Mens clothing store. Awesome selection! Great mix of things - from shoes/flip flops to card holders to pants/shirts/shorts to swim trunks. I have ordered from Jordan Lash a few times online, and I could not be more pleased. It is hard for an online purchase to stand out enough to me to write a positive review, but mine with Jordan Lash have. No matter what I have purchased, their shipping, communication, and order updates are all spot on and timely. Something else that is both noticed and appreciated are the hand written notes they include with purchases. They are such a small thing, but really make Jordan Lash stand out in a crowd. WOW...About sums it up. Stopped in because a few things caught my eye from street and was greeted with hard glances from the staff. They clearly profiled me as I entered and was not up to their standards ( or perhaps they don't like out of towners ..future Charleston resident). The profiling was their loss I would never give my money to a business that makes you feel so unwelcome the moment you walk into their business. Unforunately for I am a shopping till you drop man who loves great clothing and does not hesitate to spend a couple thousand dollars at a time while shopping. I would have liked to promote the store to my friends as the clothing is good quality and well worth the cost, however the clothing can not speak and their employees lack of sets a poor standard! read more

I usually don't write 1 star reviews but after talking with a friend who'd had similar experiences along with some of her friends; I felt that I should. I've been to Jordan Lash three different times while in Charleston and bought every time. The first time, I just picked up what I wanted and took it to the counter to pay. That was about it for interaction. The second time I was looking at shoes and had to wait on myself and clear a spot to try them on. There were three salesmen in the store and a saleslady behind the counter. The only one who spoke was the saleslady. I was studiously ignored by the other three and there was only one other customer in the store. Third time was to bring a pair of shoes that I'd bought back to be sent to the manufacturer since they were coming apart after only 3 months. Daniel was in a hurry to get rid of me and took down the information as quickly as he could. He hadn't even finished when he was asking the man behind me if he could help him. The man was 25 years younger than I and my nephew who was only there with me. After 6 weeks passed, I called the store and found out the shoes had been back for awhile. They'd lost my contact information and couldn't reach me. BIG surprise. So whether it's anti-older or anti-out-of-town, do yourself a favor and skip this one. Plenty of other stores will be glad to have your business because this one sure isn't. read more

Recently purchased a belt online from Jordan Lash Charleston. When it arrived, the color was lighter than expected. I called the store and spoke with Daniel Lash about exchanging it for a darker color. He could not have been more friendly, courteous, and helpful.
