I also knew how laborious it would be to install it myself and the high cost most shops were charging for professional installation so I decided to check around metro Atlanta to see if I could find a reputable shop with reasonable prices. I received a few quotes but only 1 company stood out from the rest being family owned and the response just felt genuine. Jordan from Clearfilm was easy going and provided quick responses to my all my emails. I booked an appointment to drop my vehicle off but ended up having to reschedule due to some challenges with my car delivery. Jordan was understanding and rescheduled my appointment for the following week. When I visited the shop Jordan and his team where pleasant, gave us a tour and explained the process. I left my new car with them for two days and as promised I got a call the morning of the 3rd day saying my car was ready for pickup. When I arrived I was extremely pleased with the PPF installation, you can't even tell it's on the car and the ceramic coating which makes the paint feel as smooth as silk! I also received great advice on how to care for both the PPF & ceramic coating and an open invitation to return if I needed any help in the future. I would highly recommend Clearfilm for PPF, ceramic or any of their other services.

Thought I had an issue with my charging system or alternator, but they did a battery check for me and that was the culprit. Thanks guys! Great folks UPDATE: Turns out the issue was with the starter, which could've contributed to my initial reason for bringing the vehicle in but at that time they didn't catch it for whatever reason maybe it wasn't an issue who knows I know I'm gonna spend probably 50% more to get my vehicle serviced here and even though they use rebuilt parts on some things that are no longer made by the manufacturer. Chose this shop for a second opinion primarily because they advertised a free diagnostic. The…read morerepair estimate itself was on the higher side compared to other shops, but I was told the work could be completed in roughly 3 days, so I moved forward. I waited 6 days before finally calling for an update, only to be greeted by what can best be described as one of the most unnecessarily abrasive reception experiences I've had in a long time. Defensive, passive aggressive, and somehow managing to sound inconvenienced that a customer dared ask about their own vehicle. Eventually I received the call that the vehicle was ready. I'll admit I should have reviewed the invoice more carefully before paying, but I was in a rush and trusted the shop. That was my mistake. After leaving, I realized I'd been charged an additional $281 for a battery and installation that I never approved. Important detail: the battery in the vehicle was working perfectly fine when I dropped it off. When I returned for clarification, the receptionist immediately insisted the repair had been authorized, yet could not provide a single text, signature, phone recording, or any proof whatsoever showing approval. Once I pressed for documentation, the attitude escalated from dismissive to outright hostile, and I was essentially told there was nothing I could do about it. Fortunately for me, there was. I removed their battery myself, returned it, and received a refund. Ironically, I purchased the same quality battery elsewhere for $185 installed. The tech at AutoZone -- free of charge, by the way -- also cleaned the battery terminals, something apparently too ambitious for a $281 install at this shop. The returned battery still had corrosion and debris on it when I brought it back, which says a lot about the level of care involved. At that point, it naturally makes you wonder about the rest of the repair work -- although unlike the battery charge, I wasn't about to tear open the engine to verify it. Maybe the mechanical work is fine. Maybe it isn't. But customer service matters, professionalism matters, and charging customers for unapproved work absolutely matters. The receptionist alone would prevent me from ever returning here. Combined with the unauthorized charge and the complete lack of accountability, I'd strongly recommend others think twice before trusting this shop with their vehicle.

I had ordered the tires over the phone and made an appointment and within 30 minutes of dropping off, I walked across the street to Publix to have lunch, the wheels that arrived via FedEx to this location were installed, and it looks great. They don't like to call it insurance, but that's what it is. I can purchase that package later so long as a certain amount of tread is left on the tires. Money is tight, but Discount Tire helped me save a little. Folks were kind, and helped me along my way.

BEWARE... Sorry but I didn't have a positive experience here…read moreand it was expressed to the staff upon my departure. I would have thought that I would have gotten a "what can we do to make it right" but I digress.. I brought Mr car in for a quote on polishing my wheels, fixing one tire well that got bent out of place by a pot hole, and some small door dings and scratches. Car has been extremely well kept considering its 11yrs old, 56K miles and has been sitting the past 2 yrs. I received the quote, was a bit more than expected but it was ok. As life happens, the project went to the back burner for 7 months but I returned to get a new quote as I got a new dent that annoyed me enough for it to become the catalyst for getting the entire project complete. The new quote was everything prior, adding all 4 wheels to be polished, cleaning my headlights, and repairing the new annoying dent...most importantly. Upon pick up, first thing I noticed was the wheels were polished but I had all the polish or shavings all on my tires and wheel tub. Why were the tires dirty? If I'm polishing rims, I would expect the company to have my wheels and tires all prepped and shiny for customer pick up. Not, they looked like they were driven on a gravel road. Secondly, the dent that was the catalyst for the project. about nickel sized was never touched. I specifically told my technician that this dent made me go in and get this done. We were totally clear on this as he pointed out during my second quote what I can expect, not to mention the second quote was an added $700. Why would I have brought the car there and agree to repair if I weren't including the one dent that's most obvious? We walked around that car over 5 times and the technician marked off all the small dent, and scratches. I agreed to an extra $700 for additional repair, I explained that I was not happy with the outcome and level of service received, a remark was made, "let me get you out of here" but nothing in the way of "how can we make this right"? I felt they did the absolute minimum they could do. They had my car the whole week, Monday-Friday and I was told they didn't have any other car repairs for the week I was bringing mine in. That being said, there was absolutely no attention to detail here and no attempt to proactively resolve the issue. I've got more to say but I'll leave it here.
