Was kinda disappointed in the other barbers there were two and they both had clients. A third guy came in with a client. When Carlos came in they said he can cut my hair. As I sat down the one barber that had a client close to the entrance got into the chair next to me and started getting his haircut from the guy who was in the chair getting his hair cut. Wow. It was disappointing. That they made me wait when either one of them could have done my hair instead of making me wait 30 mins. That being said. Carlos did my hair and I love it. Gladly paid $60 which I thought was a lot for a Walmart barber but again I liked it. Prob will not return. Review Stars based only on Carlos.

At the register, it rang up for $25, which was obviously not correct - and according to the original price, it should have been $10. I went back, took pictures of the signs, and when I was walking back to the register, the cashier had given the belt to another staff member to check the price. I'm not sure if this was a manager or what, but I showed her the pictures and was told it must have been a different item. After trying to explain the original price and the sale prices, she said "I hate to tell you that the signs are not always the correct/same items or prices. I am not going to argue with you!" I was like, listen, either way, it rang up for $25, which is obviously not correct and she told the cashier to ring it up $20. She was extremely rude. I was not arguing with her, raising my voice or being disrespectful. I went to take pictures for them quickly so they didn't have to send someone to the back to check. And if the price is incorrect, I simply asked them to correct it. And don't tell me that I just have to deal with it because the signs aren't always right. Why are you posting incorrect information/pricing? Maybe you should check that before advertising items. I normally don't have an issue because I know what to expect from a Hamrick's, having been to other locations, etc. But this last experience has made me not want to visit this location again.

There's holiday decor, shoes, outerwear, snacks, and other odds and ends. Since they just opened the lines and crowds were a plenty so be ready for the energy! The line just about wrapped the store but they had a full staff of cashiers so it moved fairly steadily. Staff was in good spirits despite the crowds.

Yeah, I know inflation will be the alleged "reason" but it seems more like an excuse for greed, rather than good, clean business. Another problem that I encountered is the sale shoes which are marked as X% off, but the original price is not on the box. Thus, off you go to find a bar code reader. No one assisting on the entire second floor for men's clothing and shoes plus household products, the latter of which is now a large TV section. Dressing room to try on something? Find it yourself, and finally give up and go in the men's bathroom, as I did. Geeze! Finally, try to find someone to check you out and there is only one overworked but pleasant lady over by the blankets and sheets. A long, unpleasant time in what used to be a fairly good store, until the buyout a few years ago, leading to cutbacks in service and personnel, along with the above problems.
