I received a completely wrong order: two shoes for the same foot and a different (cheaper) watch than the one I paid for. I returned everything and was promised a refund, but I only got the money for the shoes--the watch "disappeared." Customer service refused to take responsibility, claiming they never received it. The quality of the clothing for the price just did not match up. The store itself, was rather cold and uninviting. Not a place you would go to spend money and actually enjoy yourself. I bought online an overall, a denim pants and a denim top tank, overall and the top tank didn't fit on my chest, I returned them in the same diesel package that I got , they refunded only the overall and they told me that the other one wasn't in the package which was a lie. I personally made the package and dropped off at the UPS. I was trying to solve the issue and came back to ups to complain about it and they asked me for pictures that could prove that packages was opened. I email back to Diesel asking for video or fotos when the person open the package and they didn't have it. UPS can't do nothing for me and the person from Diesel keeps saying that they didn't receive my tank top. So, I blew up $120 and nobody can help, they don't want refund it, they don't want to send it back. Diesel team were highly disrespectful. My package was lost or stolen, and both companies are trying to blame each other. UPS insists that Diesel has to file the claim, while Diesel says I have to handle it with UPS. I tried calling both companies multiple times and even attempted a three-way call, which Diesel refused to join. It's unbelievable that I bought something that was never delivered, yet neither company is doing anything to resolve the issue. I wish I could sue them, but for a $90 purchase, it would be a waste of time. I will never buy from Diesel again. Horrible customer service all around. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE... Their return policy sucks. A manager named Vanessa says that I was unable to return the shoes I bought a week ago before they were damaged. The items I returned were black shoes and never worn except in store. I tried to return them but they said they were damaged and are unable to make the return. So then they apparently were given to me damaged and I didn't even know it. The sad thing is that they don't even have a warranty policy so if something were to happen to the shoes, I'm basically fucked. I've been shopping at luxury brand stores for 3 years and I've never dealt with such rude and disrespectful staff. I spent over $2k on some clothing items which I decided to return about $1500 of those items back to the store in prestige condition with tags and the original receipt. The employee had the audacity to tell me I couldn't have a refund unless it was on the original card from purchase. In no way does it state that in the return policy. I myself run several corporate businesses including a business that deals with merchandise so I am very well versed in return policies. These employees are just running their own show over here and it is extremely unprofessional. Finally, after debating about this policy with the employee, he accused me of trying to scam the store because I didn't have the original card. Overall it was a terrible experience and I will no longer be endorsing this brand at this location. read more

I love coming to the diesel store every time they get new inventory. They make it my personal Pinyan one of the best watches when it comes to functionality and unforgettable style. At the South Coast Plaza location all of the staff is super friendly and they actually care about making you look good and they don't try to sell you something just to sell it. I'm a huge fan of their winter jackets and jewelry. Another interesting thing about diesel is that they really do push the edgy look so at times they're not my style but when they hit something that I really like I have to buy it. Personally, I think Diesel is SO OVER-PRICED and they hardly have sales! However, my boyfriend is obsessed so we came here to look at some boots (though he makes all of his Diesel purchases online). This one is pretty darn small compared to the one in Vegas, so that was one negative. I can't imagine they have the same selection. We were greeted and helped fairly soon, but then I got the idea that they just wanted us out of there because it was near closing time. It really did feel like we were rushed out of there. My boyfriend tried on the boots, and he's one to not make impulse buys so he kept looking at the boots. All I remember is the girl employee kept asking, "So do you want me to put those on hold for you?" every couple minutes! It's like, "bEOT*H, get off our case! We'll tell you if he wants to out them on hold!" Once he said he didn't want them on hold and didn't wish to purchase them at the moment, I did notice a snotty look on the girl's face. Hello? I worked retail, too, and customers will be known for "wasting" your time and not make a sale, but GET OVER IT! I recently wandered into this store while searching for some new styles. Robbie showed me the Belther DNA Mutation. He also gave me some really great tips on how to take care of their jeans. Diesel recommends that you don't wash more than 2 times a year. If they are not stained then the best way to disinfect them is to Tri-fold them, put them in a bag, spray them with Fabreeze, and then freeze overnight to kill bacteria. I definitely like their collection of clothing. Clearly their prices aren't for the faint of heart but people don't buy their clothing because its cheap. You buy Diesel and other fashion icons to elevate your status. Perhaps when I am richer, I shall return in the future. read more

I even walk in to store to get the status for my Jeans, they keep telling mean " oh it's not ready yet.." after a week i went in to store, the sales person told me it's not ready but he will pick it up personally next day and ship it back to me.... i should receive my jean on Last Thu,that was a week ago.. no i still not have receive my repair jeans from them! really bad customer service !!!!!! The store is nice although the sales associate that was helping me was really weird. She kept talking and talking to me - asking me all these random questions like if I lived around here, what I did for a living, what I like about LA and OC, etc. It was freakin annoying since I wasn't there to make friends and I was shopping on my lunch break so I didn't have all this time to make small talk. And besides, I absolutely HATE small talk... totally pointless, painful and a waste of my time. Errr! When I was in the dressing room, I heard her asking other shoppers the same thing... and then about 10 mins later, I guess she forgot what we had already talked about, so she asked me again where I lived again?! lol... what the hell... so weird. But I guess her annoying questions paid off, cus I ended up buying a pair of jeans. lol. Well... I'd like to think that I would have bought a pair even without her, but we'll never know. I was told that I could bring my jean alterations receipt back to the store and they would reimburse me, but when I did that, the manager was a bit cold and unfriendly. He really took his sweet time, making me stand there while he did everything else possible - even though there was no one else in the store because I came right when they opened. Make sure you check to see if they took off the sensor tags. They didn't take it off the jeans I bought. I went on vacation with one pair of jeans and had to wear them with the tag on the whole time till I got home and went back to the store. Also they wasted 20 minutes looking all over the store for the right size jeans and ended up saying they didn't have my size. So I looked on the rack one more time and my size was hanging right there the whole time. When I asked to see sweat pants in size medium the clerk brought out 4 different styles of sweat pants and none were size medium so I had to wait again for him to go back and see if they had my size. Absolutely horrible thing happened in this store!!!!!!! Few days ago, we bough items for 2k. I bought shoes and jacket for my wife and few jackets for myself. Came back home she tried it again and did not like it. In two days we came back to return it, but manager refused to take it stating that it was dry cleaned, and worn. The store is smaller than I expected, but each and everytime I found a shirt that didn't have my size, they were able to go to the back room and find my size. . . . . awesome considering how many stores have gotten away from carrying extra in the back! The guy who helped us was super cool and helpful, but I think sometimes there are too many people who want so badly to help you, and this was the case.
