I arrived to find a handwritten paper sign taped to the door that they closed 2 full hours early to do inventory. I drove 40 minutes in Houston traffic only to be met with this unadvertised closure. I have previously worked in retail many years, and we never closed during business hours to do inventory. It was always done before opening or after closing. We valued our customers experience and honored their time. After calling the next closest Anthropologie store (20 minutes away) to make sure they would be open, the lady on the phone told me that yes they were open, and that they come in at 5am to do inventory. It's not ideal, but it is part of working in retail. I have done it many times myself. For what is supposed to be a high end shopping experience, this was sorely lacking. It seems from other reviews, this store has a lot to work on.

Can't trust them with future business. I'm sure they're on the up-and-up, but when customer communications are one-way, it's a red flag.
