I chose Kait because her sweet smile in the picture just drew me in--and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I walked into the shop, I was greeted with the warmest energy. I met Christine first, and she is just as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. Then a stunning Mongolian goddess came out to the lobby (cheekbones for days!), and when I complimented her--because I do not hand those out unless I mean it--she smiled and said, "Oh, you'll be fine," in the sweetest way when I told her I was nervous. And then... there was Kait. She's a dead ringer for Kaley Cuoco--so stinkin' cute--and her energy is pure sunshine. From the moment we started, she talked me through every step, which I so needed, and she made the whole experience feel like catching up over coffee with a friend. The room had low, soothing lighting, relaxing music, and the perfect post-wax oil that made the whole thing feel like a mini spa moment. She's always talked about how great her experience is and finally convinced several of us to switch our business over. I came here Saturday afternoon for a Brazilian and under arm wax with Maria. She was early and waiting for me when I arrived. The salon was immaculate, and everyone had a professional appearance and demeanor. The bathroom was pristine with wipes for the clients to use to freshen up before services. The room was clean, with no wax hanging out anywhere, and it didn't look dirty or sticky. There was a fresh, neutral scent in the air, and the table was spotless with fresh paper. During the wax, Maria paid close attention to detail but was very efficient. Her conversation was delightful, and I enjoyed our rapport. As soon as I got off the table, I could feel a difference in the quality of the wax I received. No pain and silky smooth. She got me checked out, and I rescheduled immediately. Pure Sugar will be my new go-to for waxing in the area. Their prices are some of the most reasonable in town. Worth it.

Upon entering the front door, no one was at the front desk. The sign on the desk states to sit down, so my husband and I sat on the bench and waited. About 5 minutes later the receptionist came through the front door and immediately started the check in process. We completed the form on the tablets, and I placed my tablet on the desk because the receptionist had stepped away. The receptionist seems to be responsible for a few tasks. The bench was wood but comfortable. The place smelled good. The theme is a bit of a jungle theme with fake flowers on the walls and ceilings with monkeys hanging. After checking in, we were taken to the back to wait. There's a bathroom with dim lighting. The seating area was comfortable. There's at least 4 oversized plush chairs and a couple regular chairs. There a filtered water pitcher and what seemed like tea. At 5:05, I was taken to the room. At almost 5:15, my massage began. It was a good massage. Brandon massaged the areas I needed. The massage ended at 5:59. I booked a 50 minute magnesium rejuvenating massage. I don't know if magnesium was involved as it was not discussed. Overall, it was a good massage. Brandon was also my husband's therapist. Would we go back? We are undecided on whether or not we would return. We did not book a future date.

I've been to the Invigory once after my wife got me a gift card here and I loved it! The leg compressions, they bring you to a nice relaxing room and offer you some water and some blankets and warm neck wrap to help you relax. The space boots you put on go up to a certain level (7, i think?) and you can tone up and down the level of compression yourself as you sit there during your session. My legs felt fantastic the next few days after this. For the cryo, I think I may need some more sessions there to see the real effects. I was in the cryo tube for about 3 minutes and yes it was freezing cold but not sure it had any major benefit for me. However, the man there was able to explain the actual benefits to me upon request. This place is great. It has friendly staff and a wide variety of treatment and recoveries. They also offer a number of plans and pre-paid treatments at very reasonable prices! I say go give it a shot if you've ever thought of trying!

I saw Caity for a color correction and she insisted we do a detox treatment first and then go in…read morewith lightener. We discussed prices and she said it would be about 209 for the detox treatments, when I asked how much it would be all in she said 265-300. I said okay because my budget is 300 and she said no problem. After the detox day I reached back out to schedule the lightening session and she told me it would be 310-350 for that appointment. I expressed confusion to her at that and she told me she thought she explained it clearly. When trying to communicate with her about options and where to go from there she stopped replying to me. I should also mention after the detox treatments I saw absolutely no difference in my hair. In her chair she manipulated the light so I thought I did but every other lighting my hair looked the same. I sought out other hairstylists to finish the process. All of which told me that those treatments she did on my hair were the wrong choice of treatment, and should have cost about 40 dollars. I feel so hurt and angry about being charged over 100 dollars more than necessary. All in all, Caity ignored my budget, did not adequately explain her process and prices, and most importantly overcharged me to an extreme amount on unnecessary services. I am very dissatisfied, disappointed, and cannot recommended this stylist.
