Probably not a fair comparison, but given the odd time and our location, we decided to give this place a try instead of driving all the way over to Island Wing Company You can see from the photo that the wings are pretty small, but the lunch price is 10 for $14 instead of 10 for $19 at IWC. Not as small as the miserable soggy mess you get from Little Caesars, but definitely fast food wings. Narrow storefront in a strip mall, resembling the whole slew of franchise fast food joints that opened in the 90's chasing the success of Subway. For ambiance, it just doesn't compare to a huge place like IWC. Several TVs here, but there isn't a spot where you won't get a crick in your neck trying to watch something. Service, however, was so much nicer and more attentive here. Welcomed quickly at the door and seated. The waitress listed off the available dry rubs that I couldn't find on the menu. And my son discovered the Chicken Parm sandwich and enjoyed it. I would have preferred to see it on a sub roll than Texas toast, but he was fine with it. His onion rings were nicely done. Waitress checked back several times and made us feel welcome. There weren't many other customers, but it's an odd location and was 2:30ish. A slow part of the day. Great location with plenty of parking. The restaurant is bright and clean. Staff is super friendly and helpful. There are quite a few different wing flavors to choose from. The wings are good. I like my wings a little more tender than the way they serve them here. I really liked the different sauces offered here. You can ask for a sample of the sauce if you can't make up your mind. I am SO disappointed in this Dick's Wings location. We ordered a delivery and, granted, Bite Squad screwed up the delivery big time. The order was over an hour late. We called both Bite Squad and Dick's. Dick's promptly informed us it wasn't their problem. I get that; however, Bite Squad was subcontracted by them. Believe me, Bite Squad will also receive this review. I have always been taught customer service is number one in a business. I felt Dick's could not have cared less if we ever received the order since they had received their money. In a world of customer service, Dick's should have replaced our order and contacted Bite Squad themselves to receive a refund on the original order, but to my dismay, the person answering the phone at Dick's had no intention of helping a customer. Instead we received our food late and very cold. I think Dick's needs to check out their delivery services instead of making the customer jump through hoops to receive a decent meal. On a separate note, one of the delivered meals had a hair in the potato salad on the top of the salad. In my opinion, Dick's should have caught that. Had the ranch and Cajun and the garlic Parmesan wings. They were both delicious and had plenty of sauce. Don't expect huge wings. They are small so order two specials if you are hungry. I found this place to be delicious. Got the Margarita Ranch boneless wings, medium heat, extra wet and they were awesome! I found the prices to be very competitive on regular wings and they have weekly specials. They have so many combinations it's ridiculous. More towards price I would have given a 5/5 except the prices do seem to add up with ANYTHING extra. Dipping sauce and the actual sauce they're tossed in 'extra wet' you see extra charges for. My fiancé and I arrived to our hotel nearby this restaurant after an 18 hour drive. We were exhausted and this was one of the closest restaurants that provided UberEats service. My fiancé ordered a quesadilla with "special sauce". No where on this listing did it say the sauce was spicy, much less that it was the hottest sauce on the menu. He took a bite and was instantly diaphoretic, lightheaded and nauseated. *graphic* he began projectile vomiting and we were dousing him in cold water. It has been 40 minutes with no relief and we are seeking medical attention at this time. We called this restaurant, hoping for some kindness, compassion or confirmation they would warn the next customer who ordered online but were met with a complete lack of care. The owner refused to speak with us and instructed his employee that if we wanted it remade we would have to pay for it. No apologies were given. Dick's wings was good but ever since they turned into D's wings we stopped going there after they ruined a 100$ wing order and didn't bother to apologize. We had a Bday party for my husband and placed an order for wings with 4 different sauces.When we went to pick up the wings we didn't check ém because everything was already packed in the bag.When we opened the bags at the house ,the wings were swimming in plain grease with no sauce .When we went back and showed them the wings ,they got all mad and for like 10 minutes tried to prove to us that the grease is sauce.Clearly they weren't gonna win that one, since i am not blind .The B team guy just didn't want admit he forgot to put sauce on the wings.Then they proceeded to dip the wings into a sauce of THEIR choice not even asking us what sauce we wanted or following the previous order that we placed for mild, hot,smoky mountain and some other one.They also gave us extra sauce of THEIR choice that we ended up throwing out since it tasted old ,it was some brown coloured mixture. Worst part: it was sitting on top of their counter most of the time and yet when I inquired what was taking so long they did not have record of my order (similar to another review)! I showed them my time stamped receipt which was how they noticed the food was just sitting there.
