Do not take your vehicle here. Paid for the 2'd highest package for tint and was promised a gift card for a promotion at the time worth $200 for spending $500+, was never given it. Instead of calling the employee or looking for the receipt record they simply said he was foolish and didn't give it. (This was a manager on the phone with the owner) I get the work done on my girlfriend's car (gift) and we have bubbles all around the vehicle and streaks in the tint. It did not go away after 2-3 week. It never did. I call and go back, they strip all of the tint and reapply it, (so they say). This time, the tint is even worse. More bubbles, more streaks, glue, and the windows weren't clean before applying the tint. After that my calls were avoided and never returned, and just gave up. I'd rather go down the street and spend $750+ for quality work and way better service. Those guys will also tell you stay clear of TintWorld. These guys fumbled. Extremely disappointed! This shop made big damages on my brand new car! 1. The mechanic damaged car paint while trying to take off Civic label. 2. The Mechanic damaged Windshield while cutting tint on outer side of the window. 3. The tint still has creases after a week of using. 4. I also found punctured rubber sealing by left rear window. Whats worse?! The owner Patel (Dee) doesn't give a f... about customers and play games with them. He wanted me to bring the car twice already, the car was standing on public parking lot for two days every time and nobody worked on it. I visited Tint World in Roswell, GA the morning of 03/28/2019 and met with the store manager, Alan, regarding the tint film bubbling and cracking on my headlights that was installed at this location. Alan did not offer the 5-year warranty that comes with the product, but rather quoted me for the removal and reinstall of the tint plus material cost. I inquired if there were any price breaks/discounts, since I needed a reinstallation due to the faulty product. Alan stated that the tint film worked for "a good 4 or so years," so the removal and reinstall quote would not be discounted. While selecting a replacement film color, I noticed there was a 5-Year Lamin-X Warranty noted on Tint World's Lamin-X options selection card. I informed Alan that I would contact Lamin-X and follow up with him if needed. After speaking with Lamin-X and providing proof of purchase and photos of the tint, the representative (Gretchen) confirmed the film was still under warranty and I should work with the installer to remedy the faulty tint. I called Alan on 03/28/2019 and informed him of Lamin-X's position. He was unprofessional and stated "if the films works for 90 days, I did my job." He also reaffirmed that his quote included the material cost plus removal and reinstall and he was not offering anything more. I escalated the issue to the store owner of Tint World, Scott via the corporate office, and he agreed with Lamin-X and affirmed that the product is covered under warranty, but not labor to remove and reinstall. He also instructed me to go ahead and make an appointment at the Roswell location to have the work completed on those grounds. On 04/03/2019, I called the Roswell location and spoke to Alan repeated word-for-word what the owner (Scott) stated: "product is covered but not labor to remove and reinstall." I made an appointment for 9:00 am the next day. I went to the Roswell location on 04/04/2019 to have the film removed/reinstalled only to be presented with a quote from Alan for tint materials and labor costs. He acted like we did not speak the day before and presented me with the original estimate, completely ignoring what the owner (Scott) and I discussed. I questioned him on the ridiculous quote and he deflected and said that he spoke with Lamin-X and they were sending him the film, which he never mentioned when I was scheduling the appointment. I asked him when and with whom he spoke with at Lamin-X and he could not answer my question. Then in the middle of the conversation, Alan rudely walked away only to return to try to shut me down in front of three other customers. He then said, "I am refusing you service at this store." Alan is disingenuous, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I do not recommend this location. Question: Why was I refused service when the issue was already resolved, and Alan only had to follow the store owner's instructions? read more

