This was about the best service I have ever received in the cell phone store. Mario and Mikayla were awesome, very attentive, and very professional. We were at the store toward the end of the day, and switching the service takes time. They explained the benefits of different plans and the pros and cons of each plan we considered. Then on top of that, they explained how T-Mobile's Internet service works. We came the next day to finish the setting and did not need to do any confusing switch-over part at home. I was scrambling trying to hook to any I could find but it wouldn't connect. I missed my . I needed to send rent money to my son by 5 PM that didn't happen. I needed to make a phone call and send a guy to Long Beach California and couldn't do that the whole time I'm stressed out borrowing somebody's phone at a workplace where they sell bricks. Waited on the phone to speak to somebody for 40 minutes just for them to tell we have to transfer then I waited an additional 17 got told I need to drive into a store. That was I should've been told to drive to a store regardless it's been the most stressful event of my life in the last two months the guy who I talked to on the phone that worked for Metro that transferred my plan from magenta to Metro, screwed me over big-time because the e sim was never complete. Finally at this store less than five minutes they fixed my phone.
