Just wanted to be sure everyone understands what they are getting into with this company... On January 21st 2021 I took my vehicle to All Pro Window Tint in Holly Sprints, GA to have my front windshield tinted with Spectra PhotoSynch at a costs of $424.00. When the tint job was completed the film required time to dry. When the film dried the tint did not properly cure over the dot matrix portion on 3 locations on the windshield. I brought my vehicle back to the tint shop on January 29th where the tech stated that the film was dry and there was nothing he could do other than remove the film and redo the job at a costs to me (Consumer). The tech then proceeded to attempt to run his squeegee card against the tint with no results. I advised the technician that this is not acceptable as I have had multiple windshields tinted that never experienced the same problem with tint adhering/curing over the dot matrix portion of the windshield. After notifying the tech that I was not satisfied he immediately stated "I have tinted over 5000 vehicles." Who says this? like I care that you have tinted 5000 vehicles, the point was he did not tint this one correctly. I was stunned to hear this level of response from a tech on a company that I had completed research on to ensure they were reputable prior to bringing my vehicle to their shop, they made me feel, as a customer, that I was immediately wrong and nothing could be said or done about the matter. As I stood my ground and continued to advise this was not acceptable and is an eye sore aesthetically the technician finally called the owner of the business who came on site to review the concern. When the owner of the company, Chris, arrived he was sympathetic to the aforementioned concern unlike the technician. It took about 5 minutes of explaining to the owner that I have had multiple vehicles done without the issue. The owner finally agreed to attempt to make the situation right by re-tinting the windshield however advised that this would be a one-time courtesy and stated "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing multiple times and expecting different results". On February 8th I dropped my vehicle off with All Pro Window Tinting to complete the job for a second time. As soon as I dropped the vehicle off the technician immediately stated "This would be the last time they would attempt to get the job done and the results are the results" This communication also insinuated that All Pro Window Tint does not stand behind the product or services they offer to consumers. What's more concerning is the technician should have never made this comment. When the vehicle was completed for the second time I advised the technician to look over 3 spots that appeared to exhibit the same symptoms from the previous tint job. The tech stated that this was just moisture that needed to dry. Guess what,... same problem occurred. A long story short I ended up eating the cost of $424.00 to have my windshield re-tinted at a different shop. The windshield was re-tinted with no issues, and guess what....It was done right the first time. Please do more research when selecting your tint shop and avoid All Pro Window Tinting. All Pro Tint has a great selection of high performance tint. We paid $1554 to have my entire Porsche Macan Turbo tinted with Prestige Spectra PhotoSync. My advice is to take several pictures of your car before you drop it off with them and be prepared to make several return trips. Maybe Chris, the owner, really believes my leather dashboard had water damage on it before his shop manager installed the tint on my windshield, but I know this wasn't the case. Pictures would have helped me prove that their attempt to protect my dash with towels was insufficient. This shop worked on various installation imperfections on three different occasions before it was acceptable. In the end, they did a great job. The return trips wouldn't have been that big of a deal if we didn't live over 2 hours away... so for people that live closer this would probably be a small issue. The worst part of this experience was the way we were treated as customers. The owner lied to us, cancelled prearranged plans, pawned us off on the front desk lady, and then finally just ignored my emails. Overall, this was stressful and frustrating for my husband and me. Luckily, we ended up with a quality tint job and our dashboard was replaced under CPO warranty... so we don't have to find out how this was going to play out and we can finally put this behind us. read more

