They have an impressive amount of patience, even when dealing with issues that could easily be resolved with a quick YouTube tutorial. They deserve a lot of credit for keeping their cool and providing such great customer service!

How could they improve? Have an expedited counter for drop off equipment. If you had a designated counter person for this, it would take 5 minutes per person or less. On top of this there's a woman standing at the counter doing absolutely nothing and then takes a personnel call and keep telling people to check in on the front tablet and wait. She keeps telling everyone 30-40 minutes to wait when there is only two people on the wait screen. No concept of how long it really takes. I think I will look into dropping Spectrum all together. Just a very inefficient company that creates frustration at every turn. They just sent us new receiver boxes and tells us we have two weeks before the old boxes are disconnected. We will lose all shows on our DVR because Spectrum is forcing this change. No options for the customer to keep it. Ridiculous. If you are considering Spectrum for the first time, do your homework and find a provider that has better commitment to the customer, because this company doesn't. Cheers!

We were greeted immediately by friendly staff, and it only took a few moments to find the models of phone. I wanted to look at. my husband was also able to solve an issue with an older laptop computer that we had and he only had to wait about 10 minutes to get that service and only about five minutes to get it updated. The staff were really friendly and patient and explained everything so we could understand it all. Despite many offers from my service provider, I decided to take the plunge and buy the phone. I knew I wanted it enhanced photographic ability and read about the phones online before I went to the Apple Store. That made it a lot easier to make a selection once I was there and the knowledgeable sales staff really helped me to compare my old phone with the upgrades in the new phone. I chose the new 17 because of the enhanced photo and video capability. I was able to get one right away from the store. I also got this safety screen put on there and paid for insurance for my phone for a year. The only thing left to do was set it up, which I did at home and found to be incredibly easy. Enjoy my new photos and reviews using this new Apple phone.

Filled out all the paperwork, added in the extra bits and had my time scheduled. Cool. Walked into the store and did not see any Apple employees checking anyone in. The ones at the front were all busy, there is no signage advising guests where they should stand or go for help so I just walked to the back. Still no one free. I finally saw a person ambling towards the back area who I asked where should I go to get checked in. Now mind you my experience so far was just fine. I guess that's because I hadn't talked to Alexis yet. Alexis is apparently the store manager. I don't know how she got that position because she doesn't act like any store manager I've ever dealt with. She's unfriendly, rude, and makes up stories about customers. Let me explain. Alexis said that check-in was in the front of the store. I explained that there was no one free at that time and I just had walked toward the back of the store. Her position was that I should've waited in the front of the store and I should've known that that was where I was supposed to wait.Hmmmm. Maybe some signage to let customers, clients, guests know that that is what your expectations are Alexis? I don't live in an Apple Store. But I kept I kept my inner dialogue to myself . What I did tell her was that the people that were in front were all busy. Her retort back was she supposed that she would check me in and then I would have to wait my turn from there. I did advise her that I had an appointment set. And then she asked me did I not see how busy the store was. Hey Alexis? Not my monkey, not my circus.. Again, not manager material at that point I just walked to the front of the store because I was gonna try and get checked in there. At this point it was about 4 to 6 guests deep. Well crap. That just makes my waiting that much longer. What's the purpose of having an appointment if it's first come first serve? Part of me is thinking I should just cancel the whole flipping thing and just walk out the store. Butt I ran into Alexis again. Ugh. I asked for a manager hoping I wouldn't have to deal with her. She explicitly told me she was the store manager. Hey Apple, you need to train your managers better. She also claimed that I yelled at her and that people had turned around to look at me. I laughed at her and said at no time had I yelled at her. And then I challenged her and said let's roll back the video immediately and view. She didn't want to do that. Because she knew that she had just told a lie because I never raised my voice. I didn't need to. I went in there to pick up a stupid Watch and a plug. I had already paid for everything. I had already disconnected my watch from my account.. I knew what I was doing. Anyhow, she said I would have to wait. And so I just started looking at a few other items. My husband joined me and we looked at new watches for him and he and I had a very nice time while we were there. Some dude came over. I don't even have an idea who or what his name was. Went through everything with him. Nodded my head, uh-huh uh-huh uh-huh uh-huh. I got my stuff and walked out the door. I did have to ask him what Alexis's name was. Anyhow, that was my experience. I don't know what your experience is. I really hope it's much better than mine. But from the three stars they they're currently getting, I'm guessing that they are not impressing a lot of people.

End of May I went into my local T-Mobile store, the manager Derric Bringham scammed me to join…read moreT-Mobile. He offered me the 'best plan' for $70 (when I later learned it was $105 per month). I told him my current bill was $115 per month and I would switch today bc I was happy with the offer. 2 days after I joined I received my 1st bill. I went back and said to Derric 'hey my bill says $105' he said it was an error/first time billing issue and he gave me a 'courtesy credit' to bring my bill back down to $70. The following billing cycle it was again $105. I texted him (which I have screenshots of) saying 'Derric my bill is $105 again can you please fix it'. I texted him twice about it over a week and a half and both times he told me he was working on fixing it with a supervisor from customer service. Of course I never heard back from him and the bill was never fixed. I was done with him bc I was so disgusted that he scammed me so I contacted T-Mobile directly. The supervisor I spoke with said that he offered me a rate that they can't support and I would have to stick with the $105 or take another plan. I said if you do not come through and provide me with the same plan and rate he offered then I will leave. The best she said she could do was offer me $70 for 3 months. So I paid the $70 and guess what, my next month's bill was back up to $105 again. (The supervisor also told me this is an issue that with their retail employees and many calls from upset people like me.) As you can imagine that was my last straw so I left and went to another carrier paying even less than what Derric even offered me. FYI, when I found out Mint Mobile was recently bought out by T-Mobile I decided against them as of my abhorrent experience with T-Mobile. I have spent hours of my time dealing with this horrible service and will be spreading the word to anyone I know including online reviews like this to run from T-Mobile. Derric should be investigated and possibly fired, this was absolutely unacceptable. I will also be reporting this to the CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau).
