Be careful as walk through the store as their floor is not even and no signage as we tripped a few times as walk to left of store .Surprisingly, they haven't fixed that in the years they have been there. Tripping hazards aside, the store has a pretty descent selection of run and biking gear . Personally , like the Katy and Memorial City locations better for customer service and knowledge of products.

Love the fake mountain that you can climb on to test out the KEEN hiking shoes. While you are there add some SmartWool socks. These are the best! (I also bought another pair which were on sale at Going, Going, Gone in Florida.) The perfect hiking socks. Since there was a suggested packing list, I also added a new waterproof camera case, a crossbody hiking bag, a small flask style 500 ml water bottle and new hiking poles. Check out their sale section. My KEEN water shoes were 50% off and were shipped to me for free. Perfect for water entry hiking days to see sea turtles, Galapagos sea lions and Blue-Footed Boobies. im here on 1/20/26 and have not been greeted or asked if i needed help for 30 minutes and there are…read moreno other customers. theres 3-4 employees complaining about customers. one of them mentioned a customer asked for a discount of $30 and were joking how they shouldve charged them $30 for bringing their children into the store. they seem pretty rude and definitely need some training on whats appropriate to say in front of customers. it took 40 minutes for someone to ask me if i needed help, and after wandering around looking for something that apparently isnt in the store (...the website listed it as in available in store); someone came in and stole a couple items worth $1k (according to the employees) because the employees were not paying attention! the only reason they even found out someone stole something was because another customer walked in and said they saw the guy run out with stuff. definitely wont be returning here.
