Great bartender. Different delicious bar food. Great beer brewed on site. Pulled irk nachos with a lager recommended.

Stopped in during lunch. Took our waitress about 10 minutes to come by and get our drink orders, and another 10 to get our drinks. I ordered Mac and Cheese, and when I received it 30 minutes later, there were uncooked noodles in the bowl.......wow. I didn't want to wait much longer and I was on a time crunch, so I asked for a side salad. She brought out a pathetic excuse for a salad, wilted lettuce and soggy tomatoes. I asked for the check soon after. My friends meals were on it as well as my side salad, I didn't appreciate that, but what ever. All in all I'd stop by a different joint next time. read more

The Dam Brewery, more like Dammit, I went to this brewery. Sorry to all the 4 and 5 star reviews, we couldn't disagree more. For $14.75 I expected the fish and chips to be made in-house. These were frozen fillets; Van de Kamp's, Gorton's...they were too perfectly shaped and very bland tasting to be anything but frozen. Beer was so flat and did not taste good. The Jam Band burger, let's just say we will not be asking for an encore. Grilled sub-par beef with absolutely no seasoning. The bacon-jam needed flavor, badly. It was just a pile of sweet bacon, it needed urgent assistance from some peppers. Not worth $15.00. I expected so much more for a 4-star rating. There are much better breweries that have far better food and a supreme selections of tasty brews, this was not worth the 30 minute wait. read more

Great atmosphere and pub fare. Minus one point because my fries were warm (not hot) and seemingly a bit undercooked.

Bland beer, mediocre food, and slow service. I've given this place a 2nd chance way too many times over the past 8 years, and it disappoints me every time. Go to Pug Ryan's if you want a good experience and truly excellent beer. read more

I ordered the Mac and cheese and it was very bland. My husband had fish and chips. The fish looked like chicken strips. 45 min wait and our drinks were never refilled. read more

Our experience was abysmal - absolutely terrible food (four different dishes), and shockingly bad service, which was probably the worst part of the meal (the server only had one other table and he completely neglected us for reasons unknown, in addition to being rude). Their beer is ok, however. read more

Over the weekend we decided to go to Dillion Dam for some beers after a long day of skiing. The staff was pretty polite, beer was delicious and the food was also pretty great. Pretty decently priced and didn't have to wait too long for food either. read more

Live Music, Great Food & Great service. This is the only restaurant my family and I dine at for dinner when we visit Silverthorne. We've tried other restaurants but none compare to here. They have a great atmosphere and delicious food not to mention the beer! They're staff is eager to provide friendly service. We ordered their Bison Burger, Nachos, and Damn burger with bacon. Their green chile was so good I took some to go. Keep up the good work. read more

Solid food, solid beer. Great after a day on the slopes. Can get busy but they move fast. Grab a beer and enjoy!

We were looking forward to a nice dinner our last night in silverthorn. Chose this place for their advertised Prime rib, We were told they ran out at 5. Funny because their menu showed this item from 5-10? May have been nice to know before we sat down. Never an apology either. Had to settle for a lousy burger. 4 people , 1 beer each and cost us over $100. When we left the host and hostess were busy in their own conversation and never said one word, not thank you or asked how we enjoyed our meal and our waitress and all staff had an attitude. if you dont live here, pass this place by. Very disappointed in the entire experience. read more

We ate here 3 times during our 6 night stay and we enjoyed the burgers and happy hour beer specials. The hefeweizen was delicious and the dam burger was a good option as well. read more

One of my fav in the area for good beer and food. The plate portions are quite good too after a long day of snowboarding

Fantastic Micro brewery restaurant. Love their Peach Hefeweizen and Zuma Zen beers (the 1st 2 and only ones we've tried) French onion soup is very cheesy and yummy! Very cute atmosphere with the brewing kettles visible. Cheers Damn Brewery! read more

