing. This is the best pizza and calamari I've had in the PNW. Starters: We had the beet salad which was phenomenal. The calamari was seasoned and breaded to perfection. I'd come back just for these two plates. Pizza: Dimo's Apizza knows what they're doing. We split two pies amongst a family of 4 and left with nearly a full box. The wild mushroom was fantastic. Pepperoni and cheese was yummy too and everyone left satisfied. They also serve beer on tap. Service: Order at the counter and pick your own seating. You also bus your own table. We will definitely be back. Parking is free after you get a validation code inside after dining.

This is a New Haven style pizza a little charred on top, I wasn't sure about that when I first read the description but it with some of the most delicious pizza I've had We tried the tie-dye and the Hail Mary - I like the Hail Mary because I thought it was a little spicier and I'm like my pizza to be a little spicy The tie-dye was really colorful, however, a little bland to my liking Definitely going to be back for more The service is very friendly and five stars for that

Pizza in Portland? Yeah one of the most underrated cities for pizza in America I'm sure we could say. There are a handful of staples in Portland, but Dimo's doesn't get mentioned with the elites. Well that's just not fair. If you like the charred, extra crispy New Haven style pizza then bam, here it is. The only critique you could make about it, is that it's too charred. But if you need that burnt flavor and the charcoal on your hands then they nailed it. I've had 3 different pies here. Classic cheese, spicy pepperoni, and cacio o Pepe. I like a weird pizza as much as a classic. The cacio o Pepe got by motor running. The fried cheese? Cheese fans will be pleased. Yeah, this place is legit. Dimo be getting the job done. (4.7 Stars)

First time here, they e been on my list for a while. So glad we stopped in, and it was a surprise for me, yay! They cook the pizza then fire roast it to char it up, hell yeah. We got 2 pies and both we fantastic. Thin crust, crunchy and flavorful. The staff were lively, and wasn't busy, we waited maybe 20 mins. Will be back

I've been here a couple times now and have had a pretty good experience. You do order at the counter and then find a place to sit. The place has both indoor and outdoor seating available. We ordered the White Pie and a Spicy Pepperoni Pizza. It was actually pretty amazing at how quick it came out for us. They cook the pizzas in the regular oven style and then finish them off in the wood fired oven. Both of the pizzas were super tasty, each with its own unique flavor. I would come here again to try the other pizzas as well as their other items.

New York and Chicago are still trying to catch up. But we are in the Pacific Northwest, nowhere near Loui's Pizza or Buddy's Pizza (Detroit pizza staples). So many times, what tries to pass off as "Detroit style" falls miles short. Then came "Ranch" where I stood outside and screwed up enough courage to try yet another Detroit style pizza. The interior was small, one wall lined with tomato sauce cans, the menu was bolted to a wall. The smell took me back and that gave me some hope. The pizza arrived at the table, the wife and I have varied tastes so we each ordered a quarter pizza. Mine was pepperoni, the wife had a veggie. The pizzas looked right, square, caramelized crispy edges, heavy toppings... and then on the side of the plate was this cup of ranch dressing. Duh! "Ranch" obviously has to have a good ranch, right? I dipped my pinky finger in the ranch and took a taste. You would not think one ranch can be so far ahead of the others, but ranch is the place for ranch, as well as pizza. My first bite brought a smile to my face, it was just, right in every way that a Detroit pie should be. I have been back to try their #4 pie with sausage and ricotta, and I am looking forward to more trips. If all that was not enough, the service was friendly, the food came out so quick (about 10 minutes) and the place was nice and clean.
