I LOVE Ashlee's new location! She's done a great job designing and decorating the space. She has two rooms and there is a direct entrance to her salon from the outside of the building with good signage. She has reasonable prices and a wide array of appointment times that will work with anyone's schedule. She uses hard wax and it does such a wonderful job. Her waxes last longer than the ones I receive at European. She's friendly and personable and goes out of her way to make sure that you are comfortable. There's even a TV you can watch while you get waxed. She offers other services such as eyelashes, facials, and vajacials but I've only had her for eyebrow, lip, and Brazilian waxing. She frequently sends out specials via email which I usually take advantage of. I've recommended her to all my friends! She does a great job and I will continue going to her as long as she's open. read more

Nice spot located in a strip mall area. Inside of the salon building there are multiple salons and spas in tiny shops for small business owners. There is plenty of parking. I enjoyed the look of the inside. It looks like a tiny village with stone and pebbles. It's cute. I didn't see a main board to view the location of the service provider you are looking for. You have to ask someone or walk around to find the place. Some of the places do not have names outside of their establishment. There appears to be one entrance and exit. I went for a waxing on a weeknight. I came on time and was seen shortly after my arrival. Hard wax was used and the technician was friendly. Warning she looks super young (At first I was wondering if she was of age lol), but she knows what she is doing and there was only one option ointment for treatment afterwards. I encourage her to investigate other suitable options for after waxing ointments and ways to accommodate all persons. They need a cover for the window that is higher up. A repair man went to change a light fixture at the time of my appointment.... hmmmm. The restrooms are shared but well maintained. Hope this helps. read more

I will never go back here, I thought it was a actual salon. when I got to the address it was very co fusing as to where the salon was as there were no signs. When I found it I went in the side door and attempted to go in but the door was locked. The salon is one room in this building. There is no waiting area so I just ended up walking around the building. You share a bathroom with everyone else in the building. On my way to the bathroom I seen another person having his Irvine collected for what looked like a drug test to me. I make my way back to the salon and find that the door is now unlocked. It is a very small room with a table in the middle of the room I am told to set my stuff down in the coldest and take my clothes off, the waxer gives me no privacy I then am told to get on the table They do not provide any type of barrier it's your skin and everyone else's on this table I am not draped with a towel or anything. I am then told that a full Brazilian wax should be done in less than 15 minutes. I have been waxing for 3 years now and have never heard of this. This waxing was the most painful I have ever had it was like the wax was not dry and she was trying to rip it off. When I said something I was told that it's just the kind of wax. If i were you I would save yourself from the pain and go to a place that knows what they are doing. read more
