It is a small holo in the wall garage but they got me in asap... they did the work quickly and efficiently and I was out of there in about 2 hours. There is not much of a waiting area... thank goodness I was the only one waiting... and there is nothing to be able to walk to... so my suggestion is drop off and come back if you have to wait long. They were busy... lots of work being done, lots of cars in the lot to be worked on. All in all a good experience.

Instead, it constantly requires system updates that must be done over WiFi, making it far less functional than advertised. When I brought the issue back to the store, I was told that "SK didn't know," and no solution, replacement, or compensation was offered. That level of response is extremely disappointing--especially after spending over $700. I would strongly recommend doing your own research before purchasing from here and not relying solely on what you're told in-store. This was an expensive lesson for us, and the product is not nearly as functional as we were led to believe.

All the wiring from two antennas on the trunk running the full length of the car were run with completely hiding the wires.
