I have been going to Dila Nails for about 5 years. My nail clinician was Jessica. She did a fantastic job. I Loved her work. When I came down this November I found out that she had left. I tried some one else and found my nails were not very smooth on the tops. I went back in and Howard smoothed the tops out. Today I had Kevin do my nails and he did a great job!! The problem was I couldn't walk in the green flip flops they give you and I smeared my toe nails. Howard screamed at me in front of everyone "Why did you do that?" I said "Do you think I did it on purpose?" He said to me in front of everyone "Well I don't know, did you" I was so embarrassed. I have had many surgeries and my balance is not great. I cried while Kevin was doing my fingernails. When I spoke with Ruby how Howard embarrassed me to tears. She agreed with him and told me to never come back. I have never been treated this horrible anywhere. I left with such a sick feeling of having someone talk to me that way. So don't do anything wrong in this place. They will embarrass you and make you feel awful. They have no customer skills at all!!!! read more

Moved here in Jan 2019; so sad to leave my salon in NY; tried some salons here then I found Dila Nails. Howard is a welcoming smiling face -- often the first person you see when you walk in (and as a side note he has a great voice!). Everyone is warm and friendly. None of the people who work there get upset if you try different nail technicians. The salon has reasonable prices. Ruby and Carlos are my favorite. I am picky picky picky about how my nails are filed and shaped. Both of them ask me to check the nails they have worked on after they finish each one to make sure I am happy. They have many brands and colors of dip powders. I cannot say enough good things about Dila Nails. If you are new to the area or if you have a special occasion or if you are sad and need a pick-me-up or if you are not happy with your current nail salon -- come to Dila Nails -- Howard, Carlos and Ruby will take great care of you and your nails!!! read more

I have been going to Dila Nails for many years now and I can't say enough about it. Howard is the tech I always use but Ruby does a fine job as well. They are always so polite, they know me by name and even the color I ALWAYS go with. They even accommodate my crazy busy schedule and tend to squeeze me in within a 20 minute time frame so I can get in when I have the time. And if a nail breaks within 2 days after the initial appt., they usually tend to fix it for free. I was in Florida visiting my parents from New York and wanted a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I absolutely loved this salon! It is super clean and sanitary. I love how everything is sterilized and they line the pedicure tub. My stepmom had Kevin who was super! I had LoAn who was amazing as well. Their nail polishes were very clean, had a lot to choose from, and their prices were very reasonable. We had an appointment and did not have to wait past the time we made our appointment. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Florida. My stepmom will continue to use this as her nail salon on a weekly basis. I have been coming here for years, everyone is so nice and I always love my nails. I get Nexgen (dip powder thats healthier than acrylic) and they have lots of colors to choose from (I usually get white and nudes though). The place is also super cute it's always decorated for the different holidays. I definitely recommend Ruby she is amazing, my nails always last 3-4 weeks. She has been doing my nails since I was in middle school and I'm in college now and I still always get my nails done here when I come home. Ruby also waxes my eyebrows so recommend her for that too. I have been a customer for over 4 years, this nail salon is very clean...they always have their equipment properly sanitized. They take their time with customers and put care in to everything they do. I even got my husband to start getting pedicures and now he's a regular. The give great massages and are very attentive.
