I have been a customer for many years at the Arboretum European wax Center. Today I went in at my…read morescheduled time and had to run to the restroom and then received a quick call from my doctors office that I could not ignore. I came out of the restroom at 2:37 and was told I'd have to reschedule my appointment because I was seven minutes late. There was nobody standing around , no customers and I was going to have to come back in 45 minutes!! As I was leaving, I told the receptionist that I was not happy and she laughed at me , so I will not be going back there instead I will go to a different location where they do not laugh at their customers and aren't rude !!!

I want to rate this place higher. It was my first time here and I reserved with Ashley who has…read moreseveral good mentions in other reviews. She was very friendly and seemed to know what she was doing. I had full facial waxing. I knew something was not quite right when I felt stings on the corner of my eyes and the right side of my cheek. When I got home and looked closely in the mirror I saw that I had several red abrasion. Not sure if it was because the wax was too hot and burned my skin or if my skin was ripped. So I had a bit of scabbing on my face for a few days which reduced my enthusiasm for returning for future waxing here. I'm not sure what went wrong and this is not my first facial waxing. It's really too bad because I like the location and the staff.

It is YOUR BUSINESS on the website and you should honor it from YOUR advertisement. The manager came out and didn't give a crap saying "I've been asking them to take it down" over and over again. So her lack of following up for HER company came at MY expense. I had read a lot of reviews of this place screwing people out of money before booking and should have listened. My facialist was fantastic and let me know she would be moving companies so I will be following her to her new place and never returning here. DO NOT BOOK HERE! There are too many other fantastic spas in the area that do right by their customers. This place does not.

Rude front desk girl. Y'all need to rethink how you treat your customers. Literally left in tears because of the way I was treated. 10/10 do not recommend. Response to the owner: Organic Bronze Bar SouthPark I was 8 minutes late and ran in explaining I had been in the parking lot outside of your door on an important call. And I think the whole point was missed here, I was treated very poorly by your staff. There was no empathy given. She didn't even attempt to accommodate me. She was very rude and inconsiderate. You never know what someone is going through and a little grace goes a long way, especially in customer service. Due to the fact I was denied service (and there was literally no one in the salon) was told I could not get my money back, and the rudeness of your staff - I will not be retuning and I certainly won't be recommending this place. Thanks to your insensitive staff, the start of a wedding event I am in this weekend (not a vacation) is off to a great start. Thanks for the reply and the text attempt but there's nothing more to be done here. If you'd like to refund my money that would be a good start.
