The space is nice, however I did not enjoy being in a room with others while trying to relax during my facial I upgraded from 30 minutes to 60 and to be honest not sure if it was worth it. Came in for my second facial today but I've been here multiple times to purchase or pick up products. It was a quick and dirty facial. Just enough to make you wish you had another 15 mins. Dolly was great, she was very friendly and explained everything she was using and why. I loved the steam on my face and the glass globes, everything felt really nice. My skin feels amazing! For an express facial, they took good care of me. They offer 3 different facials based on your skin's needs, then suggest any add-ons. I've never had a facial before, so I was pretty excited to try one here! They also offer a nice big discount for a first timer "virgins' so you can give it a go which is a nice touch! After checking in, I met my esthetician Dolly, and she walked me through how things work and what she would be doing. Based on the questionnaire you fill out, they may recommend different add-ons. The facial itself runs about 20 min, and then if you add anything else on, I assume that will get you to the 30 min mark. The experience itself was quite interesting, starting off with a steamer that shot steamy air at my face, the ln several creams and cleansers were applied to my skin, though I have no idea what they were other than how they made my skin feel( rough, cool, tingly, and smooth). My favorite was the cold rollers, which were super relaxing , and something I definitely need to buy for home. The one thing I would comment is that this is a pretty relaxing experience, but the bright lights and pop music kind of detract from it a bit. They really keep the clean, modern vibe going, but if I was going to get a facial again, I'd want some dimmer lights and relaxing music.(to each their own though) All in all not a bad experience, and now I know what getting facials is all about! read more

This location is pretty great, right across the street from South Park Mall. It's a little congested in the parking lot, and there are several boutiques and restaurants crammed together so be prepared to get there early. Once you walk in you get a vibrant, but simple layout. They have cool chairs in the lobby to fill out your first time applicant form, with neon signs for your IG photo ops. Once I was ready for my facial I was paired with Mary, not to be confused with Mary the receptionist who was awesome. Once I got to the back, I started to understand exactly what Clean Your Dirty Face is all about....express care. Schedule an appointment on your lunch break, get rejuvenated and get back to work. The setup matches the lobby area, simple and clean (HA). Three spa chairs in the back with decent space between, considering there are no dividers or privacy in general. Mary was excellent at answering any and all questions I had, while making me feel incredibly comfortable being it was my first time. She also asked great follow up questions and was ready with solutions for my facial care needs. The music seems to be a, whoever has the aux cord at the time situation. That can be a deal breaker for some, but I like a variety of tunes. If you are looking for the typical laid back, crashing waves and sounds of nature with dim lights...this might not be the place for you. Again this is the Chick fila of spa's, they get you in and out while delivering a quality product and great customer service. Had such a great experience getting my very first facial at Clean Your Dirty Face yesterday! The location is great (in the same shopping center as Homegoods/Jesse Brown's), and the space is so bright and fun - even the bathroom is decked out with neon wallpaper! The staff were so friendly both over the phone and in person when I arrived. My 30-minute facial was with Anna, who was AWESOME (she talked me through every step of the process and explained exactly what ingredients went into each application, which was really cool). I loved the constant steam blowing on my face and the ice orbs that she rolled on my face toward the end! And everything smelled so good - it was very relaxing and pleasant. Great experience!! It's not your average spa experience: a private room and peaceful music, but a fresh alternative to that typical vibe! It was very easy to call and make an appointment, and the receptionist described where they are located since it was my first time. Upon arriving, the receptionist was very friendly. Dang was my face Dirty! But not when I left and 24 hours later I can still see and feel the difference. First of all the retail and check in space was Adorable. I love all the packaging on the products it in itself made for great decoration for the simplicity of the space. So clean and organized. It was like I had done it myself. I was greeted by the friendly staff when I walked in the door and they were all ready for me. I filled out a quick info sheet about my skin and off we went to the back. My aesthetician Was very friendly and was quick to explain the overall process while I was being seated so I would know what to expect. She took a peak at my skin under the bright lights -SCARY- then was able to recommend what I needed and got to work. Started with some good ole steam and then an exfoliation then pulled out all the other serums and such that were best for my skin type all while explaining in depth each product and what benefits they had for my skin. The whole time it was very relaxing. My favorite part was the cold roller balls that felt like they were rolling my wrinkles away. Then warming it up with a hot towel after the cold felt magical. They did recommend two products which I did purchase after asking me about my skincare routine to fill in some gaps. I am very picky about what I put on my face but their products were All Natural and I could even pronounce all of the simple ingredients in each one so I wasn't hesitant to try them at all. Everyone was super nice and helpful when I walked in. This type of spa and facial is unlike any I've had before. It's more like an express facial (30 mins) in an open room but it's perfect for those on the go or who don't want to drop mad cash for a typical spa facial. Even better, your first facial here is only $25 and they have add-ons at very reasonable prices. Imani assessed my skin and recommended a bundle of add-ons to save me money (I had picked 2 originally). I ended up getting the Virgin Bundle which, for only $35, included extractions, oxygen boost, and pumpkin peel - my favorite because it was nice and spicy! My facial technician was Imani and she seemed super experienced and knowledgeable, and it doesn't hurt that her voice was also very relaxing! Even writing this review I am taken back to last week and how relaxed I felt. Imani informed me about products and additional services that she thought would benefit me based on the description I gave her of my skin, but she was not pushy or salesman-ish in the slightest. I had never received a facial before but was very excited for the experience! 