I have used Canton Tire, Cherokee Tire, and Campbell Tire before they sold out to these thieves. I usually pay $10 - $20 for this service. They offered to spray paint the wheel so I gave them a can of matching spray paint. Imagine my surprise when the boy told me I owed $75!! The kid tried to justify the cost and I explained that I supplied the wheel, tire, valve stem, and paint which they offered to do. He had a horrible attitude and very little industry knowledge. I strongly urge you to take your business elsewhere. This place is a ripoff!

I'm about 4k miles away for changing out tires for run flats.went in and was told it would be about 45 minutes (I was like the 4th person waiting. They put the tire I bought on the back and moved my back tire in its place in the front. After I few days I noticed a different look and it was the inlets for the 2 tires were missing. Went upto the shop and he asked and looked around then said "someone must have stolen them from your house" . I then showed him a Pic of the flat before I changed it (showed my friend the flat so he would understand I would be running g late to pick him up). Even after seeing the Pic he got flabbergasted and said " the pics are old" they were time stamped 30 minutes before I arrived at his shop and right in their parking spot before I left his shop. They misplaced it and would admit it.my bank reversed the card for me. I won't go there again.

I would never recommend Alloy Wheel Repair, especially if you have high-end aftermarket wheels. I…read morebrought in a Vossen HF-5 (Matte Gunmetal) for a curb rash repair, and it was a disaster from start to finish. Technical Failure: They failed the color match twice. They used a satin finish that didn't match the finish of my other wheels. The tech actually claimed he "matched the center cap," which is a different material and color than the wheel face, and told me the paint "needed time in the sun" to change texture. Safety Issue: After the second attempt, the paint chipped immediately, causing a leaky tire. When I called to report this, the receptionist said chipping paint wouldn't cause a leak, which isn't accurate when the chip is on the bead seat. Avoidance & Dishonesty: I called on Monday and was told the manager, Sylvester, would call me back. I waited a full day and never heard a word. I eventually had to call corporate just to get the GM Sal's number to get any movement. The Interaction: When I finally went in for a refund, I ended up speaking directly to Sylvester. He claimed he never called me back because he was "working nights," even though the staff had confirmed he was on-site during the day when I originally called. I accepted the refund because I no longer trust this shop's honesty or technical ability. If you have a high-end vehicle or aftermarket wheels, save yourself the headache and go to a specialist who actually knows what they are doing.

I am disappointed with how this issue was handled and would like it to be addressed appropriately. The only action taken was to add more air to my tire again. I was then told that it was simply a coincidence and that only one of my tire stems was not working. I explained that I did not bring my Mercedes to your facility in this condition. It would have been a matter of professional courtesy to offer at least a partial refund or some form of compensation, especially since the issue will now have to be repaired at additional expense. Because the vehicle is a Mercedes, I will have to take it to a qualified shop to have the tire stem properly repaired or replaced. This means I will incur an additional cost for a problem that I believe occurred while my vehicle was in your care, on top of the service charge I already agreed to and paid. I request that you review this matter and consider a reasonable resolution, such as a partial refund or reimbursement toward the necessary repair.

It's one of those local automotive shops that clearly values honesty and quality work over quick sales. The team was welcoming right away and took the time to listen to what was going on with my car before recommending anything. That alone made the visit feel more personal than the typical tire shop experience. They carry a wide range of well-known tire brands and also handle services like mounting, balancing, alignments, and general auto repairs, so it's a convenient place if your vehicle needs more than just a new set of tires. What stood out most was how clearly everything was explained. Instead of rushing through the process, they walked me through the options and helped me choose what actually made sense for my car and budget. The work itself was done efficiently, and the car felt noticeably smoother when I drove away. It's clear they take pride in doing things the right way rather than cutting corners. The shop also has a long-standing presence in the community and has been serving drivers in the area for decades, which says a lot about the trust they've built with local customers. Overall, Canada Tire Company feels like the kind of neighborhood shop you hope to find--knowledgeable mechanics, fair pricing, and a straightforward approach to automotive service. I'll definitely be returning the next time my car needs tires or maintenance.
