He "cleaned-up" our system, removed old unused software and applications, and added an application that monitored our temperature and fan speed. We originally thought that it was a plug vent or broken fan, but rather Keven explained that too much unused software and applications can cause this overheating. The next day, I got a call from Jeremy, and I was told that the company approved the refund for the entire amount! He told me when they sign us up, we have to call to cancel the subscription. The receipt has that in writing. Because I did not call, it auto-renewed. I did not feel like he was putting blame on me, but I will admit fault for not following up with the company after the 30 day trial.
