Dear Management Team, I am writing to bring an issue to your…read moreattention regarding a gel polish service I received at your salon on July 31, 2026. Unfortunately, the gel polish began chipping on a few nails just three days later. I returned to the salon to have this corrected, per my placed phone call to the business on August 2, 2026, and was advised to come back for the repair. The technician addressed the chipped nails, but the correction resulted in an uneven color, leaving the remaining nails noticeably lighter. When I politely brought this color discrepancy to his attention, his response was unprofessional. He asked, "Well, what do you want me to do?" I requested an additional coat to match the nails. He did the service with an attitude, stating that he was too busy. While I understand he was with another customer and paused briefly to service me, I informed him that I understand you may be busy however I have already paid. Given the poor customer service, I would visit the lounge again however would not want to be serviced by him.

Sometimes it's a real challenge to find a place to get a good pedicure…read more You want the place to be clean, have a nice and professional staff and when you walk out you want to feel like you got good value and service. I found all of that at this place. You can make an appointment but it's essentially walk-in, first come, first serve. There must have been a half dozen ladies and a gentleman that were on staff. It was 4p on a Thursday and I got there 15 minutes before my 4p appointment. They never checked the book or ask for my name so having an appointment doesn't make any difference. Lee was very nice and professional. An older lady with a good sense of humor. She really laughed at me laughing as she scrubbed the bottom of may feet, she said "everybody laughs at that part". I was happy to pay $32 bucks for the basic pedicure. You get the cut, the clip, and all the feel & smell good solutions and then the abrasive scrub on your foot bottoms and then...a nice calf massage for happy ending. I will certainly be going back, but I won't be making an appointment next time if I'm going during the week. There is plenty of free parking in the shared parking lot with the Neighborhood Walmart.

I didnt need a pedicure, so I opted for a basic manicure. I know they don't last, but I just wanted to be pampered for a little while she had her pedi. The woman kept trying to upsell me into a gel mani that I did not want nor want to pay for. I understood the regular mani would not last more than a couple days. After I was done, I asked if I could sit with my friend in a massage chair (the place was empty). The other girl said no because it was not part of my service. Really? My back was already bothering me sitting in the mani chair and now I just have to stand while I wait? Please.
