This was about the best service I have ever received in the cell phone store. Mario and Mikayla were awesome, very attentive, and very professional. We were at the store toward the end of the day, and switching the service takes time. They explained the benefits of different plans and the pros and cons of each plan we considered. Then on top of that, they explained how T-Mobile's Internet service works. We came the next day to finish the setting and did not need to do any confusing switch-over part at home. Thanks Mario and Mikayla!

I was scrambling trying to hook to any I could find but it wouldn't connect. I missed my . I needed to send rent money to my son by 5 PM that didn't happen. I needed to make a phone call and send a guy to Long Beach California and couldn't do that the whole time I'm stressed out borrowing somebody's phone at a workplace where they sell bricks. Waited on the phone to speak to somebody for 40 minutes just for them to tell we have to transfer then I waited an additional 17 got told I need to drive into a store. That was I should've been told to drive to a store regardless it's been the most stressful event of my life in the last two months the guy who I talked to on the phone that worked for Metro that transferred my plan from magenta to Metro, screwed me over big-time because the e sim was never complete. Finally at this store less than five minutes they fixed my phone.

No attempt to find out what I might be looking for or if there was any other way she could help me or offer me another option. Just no. Me: Okay, thanks, um, bye? I was running errands and realized I was right by them so I popped in and asked a question related to an offer I had seen. Again, "No." Just no. There were no other customers. She didn't have any reason to think I was the same person who had called (like maybe something had offended her on the 1st call?) She was just standing there doing nothing but still couldn't be bothered to engage me and try to assist me or make a sale. Again, I wanted to buy a new phone TODAY. Something is wrong with this place. They REALLY don't want your business. What is this? A drug front? Kidding (not kidding?)! 4/6 Quick followup edit: I later called customer service and got a really great woman on the line who more than helped me. She gave me the inside scoop on getting an even better deal than I had been looking for. She was genuinely funny, and friendly, and helpful. This evening I made another call and got another amazing customer service agent. He was so funny and helpful! What is this - Opposite Day? If T-Mobile is trying to suck less than usual, they're doing a great job w/ their call center. But the franchises? I don't know what their story is but I was glad to not have to step foot into one of their stores again.
