When she contacted the staff shortly after her visit, they were very short, extremely unhelpful and said they had no idea who tanned after her, tanned that day nor who cleaned the bed after she left but would look around. When we called back again, they said the checked the cameras and never even saw my daughter come in or out (however when I spoke to the regional manager, the story changed) and nothing nor no one found anything. The police are now involved and I will continue to explore ever avenue in hopes to find it. Although my daughter should have been more responsible, I was told by the regional manager people leave things quite often (rings, wedding bands, etc) but they never saw her necklace (there is No way one could miss it... see photo) It is very unsettling how the manager and staff handled the situation and their lack of compassion towards what was stolen is so disheartening. I have a membership at PBT in Ohio and every time I go in, the staff always ask me if they found it.

They said they could not card info on the phone. I called again a month later to explain I was not "there" and that I needed to update and again, they said they could not. When I arrived there today (2-16) the lady who took my $60 failed to tell me prior that my membership and terminated. She then told me that after 3 declines from a card results in that. So I asked why I was made to suffer when this was a company decision and not my fault. I told them that this was taking money on false pretenses. I advised that I would visit my SECU and have them take the money back. My decision now is to leave that charge on to remind me not to use them again. She is so kind, and excited to go over bed options for me based on what questions I have! Im a cross market tanner (CMT - my membership is from CA, and so they have a different way in their system to check you in than a membership from a local store), and she remembered my code! Its truly the little things that make the biggest difference! Very clean and tidy rooms. She explained the spray tan machine thoroughly, and patiently answered all of my questions. It was a great experience. I got the spray tan, which took about 10 minutes, and finished up in the stand up tanning unit across the hall. Beautiful results. (See attached photo) I usually come in the early to late mornings and I'm there we'll passed noon... so far each weekend there has been know one at the desk. The membership I pay for has free tanning. The only time I can take advantage of this is during the weekends, which I have been unable to do. I am not trying to be a pain in the neck. I just what whaI pay for and expect a clean establishment. Update... I pay the premium contract for tanning but the only time I can take advantage of it is during the weekends. Unfortunately they do not have staff during then. (See pic). Normally when there is no one on staff you have to use a QR reader to access entry. What they've resorted to is keeping the doors unlocked the entire time. Anybody can walk in and do whatever they want - not safe. It wasn't like other blowouts where you find a look in their magazine to mimic but she was open to any photos I had! I also got full makeup for my engagement photos! I knew I wanted a natural look but she had me find a photo online for inspiration so she knew exactly what to do. She did a wonderful job!!! It was drug-store makeup but turned out great and she made sure to use the correct shades for my skin. She gave me fake lashes too.