We needed some good food and beer after a few days of skiing and this place hit the spot. My group is very diverse on tastes and each of us thought it was the best place we went while in the Keystone area. My favorite beer was Here's Your Dam IPA, but everyone I tried was delicious. My husband got the wheat, and while it's not like his favorite back home (Boulevard), he liked it a lot. For an appetizer, we split the Cowboy Dip. This was AMAZING and went quick with our group (3 hungry guys and me). It was cold that day, so we each ordered soups. Seafood Chowder and the Vienna Beer Cheese Soup. Both were great. The Seafood chowder had chunks of seafood (perfect) and the Beer soup was more like a broccoli cheese soup, but I thought it was great. For the entree, I got the Bison Brat. It immediately fell out of the bun, but I didn't care (and was later thankful with how full I was). It was awesome. I'm normally not a big onion fan, but it was tasty. If we come back to Keystone (or anywhere close) this will be a go-to spot read more

At the Dam Brewery you can get your dam beer, your dam food, and your dam clothing apparel to show your dam support. This is a popular post-ski hang out so plan your arrival accordingly. After an afternoon of skiing we were anxious to stuff our faces. We found the food to be a solid 3/5 and beer 4/5. Since the title of this place is brewery, I'll go with the 4 stars. Burgers are a bit on the pricey side - $11 for beef, $13 for bison. They cook 'em on the more well done side so keep that in mind when ordering. If you're thinking about substituting onion rings for fries then keep in mind that will add a couple bucks to your bill and they are gigantic onion rings. The thick onion slice kind. Overall, the burger was fine and did the job. I ordered the mac n cheese with grilled chicken. The cheese sauce was a bit grainy and it was topped with real grated cheddar cheese. Because of the grated cheese you need to eat quickly or else the oil begins separating on the pasta. I think the sauce itself could use a bit more cheese and stand to be a little creamier. The grilled chicken was pretty charred on one side making it difficult to cut through. I only ended up eating part of it. I enjoy places that serve half-pint glasses of beer. Perfect for me, especially when I want to try more than one and not feel too stuffed. Between the two of us we tried the wheat, pilsner, and the brown. All were really good and were pleasant and easy to drink. If you live in the area and you love the beer, you can also get kegs from them in addition to the typical growlers and party pigs. read more

Fantastic experience! After eating at Dillon Dam Brewery several times, we chose them to cater our wedding this past summer. They exceeded our expectations. They were timely, the food was DELICIOUS & plentiful, and the the staff was super helpful and friendly. We had about 75 people attend our wedding and had no issues with running low on food or beer. In fact the wedding party happily had leftovers the day following :) The staff was attentive & the bartender (and beer) was a crowd favorite. During the planning process Chef Jeremy & George were really helpful & knowledgeable regarding what we would need, how to work with the venue, etc. We are so thankful for Dillon Dam Brewery helping make our wedding totally amazing! I would highly recommend using them to cater and of course for a yummy dinner when you're up in the mountains read more

While driving from Vegas back home to Indiana, my friend and I decided that we wanted buffalo burgers and beer. We found this brewery via Yelp and figured it was the perfect match for our needs. I went for the Sweet George's Brown to drink, and the Cortez buffalo burger. I can't imagine how I could have made a better choice. I'm giving this review five star solely on the food and drink as this was the reason why we stopped. The restaurant seemed to fill up pretty quickly, however, we sat at the bar and had plenty of room. Good thing my review has nothing to do worth music because the music they played was terrible. Everything else made up for it. read more

Big surprise. Much more than food as a second thought to beer/brewery. Pork green chili was New Mexico caliber. Mac and cheese was a BIG 10from my personal, professional m&c critic. She eats it coast to coast. Among the best she's had. read more

Our sever was Megan - she was friendly, fast, and professional. We ordered an appetizer that didn't look quite right to her (our naan bread was burnt) so before she even brought it to the table she let us know she put in for another order of the naan and it would be up in a couple minutes. The food was good an exactly as advertised on the menu. We would definitely eat here again! read more

Excellent scotch ale and chili beer! I had tried a sampler of 4 different drafts and they were all great. The portions are huge. No complaints on the food but nothing to just rave over. The service was awesome. The patio was perfectly shaded. I would go back here if passing through Dillon again. read more

Had a very rude bartender. He acted very stuck up and wasn't helpful when we asked him questions. Didn't feel welcomed. Won't return.

