Once the installation was complete, we couldn't believe the difference it made in both our dining room and foyer (we also had our storm door tinted). The heat and glare were dramatically reduced, and the overall appearance looks fantastic. An added bonus is the subtle reflective finish, which provides extra daytime privacy from the outside without making the windows look overly dark. John and Taylor took good care of my car with service that went the extra mile! I chose to also add clear-ish tint on the inside of my windshield to cut some of the heat and Anthony placed the tint on seamlessly. I did discover it didn't heal right the first time but Brian and Anthony were gracious enough to replace with no hassle, free of charge. It's hard to find great, hard-working folks that honestly care about the quality of the experience over making a sale. I felt their prices were reasonable and they were even able to get the most out of one sheet of tint to cut down on costs! Thank you to Brian and the team! I was told of a few things he'd be able to including the windshield of my vehicle and after keeping my car for six days overnight - he didn't. I found this out at pick up. Prior to dropping my car off, I told him my expectations and how I pay attention to detail regarding my vehicle. I made a comment that if you see anything, PLEASE let me know prior to wrapping as this is a brand new car with 200 miles on it. When I went to pick my vehicle up there was a chip in the paint on hood from a rock that he covered up with wrap. The windshield tint wasn't done and the wrap wasn't completed on parts of my car. The tint on the windows wasn't properly applied and it wasn't machine cut as he indicated it would be so it looked HORRIBLE! AFTER SIX DAYS! AFTER SIX DAYS OF HAVING MY CAR!! Like wth were you doing? Your reasoning for having my car that long was because YOU like to pay attention to detail, but you didn't. You mentioned you liked to TUCK all of the wrap, but it wasn't! I talked to him about the deficiencies of the job and he told me he would refund me the portion he didn't do! He took $300 off because he didn't want me to make a review, AS HE INDICATED. When I left, I thought the car was in much better shape than what the naked eye could see. Here we are two months later and I can see everything only after putting an additional 350 miles on my car. The wrap on my wing is spotted and the cheap ass 3M wrap around my car is peeling off because he DIDN'T tuck the wrap as he indicated and he had his employee do this botch job. Again, THIS MAN SAID ALL OF MY WRAP IS TUCKED SO THERE WON'T BE ANY LINES!! (That's why I thought he'd needed the car for so long because my other vehicles took a day and they were bigger) So now I have to get ALL of this pulled off and redone because he is not answering calls or responding to text messages! So, I'm out 3k to get this done because of this bad job when I should have been refunded for the whole thing at the start - LIKE I ASKED. This man did nothing right with my wrap, NOTHING. The front tint had to be done over because of the imperfect cut, the hood had to be done over because he wrapped over a rock chip! *sigh. Now my whole vehicle has to be wrapped again. Whew! Jesus be a fence. This was just a trash trash TRASH experience! Trust me, he knows it! Thank GOD for my bank. Back to TINT WORLD I go! I can't say enough about Jason and the Roswell Digital Car Audio team. I wanted to add a backup camera and repair speakers that had torn in my 2006 Lexus convertible. Jason was spectacular throughout this process. He explained the options in a pressure-free way, and he made recommendations when asked. The installation was complicated because I decided to disable the obsolete navigation system, but the installation was conscientious and expert. After enjoying the new system for about 30 days I have developed a single speaker problem, but their after-installation support is perfect. Digital Car Audio was recommended by my Lexus mechanic (Jason works on John's personal cars), and now I know why. All local businesses should operate this way: the owner (Jason) is personally involved in every project, he is accessible and responsive, the work is superb and his prices are competitive and fair. I am glad I upgraded the audio and camera systems in my 2006 Lexus, and I am very glad I had Digital Car Audio in Roswell perform the work. read more

Worst place to do car job. They will make you fool when you don't line their product and try to return it. They installed a radio saying that is the best radio in the market on March 20th 2018 and on next day I asked them to install my previous radio because my wife and family members didn't like that because it was not getting connected or working with iPhone 6. They charged me 900$ for that radio and when I asked them to re-install my original radio they said we can't do that than I force them and they did install my previous radio and for that thing they charged me 400$ And most importantly they didn't return me the material for which I paid them. They charged me for both labour and material and keep the material to themselves. Also the manager John hasn't the person who can take decision on the store they Mohave to ask Chris from Duluth store to take decision. Finally they give me 500$ store credit for which I am bound to use that money in their store only. read more

Very unprofessional specially John and cheaters. John said if you give us bad reviews he will not allow him to use his store credit. They promise you anything before doing their job. My brother went there for car Radio installation for GPS navigation. They gave him estimate of 875$ and said if you didn't like the product they will replace it or refund it and gave him store credit So he got ready and they installed it on March 18 2018. He uses it for 2 hrs and he found that the radio is not working with iPhone 6. They said it is working with other phones. He asked them to install other radio from Amazon they said they can't. And finally he asked them to install his previous radio. They charged him for all the material and labour. When he asked to return the material for which they charged him they denied to return the material and charged him 375 for installation and uninstallation of his original radio. read more

Having worked in the 12v industry many years ago, I was shocked at these other places, their prices, and incorrect information they gave me (felt like I was at a car dealer, oof). Instead, it constantly requires system updates that must be done over WiFi, making it far less functional than advertised. When I brought the issue back to the store, I was told that "SK didn't know," and no solution, replacement, or compensation was offered. That level of response is extremely disappointing--especially after spending over $700. I would strongly recommend doing your own research before purchasing from here and not relying solely on what you're told in-store. This was an expensive lesson for us, and the product is not nearly as functional as we were led to believe.
