I know some of these are limited edition but c'mon.. if you want $250 for a jacket you're gonna have to add more than a patch or small graphic to a regular looking jacket/hoodie to get my business. Also, this place could use some better customer service. I don't know how many times I've stopped by and the guy at the desk just sits there clicking away on the computer.

Unfortunately, that interaction really affected our experience and made us reconsider returning. I hope management can address the customer service aspect, because the store carries great products and has a lot of potential.

The only offer that felt remotely fair was $50 for my Balenciaga hoodie. Everything else? Basically nothing--$1 total for four additional items. They were also "authenticating" my vintage Dior bag, and at that point I just stopped the process. I wasn't about to risk them offering me such a low price for it. It genuinely felt absurd. I understand resale businesses need margin, but this felt extreme. It honestly made me feel bad for people who sell here--like you'd have to be in a really tough spot to accept those kinds of offers. What's more frustrating is that nothing in the store is priced anywhere near that low. As a buyer, I've spent real money here--I even bought a beautiful vintage D&G belt for $250. Now I can't help but wonder what they paid for it. This experience definitely changed how I see the store. I still think they have great pieces, but the selling side feels incredibly one-sided. Offering even 20-30% of resale value would feel a lot more reasonable. Their "coding" for buying, It's a huge scam. As much as i loved shopping here.. you are better off not selling. About a year ago I had purchased a purse at the Diesel Store at South Coast. I love Diesel and I usually buy from this particular store. Few weeks ago I stopped by the store and I showed the manager that the purse handle had come unglued. He proceeded to exchange the purse for the original purchase price. This is the first time I had any problem with a Diesel purchase and was pleased with the customer service I received and the way the matter was handled. I m not used to return items so I was a bit uncomfortable but the manager handled it very professionally and made it easier for me. I walked out with a different item. I will definitely continue to shop at Diesel South Coast and recommend the store to my friends and family. Great product and excellent customer service!! read more

I bought a jacket just a few days ago while I was in la..decided to return it so I went somewhere closer..costa mesa....when I gave my receipt to the lady.. she said it was the wrong receipt and handed it back because its for a jacket and she assumed the garment I gave back wasnt.....she didnt even look at it carefully. I was honestly very surprised that an employee had finally acknowledged us at the store. I wish I had gotten her name. A few days after purchasing some Jeans my son wore them for the first time. He only got to wear the jeans a few hours before they tore. He was simply standing up when they tore. I called this Levi's store to see if they can give me a refund or exchange and was told they could not do anything about it there. They told me to contact Levi's and I was provided the number and website where I can file a claim. I called the number provided and within a few minutes I got an email with instructions on how to file a claim. I'm still waiting to hear back. This store usually has pretty good deals and usually also has a clearance section with even better deals. I just with employees were a little friendly and more attentive. Also wish they had more size options. The shorter lengths for men hard to find.

I asked if they could put it in a bag with ribbon on it (mind you I could see bags with ribbon behind the counter) and they said they didn't have any. I felt a very judgmental vibe from the employees and no one was very nice. Considering I was a super easy client and I know my sales woman (Judy) got commission off of my sale you would think they would be a lot more accommodating. I've never gotten treated like that at a luxury store before and I will not be back to this location. It's a terrible look for the brand, and makes me want to go to a whole different store all together!

There were a few customers in line but they were rung up quickly and efficiently. Once we got to the register, the employee was very attentive and kind. She walked us over to where the item was, so we can see if there were any in the size and color we wanted. We found what we needed right away and we were able to exchange the item quickly. Not only that, we were also able to get a small refund due to the tax rate being lower in OC. The store is sufficiently stocked and easy to shop.