Of all the Brewpubs in Summit County, this one is my favorite. Fantastic happy hour from 3-6pm (weird time i know), but it is half price apps on Monday through Thursday and half price beers everyday. Bartenders are realy friendly and it is a really good place to come fill your mug up. The buffalo chili nachos could feed 4 people. Even though the apps are half off, they dont give you half a portion like a lot of places do. Location is pretty bad though but i also think it keeps a lot of the tourists out which is a good thing. Also, get there early at night bc the parking lot will fill up. Go, go now. read more

Three words describe our waitress Sarah: friendly, efficient & helpful. Our burgers were delicious and cooked to perfection. My husband tried three of the beers and loved every single one, so much in fact that he took home the gallon growler! All in all an excellent experience, I will definitely come back! read more

I'm sad. I'm disappointed :(. Food was a okay, the service was not good, overpriced, their descriptions to the food/drinks didn't really match... I didn't like the beer either. Just not worth the wait for what you get... There are other choices in the area, and I wish we'd gone to another place. read more

This is my go-to place for happy hour after a day of snowboarding or mountain biking. Casual and reliably good food and beer. Happy hour specials are a good deal. read more

Best restaurant in Dillon. Great burgers and beer selection. Cool atmosphere, good location, beautiful views. Great service.

If you are looking for great tasting, quality food and beer in Summit County, look no further. I have yet to have anything on the menu that I didn't enjoy. The staff is friendly and very attentive. I highly suggest the nachos with grilled chicken, smothered in chilli, as well as any of the buffalo burgers. Tourists: You are on vacation, relax and enjoy the atmosphere. This isn't the east coast, so don't expect your meal to come out as fast as it does at your local McDonalds in New Jersey. Oh, and tip the waitstaff appropriately. You obviously can afford a Ski vacation, you can also afford 20%. read more

Great find! Delicious beer, yummy Bison MoMo burger and Rodeo burger. What more is there to say? Definitely stop in if you're in the area!

Well sad to say I was disappointed. Had the beer cheese soup, the pretzels and sausage and the wings. And sad to say the wings were the best part. Service was great but food was mediocre. Friends had the burger and said they were good. read more

A surprisingly really good quinoa cake on the salad. Whatever dressing that it comes with goes really well with everything, even the fries. A good cut on the fries, by the way. My first time here, won't be my last either. read more

Great place to watch the superbowl. Service was great and view of a HD TV from most all tables. Their Ahi tuna appetizer was fresh, portion was enough for two. Wait staff was great and kept my diet cokes coming. Burger was cooked right. Lots of micro brews to taste This is a staple for us when we go skiing in the area. Highly recommend. read more

I loved the IPA I had here as well as the bacon cheeseburger! Definitely worth a stop if you're in Dillon :)

My night began well with a "Sweet George Brown Ale," which proved the distilleries strong capabilities of brewing a beer with a delightful caramel like after taste. However, this after taste was quickly distinguished when I bit into the "cooked," pork of the Porky's Dam Platter. Some how this is on the, "Pub Favorites," page. It would probably be best if they took that page out of the menu, along with the uncooked, and clearly canned, green beans. A great stop for a drink, but you should definitely stop and think before you get the pork. read more

Great food, lots of different beers. Great service. We went here our last nite in Dillon. I wish I would have gone here the first nite because we would have came back before we left. Everyone's food was awesome. read more

Fine place to stop for a drink on the patio. Didn't try any of the food, just some local brews.

Service was great!! Burger and Seafood Chowder were very tasty. French fries not so good.

Very good beer, we had a five sample flight and really liked the Hefe and Blond wheat. We each had the bison burgers and each built out own. Bison was very good, roll was stale, fries were fresh and I had the beer battered onion rings. We also started with Asiago Ale dip and that was awesome. Let's see an app, two burgers, flight and three beers, $96 with tip. Beers and burgers are not cheap these days. read more

I am in town for a few months and stay close to the Dam Brewery. All and all I've been very pleased. Food is good and other than one bartender with very low social skills the staff is on point. Trivia night on Wednesdays was a great way to meet new people. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because they won't play the sound of a sporting event and the music at times is up to par with the sounds of being in hold for 2 hours. read more

Really good beer, service, and food. Great for our 3 year old too! Will be stopping in when going thru Silverthorne.
