The storefront is towards the back of the shopping area so when u turn in just drive to the back and it will be almost directly in front of you. Cute signage and decor on the outside. When I walked in I was greeted with and only a "hello". As I was the only customer in the small store I was thinking I would get a little more from two associates as I glanced for almost 10 minutes through the gorgeous clothes and accessories they have. Something along the lines of "would there be anything you are looking for today?" Or "If there is any questions you have let us know". I love the unique styles and the good quality they seem to provide. The prices are slightly higher than I would have expected but there were definitely things I would have possibly purchased anyway. All that being said, I left without finishing looking through everything because I was completely being ignored. As I was walking out at least i told "thank you". So, unfortunately, I will not be returning.

They have jewelry, candles, cute going out clothes and a few handbags. My favorite were all of the different sweaters, they had many different styles and I thought they were reasonably priced for a boutique (about $60) There are great gift ideas from glasses, rings, necklaces, candles and nic nacks that are all Charleston related. When we entered the store the employees were working on a display of some sort, and they said hello. That was the last we heard from them. We stood in front of the ENewton counter for at least 10 minutes hoping that someone would come unlock the case so that we could try some things on. No one even attempted to help us. There are plenty of places in Charleston to buy these bracelets. The lack of customer service lost them a sale, and we were the only ones in the store! There were three employees and no other customers. I'm sure that one person could have stepped away from the display to help us. What a disappointment.

They also have Charleston made tea towels, soaps, lotions, shirts, jewelry, and signage. I also found out they offer soap and candle classes in which you can make your own. And yet. You STILL have your dressing rooms CLOSED! I asked the very inadequate, and uncaring manager if I could please use one of the dressing rooms due to a long line waiting to get into the small "closets". His reply? "They aren't sanitized". Well damn man! Sanitize them! It doesn't take that long to do with a few Clorox wipes and Lysol. This is the epitome of lazy 101. I'm sure corporate Ross will never see this nor will they care either but I had to vent. I was in there merely looking for some inexpensive long sleeved tops to take on a trip to Switzerland in a few days because the temps are supposed to be very cool. Well. I ended up purchasing them to try on at home resulting in another errand I will have to do to return what does not fit, all because of poor management. I have been in other Ross stores that are actually very nice. This one is the worst. That's all folks! Moral of this story.
