We showed him the shoes our son previously had purchased with them. While Mitchell went to obtain the new model, we were offered help again by a lovely young lady. They had the shoes our son wanted, but not the color scheme. Mitchell looked online and found them at other locations, and asked which would be easiest for us to pick up. REI is located in the Fairfax Govt Ctr shopping area. Staff is friendly but very picky about returns. It was obvious my products were new in original boxes with tags still on the products but this staff member inspected it with detail. I get it but her demeanor with me was not as friendly as the customer in front of me who made a purchase. Oh well, employee owned so I guess more picky.

She said it wasn't back there. She had the other associate walk back to find my order. It was in the box that was delivered yesterday July 31, 2026, that was never checked in their computer system. They were very rude, not user friendly at all. The associate, acted like she didn't want to be bothered and wanted to rush me out of the store. After she completed my transaction for my 50% off, she handed me a bag and said, you can put your items in the bag and walked away. I waited for her to return to the register and asked could I have my receipt? She said sure and printed the receipt and basically tossed it to me. Needless to say, I will never return to the store because of the lack of customer service skills they have are not what they should be. I am very unhappy with the way I was treated and the lack thereof.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this Levi's location…read more My friend accidentally left her wallet in the dressing room and we returned about 20 minutes later to ask the manager and employees if anything had been turned in. It was not busy at all -- there was barely anyone in the store -- and we were told no one had found anything. We then went to security and were told to wait. When we returned to Levi's, a different employee suddenly asked, "Does it look rectangular shaped?" We had not described it at all. When we said yes, the employee responded, "I'll keep an eye out." That response made no sense -- how would they know what it looked like without us describing it? To make matters worse, they would not pull up the security footage when we asked. The whole situation felt dishonest and shady. The inconsistent answers, lack of urgency, and refusal to review cameras were extremely concerning. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling like the cash inside was likely taken. Very upsetting and not the level of integrity you would expect from a retail store.
