A staff member advised me she would have to check the back. several minutes later, she got back on the phone and said oh yeah we have your suit. I said were you guys ever gonna let me know that my suit came in? She didn't respond. I called corporate waited 10 minutes on the phone someone picked up, then hung up... This was my first time ever buying a suit from this place and the last in my lifetime.!

I spoke with Joan a couple of times and she took the time to describe what items she likes to buy from people. The atmosphere is fun with tons of good music playing. Saturday was real fun with lots of folks shopping, but even with several folks shopping people are chill. This isn't Goodwill and you aren't going to find boring pieces here.
