The customer service is generally friendly and they offer a fairly good amount of women's accessories as well. Old Navy is hit or miss. Sometimes I can find cute things at a good price and sometimes I can't. They usually offer a variety of sizes in each style of item. I like their jeans--even though I wish they offered more styles in Short, in store. The sports bras and athletic socks are good quality. I think the pajama sets, especially around Christmas, are adorable. The little nic-nac items near the registers get me every time! I can't wait in line without picking something up that I really don't need...like face mask, makeup pouch, key ring, etc. They are definitely made for people like me who can't resist the urge! The store is large. It isn't always organized. Clothes can be a mess on the shelves but I don't mind digging through them. The fitting rooms are spacious and well lit. I have a love hate relationship with this store. I feel like it is hit or miss. I do like the variety of sizes they offer. But the store always seems to be a bit of a mess. There is not always someone at the dressing room area. And typically there is a line due to two registers being opened, so it can be very frustrating. My favorite Old Navy location in the Charleston Area. It is huge, open, bright and clean! It's occasionally cluttered, by that's any retail store honestly. There is always a great selection of clothes - in a variety of colors and patterns (which are hard to find at smaller or Outlet locations). They also have a big selection of accessories (purses, bags, shoes, jewelry) - which I love. Everytime I've visited I've been helped by the friendly and attentive employees - they could tell when someone I was lost and looking vs. browsing, and I truly appreciate that. The store also stays open very late so it's easy to visit during the week - after sitting in traffic for hours. read more

I frequent this location. The outlet store is always a wreck, with clothes everywhere and things just randomly placed around. I always get asked if I need help, they help me find the exact pair of jeans Im hunting for (Im very picky) and I almost always get a coupon or their super cash or something! During the summer they have TONS of light dresses, which is great in Charleston, and in the winter they still have some warmer weather pieces as well as some cold weather gear (Im looking at you, giant puffer vest in my closet). read more

Typical old navy store. We went close to when they close the store. No one said a word or asked if we needed help. I know they were wanting to get out of there but it still would've been nice to have had someone say hello. I am so disappointed with such a large company. I will NEVER shop there or online again. I gave them my money and can show my bank statement. My account got hacked and because I bought online and used my debit card that no longer exist I have to get a gift card. They have not been helpful or care at all. My wife had a bad experience at old navy today! We love old navy and are in there clothing shopping once a week it seems like but today while checking out my wife got signed up for a credit card very deceptively and without her knowledge or consent. There was no application process at all, she thought she was just getting a rewards card. It wasn't until she got to the car and found a pamphlet in the bag that she even relived that it happened and she felt really taken advantage of. They didn't say anything about fees, cancelation costs, nothing! Very deceptive and dishonest way of doing business! Even if credit cards have rewards they should be given out as "reward cards". Went here about a week after Christmas so I was expecting a madhouse with post Holiday sales. What I found was an Old Navy that was typically busy but nothing out of the ordinary. Unfortunately, it looked as if a heavy wind storm also hit the inside of the store. There were clothes scattered everywhere....on the floor out in the open, underneath shelving and racks. The men's section was a disaster, as about only half of the clothes that were supposed to be folded were actually folded. I'm not sure if I caught them on a bad day but this store was a disaster and I hope they are able to clean it up. read more

Visited this store yesterday to have the security tags removed. I spend over $500 last week in the old navy at Myrtle Beach and they missed about five items of clothing. I called the store and they were very apologetic and said that it would be no problem to come to a different old navy and have tags removed. I didn't have the receipt but they were able to look it up using my debit card and I had the transaction information from my bank. They even sent me a gift card in the mail for in the inconvenience. I arrived at the store yesterday and the manager was very rude and was implying that the clothes were stolen and wouldn't remove the tags. She called the store in Myrtle beach and they proved her wrong. She removed the tags and didn't say a word. Very rude and I truly believe race played a factor. I will never shop there again!!!!!!