30 minutes is the perfect introductory time. Although I might see if they can accommodate 40 minutes next time, it didn't feel rushed at all with just 30. I loved that their intro paperwork asks you various questions about your skin type and needs- it made the facial experience and products she used more tailored to me. My favorite part was the scented steam blowing in my face. It was super relaxing and smelled so nice. I got compliments later that evening that my skin was "glowing," and it has looked and felt wonderful for over a full week now. I can't recommend Imani enough- she will help you relax and is so great at using products that will benefit your skin type! So this was different, neat but different! I tend to enjoy the pampering of facials so it's not something I was make a routine part of my skin care . This would be the perfect concept for someone who enjoys the Luxury of facials but do not have the time for the full experience of undressing etc. Your facial is performed in an open space with about 3-4 chairs of clients getting serviced . There is pop/r&b music being played so it's not your typical quiet facial environment. My aesthetician was Anna. Super pleasant and welcoming. She made me feel comfortable and did not pressure me to try anything else . I like that . We've talked about my skin and about Yelp Elites. She was really intrigued with the program . Maybe we'll see her around ;) I'll add that my favorite part was definitely the ice globes! I could have went to sleep right there! I'm going to buy some of them for my skin care routine at home. This was such a fun experience. The place was so clean and aesthetically pleasing. The staff was so friendly and informative and overall made the experience great. I did the 30 minute facial from Mary who was awesome. The whole time she suggested and informed me on products that would work for my combo skin. Unfortunately, I was able to tolerate the exfoliant and didn't get the orange peels because my face was too sensitive. Apparently you shouldn't use a retinol for at least two nights before a facial. But Mary easily accommodated and made the experience wonderful. I did a glow facial that has left my face feeling smooth, clean, and soft! I feel like the products were great and hydrating but they are a bit pricey. They also didn't have smaller sample sizes which I would have loved to try first since my skin is so easily irritated. Jo was very knowledgeable - I love how much info she shared with me on the products she was using and why. I ended up buying 2 products (Lotus cleanser and Hey Handsome face oil which isn't only for men) - pricey (to me) at 2 for $89 but she mentioned the face oil is very potent and should last 4-6 months; the cleanser has active ingredients and so far, both have been nice additions to my skincare routine. This was a very disappointing experience. I'll start with the only positive element to this experience which was my esthetician, Imani. She was incredible! She explained everything well, was very gentle and thorough. If it wasn't for everything below, I would definitely return for HER. Now for the negative, I arrived in the area over 10 mins before my appointment to give myself time to park and fill out paperwork. As someone who's new to the area, I didn't realize it would take me almost 20 mins to find parking. I called at 12:01 (my appointment was at 12) saying I had been looking for parking for over 10 mins and that I may be a few mins late. I arrived at 12:05 in which the front desk person with no personality said that my appointment would be cut short due to me being late.... I feel like first time clients should get some kind of grace period or warning about the parking situation. In addition to the parking, they had terrible music playing, "call me maybe" being one of them, taking away from a peaceful/ relaxing experience. It sucks bc I could feel myself tensing up throughout the appointment. Great express facial! Bang for your buck and honestly the $99 unlimited membership is worth it. I got the signature 30 minute facial Interior: Place was very clean and colorful. I was greeted as soon as I entered and filled out a quick sheet of my skincare experience and allergies/sensitivities. Service: I wait no time at all. I was guided to the back and my esthetician went over my usual routine and sensitivities. When I told her I was sensitive to tea tree and rose she went above and beyond and found a peel that my skin wouldn't be too sensitive to. It would have costed extra but since I would have had a reaction to their other products she said she rather have me with great skin than risk any reactions. She seemed very knowledgeable and it felt like she actually cared about my skin ( I tipped her well for that ). I did enjoy my experience but I had to remind myself it was an "express" facial so I couldn't relax all the way (or else I would have falling asleep). The area is open so you share the room with two other people having facials as well, so you get what you pay for. Departure: Very quick and easy. They weren't pushy on any products or memberships. Popped into Clean Your Dirty Face this week. I was greeted by friendly staff. The ambiance is so clean & inviting. My esthetician was very professional and knowledgeable. I added on the oxygen booster, extractions and pumpkin peel. The products were light & airy. I was a little nervous because I have sensitive skin. But, I was worried unnecessarily. I left with a beautiful glow. I was so pleased with the services that I scheduled for another facial for myself & my boo. The prices are reasonable and they offer memberships if interested.