I highly recommend Chris and his company. We had our storefront tinted and he was a bit more expensive than the competition, but he is much more detailed than his competitors. We received 4 quotes in total and Chris was the only one that actually spent the extra 10 minutes to explain the process and the differences in films. He even provided honest input about films that the other guys use. Not once did he knock the products of his competitors, but rather just provided good solid detailed info about the differences of his products vs the others. I had a small job to tint two windows. Most of the companies I called were not interested. All Pro said "No job is too small." He did a perfect job installing the tinting and then gave me a discount on the job because they, as do all the other window ringers, charge a minimum price for a job. Highly recommend these guys. Avoid Chris and this company. April 2017, I scheduled Chris top provide a quote for home window tinting. He arrived 45 minutes late and didn't bother to call. I had to call the office and have the receptionist call him to learn his status. Once he arrived, he seemed professional. I explained what I wanted, and that I was considering doing one extra window, but not sure. He said he would quote separately, and itemized the cost of each window. I asked to set an appointment for install on the spot, but had to call the office the next day. When I called the office, I was told they have a minimum I wouldn't meet unless I did the extra window. No minimum was ever mentioned during the consult. Although he apologized for forgetting the minimum, he blamed it on company policy--even though he's the owner. When I did speak with him directly, he said he would call me by close of business to let me know when he could pair it with another job in the same area. He failed to call. When I emailed him the next day, his response was combative. Bottom line - If you provide a quote and don't mention a minimum--you do the job as quoted. When you're late for an appointment--you call. When you're 45 minutes late, you beg for forgiveness. If you don't want to do a job because it's not close enough to your office, don't quote the job--especially when you were aware of the scope of the job when the quote appointment was set. I would seriously urge you NOT to consider All Pro Window Tinting. The owner wasted our time and didn't bother to apologize. Instead, the owner had the nerve to blame us for him not showing up at the scheduled and agreed upon time. When his secretary finally called on the Monday after our scheduled Saturday appointment I calmly asked if the owner was ok. She said yes. I said "so he was not in an accident?" She said no. I said "so he is alive?" She said yes. I then asked why he didn't bother to call us back or call to apologize himself. She said she could transfer me to him to which I responded no thanks I am moving my business elsewhere. The owner then proceeded to call me and accuse me of yelling at his employees. When I provided him a detailed accounting of the dates and times we had spoken and agreed to meet, he proceeded to say that he had tried to change the time to accommodate his needs and that I should have had the courtesy to call him back and confirm. Mind you he caled the day prior to our scheduled appointment where at 12:50pm and I did not receive the message until after 5pm since I was working and in meetings. He never left a cell phone number and instead I left 2 messages on his office phone on the day of the appointment (12:45pm and 2:50pm) when he didn't show. In the context of his defense he called me a liar. So much for the customer always being right. The owner of All Pro Window Tinting has a lot to learn about how to run a business. In September of 2015 I got my entire E350 wagon tinted including windshield & panoramic sunroof. I called tons of window tint shops throughout the southeast seeking a specific look and All Pro was the ONLY shop that said if "I wasn't happy with the films they offer than they would just have to locate a film that would make me happy". In the end I ended up choosing what the owner recommended and 16 months later I am extremely pleased. I also had ClearPlex installed on the exterior of the windshield, and it without a doubt saved me at least twice from having a cracked windshield. I have a really difficult job with my home windows but Chris is thorough and does not give up. The windows are older and have film that is baked into the glass. After trying to remove the old film for several hours and different techniques, Chris called around to find me a good deal on new windows and I am very pleased. I am sorry, no matter how nice the owners is , if i wanna do window tinting, i won't go back again if they do really poor job on my windshield. It got crease, dirts and part of the window wasn't coveted by the tint. I don't think i have high standard, but i am not a fool either. I don't mind paying a little more, but if they do crappy job, that is just not acceptable. They fix my tint twice and third time i just ask them strip everything down. I lost the confident in their workmanship and whatever they told me. I specifically said let the owner do my window the second time and the girl works there told me Chris will but end up someone else did it AGAIN. This place is on my no-no list. So, I took the car back to Chris and he corrected the defects the tints had in some areas by replacing them entirely. I didn't sense any resentment or frustration from his side. He seemed to want to make sure I was happy with his service. He was very professional & polite. He had previously encouraged me to share my opinion on yelp, which I did. And although it was not a five star review, he did not mention it at my visit and did not ask me to update it. I believe he respects honest reviews, and only focuses on getting it right.