I own a 2007 Nissan Titan SE. I had discussed with Keith, Allen and Amish that I would love to have ALL of my chrome trim taken off,- a "chrome delete". These guys worked diligently and stuck with their word from beginning to end. On a couple areas where the vinyl was BARELY coming up on my rear view mirrors- mind you, it's wasn't even visible- keith took the time to re-do them @ no extra charge for the time, even when I insisted not to. Allen also helped with installing ALL leds on the interior, as well as the reverse lights. All of these guys did amazing work and more importantly, the customer service was on point- that alone, deserves their business! I took my Maxima in two weeks ago to have the 10-year-old tint replaced (originally done by another tinting company near Hwy92/I575). Tint World did such a great job that I had them tint my Jeep and am taking a third car in there next week. I also had them clean up the headlights on the Maxima. I had tried to do it myself several times over the past couple of years with a DIY kit from AutoZone, but the results never lasted. Their results look leaps-and-bounds better than anything I was ever able to get and I suspect will last much longer. Also, they didn't try to up-sell me more than I needed, they were very clear on when the car would be ready, and Amish and the installer (I forgot name) were very clear on what I was paying for and what they'd be doing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. UPDATE - 01/06/2016 - I took in my 2000 Honda CRV a couple of weeks after the Maxima to have its headlights done. It's been about 3.5 months and the headlights still look as good as the day they were done. My DIY attempts never looked nearly as good and only lasted a few weeks. As you have stated on your call to me after I wrote my review, your main concern is the business you could potentially lose as a result of me writing a negative review concerning your lack of customer service and rudeness. This offer of taking care of me has nothing to do with making it right. You're just trying to save face and not lose any business. The Three Tinters did an excellent job and I didn't have to keep driving all the way to their location for them to get it right after the first visit. Even though you suggested a shade that was too dark, I didn't mind paying for you to take it off and paying for you to put a lighter shade on. However, I did not like how you treated me and the way you were speaking to me. That was not an experience I wanted to relive by returning to your shop for a third time. The second job you did was horrible and I lost all faith in trusting you to work on my car, again. I was fooled by the fancy showroom and expensive foreign cars on your website. I hope people don't fall for that trickery in marketing, like I did. Like I said, your response sounds really nice on yelp, but that's all for show. Totally insincere and a good business move to protect your brand. Too bad you didn't sound that nice over the phone when offering to make it right. I'm sure we could have worked something out. Furthermore, before you tinted it the first time, I stated it was too dark before you installed it on my car. You stated it was "too late for me to change", even though only one piece was cut (actually, it wasn't even taken off the roll, yet). Stating in your response that you "offered to take it off and reinstall it at no charge" is a lie. You charged me a $100.00 to take the tint off the doors. And another $200.00 to reinstall tint back on those four doors. I will post all of my receipts if you deny this. By the way, The Three Tinters only charged me $25.00 to take the tint if off the doors and they took the tint off the back window for free! So again, you're lying to the public just to save face and hopefully, not lose any business. I'm advising all of my friends, family and co-workers not to do business with you. read more

The rudeness I experienced here was incredible. I stated that I did not want anything fancy, just a basic tint. Amish quotes me $260, which is fine as that seems to be the average price. I asked him if he can do it for around $160 (as I've gotten previous cars done around that range) and he tells me no, $260 is the best he can do. Whatever, fine. So I shop around and find a better deal for $140. He calls me later and I tell him that I got it done elsewhere for $140. He then interrogates me as to where I got it done, what type of film I used, for how much, etc. I tried to be polite and answered his questions, and he tells me he could've done it for $140 as well for a cheaper tint. Dude really? To call me up to interrogate me was extremely rude. You lost my business, let it go. No need to hound me after the fact. read more

So far so good! Got 18% tints this weekend and they look great. Visible on the inside, nice and dark on the outside. I liked their lifetime warranty and the ability to go to any tint world location in the country. I got the second from the top level (the name is escaping me) but they're carbon based tints and I would highly recommend over the plastic and metallic based tints. read more

I had several things done here recently. They did a WONDERFUL job on installing everything I wanted, but Amish, the owner, is quite condescending in the way he talks to customers. Multiple times did he say "well it doesn't sound like you can afford this" when talking about having different things done to my vehicle. I just spent $700 in your shop and YOU are going to tell ME what I can and cannot afford? I believe this is a tactic used by salespeople in hopes I would be like "Oh I'll show you that I can afford it, lets do it!" Had an appointment and after being laughed at on the phone because I wouldn't bring my car at 8 in the morning (by Amish, of course), never went to the appointment and never spoke to them again. Calvin is much nicer and easier to talk to. Too bad Calvin isn't in charge of customer service all of the time. 2 stars only because I have to give their guys credit for the wonderful job installing everything. read more
