After more than 20 sugaring services, this is not based on the quality of the providers, but due to the owner's short-sighted policies around their own "customer loyalty" program. When I recently presented my completed loyalty card for the advertised 50 percent discount, I was informed it could only be redeemed with the original provider, who no longer works there. That restriction was not communicated when the card was issued (nor is it printed on the card), and customers have no control over staff turnover. Staff contacted the owner, Kristen, who decided chose not to honor the promotion. While the providers I had, (Nou and Kait) were consummate professionals, the ownership seems to lack focus on customer satisfaction and retention. I happily supported a small business, holding up my side of the equation and expected the owner to do the same. Apparently my loyalty was not a priority and I will take my business elsewhere.

The room had low, soothing lighting, relaxing music, and the perfect post-wax oil that made the whole thing feel like a mini spa moment. Kait isn't just good at what she does--she's genuinely kind, comforting, and so easy to talk to. I felt safe, seen, and taken care of in a way I didn't expect from a waxing appointment.
