I've been there several times now, and every single lady I've had has done a great job. It's not just one person in particular. They all seem skilled, friendly, and efficient. It's located in Dilworth in the shopping center with the Harris Teeter. I really like that area because there's plenty of parking and a bunch of other little shops around there too.
