I guess I should have read the other reviews before I submitted my review of Digital Auto and Jason. I was very close to him several times, and there was not a hint of alcohol or vaping or anything. He was always polite, courteous and coherent and never condescending. Also, colour is not a problem. He hires workers of colour so the racial comment is junk. I think Jason is an honest man, trying to build his reputation and his brand. Knowing what to sell someone and installing it are important components to success with a shop like Digital Audio. Decent prices and workmanship. Problem is the current / somewhat new owner has the wrong disposition for this type of work. He is very condescending. He also reeks of vaping something ! Anytime I went there with questions, he would basically give me the vibe like I was kind of dumb for not knowing how do all the tech stuff with my high end car stereo system. Well, DUH... the reason we visit any type of specialty store ,geek stuff or otherwise,is because that is their area of expertise !! I am a retired history teacher--- I do not expect everyone to know what the significance of the Taiping Rebellion , or the Battle of the Mulvian bridge is . Back in my early 20's I had installed my own car system, but that was a long time ago. My oldest son recently turned 16 and I wanted to treat him to a nice setup. I picked out all of the components myself including a couple of amps and a dual sub bass box and had them shipped to me and then went in search of an installer. Jason was great to work with and did a very clean install that sounds 1st class! Dropped the car off and it was completed in 1 day. Pricing was very reasonable. I stopped by Digital Car Audio in Roswell and spoke to Jason regarding Installation of a module in my new car to sync my phone and car's Bluetooth to stream music using the car speakers. Jason explained the process to me and what needed to be done. I asked him to order the module which he did. I stopped by and spent about an hour he made the installation and it works like a charm. Just purchased a new 2021 F150 and was looking to enhance & clean up the bass without overtaking the factory B&O stereo. I worked with Jason there & he provided great input/advise. Wouldn't quote very basic speaker installation job over the phone, even though I had very specific info. Ended up charging me 95.00 for installing two 6x9 speakers (which I provided from Crutchfield) in the rear deck of my Toyota Corolla. 95.00 for 15 minutes work is a rip off. Only receipt given was my credit card receipt. Oh, and the manager commented that I was late (ONE MINUTE) for my appointment. I'll go elsewhere on my next car audio install. read more

I have had 2 cars tinted here and bought the lifetime warranty. Brought one car back for a repair and when we picked it up our key with fob was broken. It was fine when we dropped it off so clearly they broke it! They refused to accept responsibility for this and actually had the nerve to say "it's like 14 years old and it's wear and tear". The car is a 2012. Man talked under his breath and was straight rude. Gave us the managers number and said "we can't prove they did anything". Used to be a great place with quality service and work, must be new ownership. I will recommend going elsewhere to anyone and will until they do the right thing and replace the key fob. I wish I could give them ZERO STARS but it won't allow me to. read more

After investigation the crook they had working at the Roswell location off Alpharetta Highway was fired and now it is back to the great business that it once was I am hopeful to get my stereo fixed now that the Gremlin is not there because he would not allow me to fix my stereo claiming it wasn't under warranty when clearly it is under warranty so now I can get it fixed without fear of verbal abuse from John. excellent service, good installation and fixed the previous crappy radar installation by another shop. I don't know the names of the crew but this shop is now named Digital Car Audio. They fixed a really bad installation by a much fancier place that move up the street in Alpharetta...starts with a B. They also insured that a wire connector that had come loose on the previous install was properly secured and now my car is working in sport mode again! Nice! Good install on the tinting and their guidance for the correct level of tint was spot on! Taking my wife's car back for tint install. Use these guys! They rock! Digital Car Audio! read more

If I could give zero stars I would... after spending more then 6500$ here on my new truck never would I have thought that a year later I would still have problems. I took my recently purchased 2014 ram 1500 with 25k miles to get some after markets accessories put on such as rear reverse light pods, light bar on roof, light bar in the grill and a new sounds system. I hate to inform anyone interested in getting work done here that after every single upgrade I did I would have to take it back because they could never do it right the first time. With my light bar on the roof they did a sloppy job and had water leaking into my brand new truck and damaged the electrical, and not to mention the mount they used started to rust after 6 months!!! When the light bar in the grill got put in they never added enough fuse boxes and my car battery started to smoke and luckily didn't catch on fire. I had to bring back my truck on 4 separate occasions just so they could warranty the back up camera 3 different times due to it fogging up after rain and on another note they told me my warranty was up when it wasn't and said I had to pay for the fourth one. Anyone wanting to get work done on their car or trucker save yourself the money and the headache and do not support their business these guys don't know what they are doing and will completely cause more problems then good and rip you off. I bought the Pioneer they recommended and sold to me, with all the perks, very nice and very expensive, but they couldn't install it!!! They also installed and burnt HID lamps on the same car. I was so mad, I returned but their customer service are nonexistent. Take your business to any other place. read more

Charged me $100 to install my subwoofer and they tuned it up amazingly. Great to deal with and they were fast. Every panel carefully put back into place and nothing was damaged or dirty when I picked it up. Very knowledgable and they can do everything including sound deadening. read more

I took my truck here for window tinting. I scheduled an appointment to drop it off and upon arrival I was told the tint guy had an emergency the day BEFORE and I would need to reschedule my appointment. We then agreed that I could leave the vehicle overnight and would be first in line the next day. I show up the next day to pick up the truck and windows look good. I then noticed severe deep scratches on my headlight (not the kind that buff out). I brought it to their attention and it was immediately dismissed and denied. I was then told to contact the manager who tells me to upload a picture to their website and he will review and take care of it. There was no place on the website to upload my photos and every time I contacted the company afterward I was told someone will call me back. Two months later, I still have a fucked up headlight. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone wanting vehicle modifications of any kind because the customer service is nonexistent. read more
