She's always talked about how great her experience is and finally convinced several of us to switch our business over. I came here Saturday afternoon for a Brazilian and under arm wax with Maria. She was early and waiting for me when I arrived. The salon was immaculate, and everyone had a professional appearance and demeanor. The bathroom was pristine with wipes for the clients to use to freshen up before services. The room was clean, with no wax hanging out anywhere, and it didn't look dirty or sticky. There was a fresh, neutral scent in the air, and the table was spotless with fresh paper. During the wax, Maria paid close attention to detail but was very efficient. Her conversation was delightful, and I enjoyed our rapport. As soon as I got off the table, I could feel a difference in the quality of the wax I received. No pain and silky smooth. She got me checked out, and I rescheduled immediately. Pure Sugar will be my new go-to for waxing in the area. Their prices are some of the most reasonable in town. Worth it.

I chose Kait because her sweet smile in the picture just drew me in--and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I walked into the shop, I was greeted with the warmest energy. I met Christine first, and she is just as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. Then a stunning Mongolian goddess came out to the lobby (cheekbones for days!), and when I complimented her--because I do not hand those out unless I mean it--she smiled and said, "Oh, you'll be fine," in the sweetest way when I told her I was nervous. And then... there was Kait. She's a dead ringer for Kaley Cuoco--so stinkin' cute--and her energy is pure sunshine. Decided to make an appointment for a Lash Lift and tint. Arrived about 5 min early to my applintment and she was ready to go. Priyanka was super friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I loved the fact that she told me I did not need tint. As my lashes are already dark, she stated that applying a dark tint wouldn't really do anything for lashes. I appreciated that very much as it also saved me some spending money on something unnecessary. Others would probably have not said anything just to do the service and get their money. I also ended up adding a brow tint. It all turned out wonderful. Priyanka was super patient and made sure to explain everything to me. Gave me her opinions and just overall a fantastic person. I definitely enjoyed my brows and the lashes, they wernt as lifted as I wanted them to be, BUT if I go consistently, I'm hoping they will start being more lifted. She was friendly and helpful. She said that the sugar was not turned on when she got there. Luckily them out the wax was. So the sugar was super hard. I grew out my leg hair for three weeks for sugar I was only in town for five days. So not exactly happy but happy I was able to get at least my hair removed that day. The girl was sweet and gave me a first time discount. Pertaining to the wax she didn't absolutely fantastic job it was painless with the wax that they use on the downtown area it's a hard wax and it's very helpful. I would return to utilize her services. A common theme in my reviews lately is that they remind me and help me to remember that the world is not a perfect place and I can't always get what I want.

She was very friendly and seemed to know what she was doing. I had full facial waxing. I knew something was not quite right when I felt stings on the corner of my eyes and the right side of my cheek. When I got home and looked closely in the mirror I saw that I had several red abrasion. Not sure if it was because the wax was too hot and burned my skin or if my skin was ripped. So I had a bit of scabbing on my face for a few days which reduced my enthusiasm for returning for future waxing here. I'm not sure what went wrong and this is not my first facial waxing.
