Debbie Foxx cut my hair on January 30, 2024. She asked me to come in earlier than my planned…read moreappointment time which I was fine with but then didn't start my appointment until after my original appointment time. I could've came in for my normal time and she still would've been late so I'm not sure why she asked me to come in early. It wasn't a big deal though and I did like how she cut my hair. We discussed that once my gray hair grew in some that we would set up an appointment to let her see how my hair looked and to discuss options on how to color it to blend the gray in with my brunette hair. I normally do not let my gray grow out too far, but I did so that she could see how it grows in. I called and texted her several times and received no response back. After having my text and calls ignored, I thought maybe I had her number saved in my phone wrong so I verified it, but it was correct. Recently, I was at another establishment by the hair salon so I stopped in to see if she was there. I thought this might've just been some kind of misunderstanding and I could talk to her about cutting my hair. The young lady who helped me text Debbie while I was there and gave her my phone number and told her that I wanted to make an appointment for a haircut. Debbie told her that she would be in later that evening and would call me once she knew what she had available. That was 3 days ago and I still have not heard from her yet again. This isn't a normal salon where you can go in and get someone to help you. It seems like everyone is independent and if you don't know who they are, you don't know who to ask for. Both times that I have walked into the salon besides the day I had my appointment there seem to only be one or two people there working so I've never had the opportunity to speak with any other stylists there. I don't even think there is a number to the salon to even call to ask if someone else could cut my hair. I was only offered Debbie's personal cell number. I'm not sure if this is how she normally does business with clients but at this point, I guess I will just find another place to get my hair cut at. It's a shame that Debbie couldn't just tell me that she did not want to cut my hair. I'm assuming that's the reason why her communication is so poor.

Rude front desk girl. Y'all need to rethink how you treat your customers. Literally left in tears because of the way I was treated. 10/10 do not recommend. Response to the owner: Organic Bronze Bar SouthPark I was 8 minutes late and ran in explaining I had been in the parking lot outside of your door on an important call. And I think the whole point was missed here, I was treated very poorly by your staff. There was no empathy given. She didn't even attempt to accommodate me. She was very rude and inconsiderate. You never know what someone is going through and a little grace goes a long way, especially in customer service. Due to the fact I was denied service (and there was literally no one in the salon) was told I could not get my money back, and the rudeness of your staff - I will not be retuning and I certainly won't be recommending this place. Thanks to your insensitive staff, the start of a wedding event I am in this weekend (not a vacation) is off to a great start. Thanks for the reply and the text attempt but there's nothing more to be done here. If you'd like to refund my money that would be a good start.

Courtney guided me through selecting the right formula for me (rapid tan vs standard). I opted for the rapid tan formula based on the fact I wanted to shower before bed! Courtney knows her stuff and guided me through the spray session while making me feel super comfortable. I loved that she helped me customize my tan where I wanted a little bit of darker contorting (along my Jaw and midline ) I gotta say though the best part of the entire session was the amazing fairy dust setting powder that they use to dust your body with it at the end.
